Haddon Hall Hotel - Miami Beach

Das Hotel sieht von außen noch ganz nett aus. Aber ichnwar wirklich geschockt von dem Zimmer. Teppich fleckig, Bettdecke und Kissen dreckig, Badezimmer alt und schmuddelig (Haare in der Badewanne). Die Klimaanlage ist im Zimmer und im Betrieb sehr laut. Nachts ist viel Lärm, da Fenster zu Straße. Lage ist super da nur 5 Gehminuten zum Strand, Ocean Drive und Shoppingmeile (Lincoln Road).

ein nach Schimmel riechendes Zimmer, dreckige Handtücher, dreckiges Bad, sehr laute Klimaanlage direkt neben den Betten

einfache einrichtung und abgewohnt renovierung waere erforderlich

Einfaches Hotel, wirkt nicht besonders gepflegt, aber super Lage und günstig. Für Miami Beach sicher durchschnittlicher Standard - wenn man etwas besseres will, muss man schon in die Luxushotels gehen!

Wie waren für 2 Tage in Miami Beach. Für die 2 Nächte war das Hotel ok, wenn auch sehr abgewohnt. Die Zimmer rochen etwas muffig. Ganz suaber war es auch nicht. Parkplatz kostet 20 $. Kein Frühstück. Die Lage ist aber super. 5 Minuten zum Ocean Drive... 2 Minuten zum Strand.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das wärs aber auch schon. Der Service ist misserabel. Die Empfangsdame spricht kaum Englisch (nur Spanisch). Die Angestellten sind unmotiviert und dem entsprechend ist auch die Freundlichkeit. Der Zustand des Zimmers ist sehr schlecht. Verdreckter, freuchter Teppich, das Bad ist verschmutzt und alt. Der Abfluss ist verstopft und die Badewanne beschädigt. Die Fenster im Zimmer und im Bad sind beschädigt.

In South Beach everything is quite expensive and getting a hotel at this rate is rarety. But the front desk was not the best recommended customer service. The room furnitures are dated and the fittings are vulnerable. If you want to stay outdoors and stay in the night this hotel will be ok for you. Only good thing it came with the kitchen and utensils

I really like the Hotel..the pool..The acceSs..The location... the only but is that the internet acceSs should be free.

the only thin was the parking you have to pay extra 20 dollar to have your car and if they have the space should be have some agree with a parking lot in the zone to have better price with their costomers thanks.

This hotel is in the perfect place. It was clean and the service was good. I had a good view outside of the hotel.

The hotel service and receptionist weren't the most helpful or overly pleasant. However that was the only issue I had with what was otherwise a very nice stay. The hotel is a little dated but in terms of a nice place to stay, relatively decent price and with a great location close to the beach and restaurants it is quite good.

Stayed at the hotel Aug 14/15...Booked 3 seperate rooms with 3 friends...each 1 of our rooms were perfect...clean sheets,clean carpets(no holes), cold a/c....yeh bathroom a little outdated but CLEAN!!!! ...the price you can't beat for location either, it's in the middle of everything you need to have a great time in S Beach...anyone not satisfied are people expecting The Lowes for Holiday inn prices..Believe me it's way better then what others have said..we stayed in rm 124..125...126 if that makes a diffrence...good luck..also in morning go to Cafe Cardoza on the beach strip and enjoy a huge Ma Mosa after 2 of those you'll be good to go!!! Believe Me!!

Small hotel, all extra services are very expensive, like wireless internet or water.. But just for spend a couple of nights in South Beach it is a great hotel, very close to Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive.. I loved it!

I would recommend this room for anyone that just wants a place to stay. My boyfriend and I just rented for the weekend so we can party and the hotel lived up to its purpose. Since it was close to pretty much everything, or a $6 cab ride to 5th street, we were able to go out and drink & dance & have a good time. its not a big hotel but the lobby is nice and the pool is decent. yes, the rugs are a little dirty and smell funky but that's only in the halls. our room was clean so i really don't have any complaints. the mini fridge didn't work. the only BAD thing is that the parking sucks. they don't tell you but it's $20 a day to park and its based on availability. there's a parking garage on 16th st && its also $20/day so if you don't mind noise and just want a place to sleep, shower, chill then this hotel is for you :D

Wonderful location, wonderful location, wonderful location. For the price my friends and I paid this more than exceeded our expectations and was incredibly convenient. Most definitely would recommend it to someone who's there to be outside most of the time.

This place way than exceeded me and my friends expectations. It was right in the middle of all the action, walking distance to both local and non-local spots. Amazing pool, walking distance to shopping, dinning, beach, everything. Staff were very attentive and responsive to our needs. I would most definitely stay here again and refer it to my friends.

Love the hotel, the room and the area the hotel is in.

Hotel is in a very good location. On Collins Avenue, one block to Ocean Drive and two blocks to the famous South Beach. 3-4 blocks to Lincoln Road. However, the hotel needs a lot of improvement. There is no A/C in the corridors. The rooms are small, old and smelly. The A/C in the rooms are old and noisy. I can not recommend this hotel for the families.

Rooms are ok for a short stay. Rooms could use an update, its a lovely old broad, past its prime but ok!

The hotel has a wonderfull location I dont like the carpet in the room that was dirty disgusting, but i recomend this hotel just to go sleep and the price that you pay

The Hotel was very clean and a great value for the money, near the beach, etc.

The outside and lobby of the hotel are very differennt than what the hallways and rooms look like. The hotel is very old. It has a bad odor to it. The rooms are very moldy, I woke up with the worst allergies ever. The doors to the rooms are so ghetto. I would never stay here again, even for the low price.

