Wer ein günstiges Hotel ffür Lyon, z.B. für die Durchreise sucht und dennoch eine zentrale Lage (Universitätsviertel) mit vielen Einkehrmöglichkeiten bevorzugt, kann sich auf das Hotel freuen!

Zimmer klein, Einrichtung bescheiden, aber sauber. Wie erwartet. Wer mehr will, muss auch mehr zahlen. Für uns ok. Günstige zentrale Lage

Dieses hotel WAR bestimmt einmal sehr schön und müsste unbeidngt renoviert werden! Allerdings sind die Zimmer hinten raus seeehr ruhig !! Am Empfang waren von 5 Leuten 2 freundlich! Dagegen sind die Zimmermädchen und das Frühstückspersonal wieder sehr freundlich gewesen!

Hotel sauber und günstig gelegen. Parken nicht ganz einfach.

Als Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht auf dem (lange) Weg nach Südfrankreich vollkommen ausreichend. Preis-Leistung ist dafür ok. Gegend ist etwas "rive gauche" aber erscheint harmlos. Auto hatten wir voll bepackt hinter dem Citroen-Gebäude problemlos geparkt.

Hotel insgesamt schmuddelig und verwohnt, AC gegen 10 Euro Aufpreis, sehr laut, Frühstück für 7 Euro okay.

Für einen Aufenthalt von nur einer Nacht (Durchreise) gegeignet. Kein freundlicher Empfang, sehr altes Haus, überall Teppich, dunkel und staubig. Das Quartier ist ebenfalls nicht sehr gut.

Das Doppelzimmer war zu klein für 2 Personen und relativ dunkel. Kleines Fenster. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte schlecht, ebenfalls der Haartrockner.

Das Hotel ist recht zentral im Zentrum von Lyon. Demetsprechend ist die Parkplatzsituation schlecht. Das Hotel verfügt über 1 ( EINEN) Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage ca. 400m entfernt. Erst auf konkrete Nachfrage konnten wir dort parken. Der Stellplatz ist für größere Fahrzeuge ( SUV) nicht geeignet. Das Einchecken verlief unkompliziert auf Englisch. Die sogenannte ruhige Seitenstraße entpuppte sich als vielbefahrene Strecke mit einer Straßenbahn vor der Tür. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und verwohnt. Das Bett hatte nur eine schmale (ca.1,2m breit) sehr stark durchgelegene Matratze. Wir mussten aus dem Auto noch eine Luftmatratze holen, damit trotz des Straßenlärms überhaupt an Schlaf zu denken war. Das Preisleistungsverhältniss vom Frühstück war ok. Persöhnlich hat das Hotel von uns nur 1 Stern verdient.

Ich war enttäuscht vom Hotel, da die Photos viel versprachen, das Zimmer aber nichts hergab. Es war alt, klein und machte nicht den saubersten Eindruck. Das Personal war aber sehr nett und die Lage sehr zentral. Das Auto kann man in der Nähe in der hauseigenen Parkgarage unterstellen. Wenn man eine günstige und praktische Unterkunft in Zentrumsnähe sucht, in der man eh nur zum Schlafen ist, ist das Hotel gut. Wer es aber schön oder gemütlich möchte, sollte sich was anderes suchen.

Einfache, aber saubere Zimmer zu einem fairen Preis. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig.

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach möbliert aber top sauber.

cheap and cheerful

The rooms are more spacious than average, but old. The beds were terrible. You can feel the springs. The bathrooms need remodeling. The location seems scary at first. There is graffiti all around and parking is available, but about a 5 minute walk to the hotel which was a little scary late at night.

as long as you know this is a budget hotel, no problems. room was clean, beds lumpy but comfortable. room was also quiet. staff knew enough English to get by.

This hotel although the lift does not go to the floor we were on is idealy placed to access the river cruise we were about to take. There is no lounge but lots of bars to choose from around the hotel. The T1 tram passes the front of the hotel.

The hotel was fine (although no hot water), but it was in a somewhat shady part of town. The service, however, was completely lacking. The guy working gave us faulty directions to the airport, meaning I almost missed my flight the next morning. He also did not follow through with my wake up call--thank goodness I had set my alarm, just incase. There are extra surcharges for everything, including breakfast, parking, and internet. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay in a part of town you might not want to go out alone in after dark, this is a decent option, although don't expect any help from the staff.

The room was not made. The TV does not work. The bath was so dirty that the water turned black when you start to shower. The neighbourhood is dark and noisy throughout the night, with suspicious characaters hanging around.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that the room and bathroom couldn't have been cleaner, which is admittedly a big thing. But the bed was uncomfortable, room couldn't have been smaller or more sparse and everything was quite jaded. €7 breakfast was fine but night receptionist was rude. The area was a bit rough too, wouldn't have walked home even with my husband. It may be cheap but I found the whole experience depressing and wouldn't return for that reason.

This is a very outdated hotel. The room was small with a tv you couldn't see and a bathroom you couldn't move in. It felt like we had stepped back in time and not in a good way. The area around the hotel might make some people uncomfortable as it appears run down. If you want a good nights sleep then take your own pillows. The room had a bolster thing to sleep un that was rock hard and meant we both woke up with headaches. They also charge euro for 12 hours parking meaning if you get there early afternoon you have to pay twice. On road parking is availble on the side road for a fee.I would not stay here again.