Parking was a problem even when it was assured to be available before arriving. Had to return from diner early to prevent their security towing a number of vehicles on our party. Room was "outside" main walls on a stairwell landing outside main building walls. Seems like a Balcony was converted. The "queen bed" was two beds together with a central division that hurt our skin. South Beach Chic it was not.

The hotel is circa 1950s and it shows. The location is the difference.... near the Lincoln road area. The pool was clean and in good shape considering the age. the olympic length was great for laps if your not there to party...... nonstop.

This hotel was awful, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, the shower barely worked. It had a kichenette in it with no pots and pans. lots of dust everywhere. Its great for the location but i would have paid a little more for the comfotability. If you just want something cheap and will not be in the room that much then go for it but i am a clean person and i prefer better.

The hotel is not the most exclusive but the hotel location and the price we paid was perfect. It is about 2mins walk from the beach and there are loads of shops, supermarkets and restaurants within minutes of the hotel. Our room was always clean and the air condition worked well.

Great room for the money

Simple, basic, but location cannot be better. If you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel and want to be close to the action, this hotel is for you. Walking distance to clubs, beach, restaurants.

This was my second time staying here, I love the location, an the price is awsome. its really old an not very well maintained an can be noisey but you only shower an take a fast nap an get back out there.. Ill be back.

It was clean enough small room but I didn't spend much time there 1 block away from the beach 7 blockz 4m wet willies part of the beach were its most PoPPin and only a few blocks 4m the most poppin clubs on south beach

This hotel has a good location and a good price. Stay at it for that - and nothing else. The hotel is old not well kept up, the sheets and towels are stained and the rooms not clean, parking is limited or non-existent, and the roof leaked everywhere when we had a storm ( which is not a rare event in Miami ). Watch out for all the hidden fees for parking, internet and the like.

da hotel was in a great location its great if u dont plan to spend alot of time in your room da hotel is in need of alot tcl and up grades but if u just want some where to put your stuff and lay your head its execellent for da price

If you are smart, you will pay some more money and be able to sleep at night. This was by FAR the most disgusting place I've ever stayed in. Absolutely no customer service at the front desk. Parking is NOT included and you get to walk a block away to pay $20/day in a parking garage. (It's Miami - it rains!!!) The A/C window unit has not had a filter change... ever??? Our room smelled like mold. To top it off, there were animal feces on the carpet, footprints in the shower from the last guest, and when I turned down my sheets there was a nice wad of black hair waiting for me. I actually changed my flight so I could get the hell out of there. STAY AWAY!!!

The hotel wasn't the greastest and the rooms had a distinct smell. However, the staff was very nice and helpful. It was also near everything!

Looking for a place to rest your head in a superb location then Haddon Hall is the place for you. No frills, carpet stained and slightly musty no other issues.

I recently just stayed at this Hotel during Memorial Day Weekend 2009. If you are over 25 you probably wouldn't want to stay here. I would suggest paying a little extra to stay somewhere nicer (like the Royal Palms across the street or Lowes). The Hotel is outdated, small, and just not comfortable to sleep in. It wasn't dirty but the carpet was old and the full size refrigerator was awkward in such a small room. The only great thing about this Hotel was the location you can walk to everything. The actual lobby is nicer than all the rooms. The doors look like shutters and barely close. We stayed up for 4 days just to avoid not sleeping in that room.

It's a cheap hotel, but it's pretty clean. The lobby is nice and the hotel staff were really nice. We rented a scooter and they let us park it at the hotel for free all day because parking is EXPENSIVE and difficult to come by. Overall, pretty good. If location is what you are concerned about, this hotel is PERFECT. It was situated in a perfect distance from the clubs, restaurants, beach, everything. Very good. I will be staying here again!

The lobby has been updated nicely; it is time for them to now update the rooms, which I think may have the original furniture in them. (Although they did update the cabinets, fridge, cooktop area of room). The pool was nice the first day but full of bugs the next day; they could use more housekeeping/maintenance staff to keep up with issues such as that. Overall, I do recommend this hotel because you can't beat the location for the price!

Fantastic location but you get what you pay for. More of a motel feel to it, very bare bones. Bathroom was clean, sheets were gross but what are you going to do.

I had low expectations considering the amount I paid for the room. The location was perfect 3 minete walk to south beach the room was perfect and the pool area is great.

Excellent location in the heart of South Beach. Two mins walk from the beach. Beautiful Art Deco building with a great pool. Rooms are big and clean, and have the added bonus of a refridgerator and two cooking hobs.

It's an old hotel and needs a little maintainance, but it has the best location and the rooms are great for the price it's offered at. This is the second time I stay and I will continue boking it when I visit South Beach

The hotel was pretty much what I expected, a small room in an older hotel but it was clean, just a little musty. For the price I paid I would totally stay there again! It was only a block from the beach and it was right in the middle of a lot of night life. If you're looking for cheap hotel with a great location close to the beach, you found it. Just don't spend to much time in your room.

I paid a fantastically low price for this hotel considering it was for a single night on Saturday. The location is excellent for South Beach. The hotel is clean and well maintained. But then again, it's South Beach, so I didn't spend much time at the hotel!

You can't beat the location for the price. It's definitely an older hotel but it's also on South beach. Close to everything.

The hotel is in a good location, very atractive front. Place to park cost 20.00 dolars in front of the hotel. Sometimes you may have to wait to park due to limited space. Neighbor parking lot is 16.00 per day, 1 block North or 2 blocks South. (City parking is 1.25 per hour between 9:00AM and 12:AM) Free the rest of the time.