This was the cheapest hotel we could find in a central location in Lyon. The hotel itself was clean and well presented downstairs. Our room was clean but shabby with rolled up blankets instead of pillows. It was very noisy at night. We paid extra for a mediocre breakfast.

Hotel staff pleasant and helpful, although some guests might be intimdated by the area the hotel is in late at night

A good budget hotel but still dubious about the stars. The room was a clean one but still i think their heating system was not working. One word of caution, please do ask them for a bigger room. The single rooms are a bit unconfortable. Most of the reception staff was quite helpful.

Multilingual staff did not speak English. Have to pay for the AC remote. I booked a room with one bed, got two really small ones instead. I am used to low-budget hotels, but this one was below my expectations.

Hotel is a little off from the best part of town and is in kebab country. Safe enough. Pillows are terrible and bed uncomfortable but that is to be expected. If you are looking for something that is clean and cheap then this is ok. I wouldn't stay here again if I was on my own. The staff were ok, except for one guy that ignored me at the front desk when I wanted to get my room key.

This was a fine hotel for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't want to stay much longer. The desk clerk was less than helpful, even rude. The room itself was fine, but had no air conditioning. We had to open the windows and listen to the noisy street below.

A straightforward, no-frills hotel with a friendly staff and satisfactory accomodations. Convenient to the tram (streetcar) stop at Montrueil, and therefore easy to reach from either of Lyon's two train stations. If all you need is a place to stay at a good price, I'd recommend it.

Bonne qualité pour petit budget

l'accueil a été très correct, le personnel agréable. Mais la chambre paraissait sale, la salle de bains l'était vraiment, dégageant une forte odeur de moisi, les joints du carrelage étant noirs de moisissures.

Quartier un peu glauque, chambre à son image alors que les parties communes sont assez classes. Personnel sympathique et facilitant

j'appréhendais un peu car les commentaires n'téaient pas très élogieux mais j'ai été plutôt surprise. Dans l'ensemble l'accueil était correct (j'ai vu trois personnes différentes à l'accuel : les deux filles étaient très aimables, l'homme bcp moins il a passé son temps au téléphone!!), la chambre plutôt propre (ce n'est pas nickel mais l'usure est normale) et on trouve facilement de quoi manger dans le quartier (boulangeries ou restos) si on ne veut pas trop dépenser à l'hôtel. De plus l'hôtel est idéalement sité par rapport au tram: juste à côté d'une station! Seul petit bémol: il est vrai que le quartier n'est pas le plus sympathique mais si on marche un peu on trouve des coins sympas pas trop loin!

Pas trop cher mais: -pas de sac poubelle dans la poubelle -pas d'aleze sous les drap (pas top le contact direct du matelas)

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé. Un peu limite pour un 2* mais reste correct pour dormir.

Je ne sais pas comment cet hotel a recu les deux étoiles. C'est le pire hotel que j'ai jamais vu dans ma vie. Le balcon était en commun avec d'autres chambres. La porte n'isole pas les bruits, on ne peut pas dormir tranquillement la nuit. La rue de marseille ou l'hotel se situe c'est la rue la plus dangereuse à Lyon. Tous les alcooliques et autres... s'y assemblent la nuit. Garer la voiture dans cette rue est très dangereux et risque de vol...

Hôtel très bien placé : à proximité de la station Saint-André (Tram 1), à quelques minutes à pied de la station de métro et du pont de la Guillotière, de la piscine du Rhône. Mais : agitation dans la rue les nuits de fin de semaine ; supplément de 10 euros pour la climatisation...

Hotel bien situé au centre de lyon cet hotel est d'un confort moyen mais correct ce que je veux dire c'est que ce n'est pas le luxe client habitués aux chaine d'hotels moderne s'abstenir .Certain pourront aussi ne pas apprécier l'entourage immédiat du quartier.Le personnel est très serviable ;le séjour c'est déroulé sans pb et j'y retournerai

Cet Hôtel est une honte, le confort était sommaire, les couloirs et la chambre sentais la cigarette froide, le mobilier tombais littéralement en pièce, la moquette taché nous n'avons pas posé le pied nue de peur d'attraper une saleté, le parking sous terrain est a plus de 300m de l'hôtel et bien sur, personne pour proposer de sortir les bagages, et un quartier très animé la nuit, nous ne somment pas sortie de peur d'être agressé....en un mot, MITEUX!!!!! je ne le conseil à personne et je n'y retournerais même pas si on me paye!!!!!!!

Hotel zonder gedoe, maar prima! Schone en vooral grote badkamer, prima bedden, goed ontbijt. Niet veel parkeerplaatsen, maar als je op tijd incheckt kan je gebruik maken van een parkeerplaats in een garage, verderop in de straat. Net buiten, op loopafstand, van het centrum. Veel eettentjes in de buurt.

Idéalement placé où que vous ayez à aller dans Lyon, très propre, personnel très accueillant (ouvert 24/24h) et services à la hauteur. Seul bémol le wifi est une "option", ceci dit le prix étant tellement compétitif cela est bien normal. Je sais où j'irai dormir maintenant à Lyon

Pas d'eau chaude ni d'insonorisation. On entend les voisins comme si on était dans la même pièce. Il en est de même pour les bruits extérieurs. La qualité générale laisse à désirer
