horrible customer service, rooms were really small and smelly, their complimentary breakfast is mini cupcakes and they are like weeks old. with the price you pay for this, you can find way better motels in L.A.

This was the most smelly and dirty hotel we have ever stayed.

The room was very small, the TV didn't have a remote and it was hard to change the channel and sleeping next to the window was very loud from the outside, I could hear every little sound. Overall, I'm glad I was only there for one night because I felt uncomfortable there.

our room was extremely small. Just enough space for a full size bed, a chair and a nightstand. It stunk very badly when we walked in the room, there was an ashtray in there, even though it was nonsmoking. we had to air the room out for a good hour.

BEd's were horrible, carpets needed cleaning, bathroom needed a vaniity, no clock! Just wasn't the best experience for the money. The best feature was that we could walk to University Studios...

When I checked in the hotel the guy at the desk was very rude and unprofessional. He was talking on a cell phone and didn't even look at me when he spoke. For the price I paid I think this hotel is horrible.

very convient location to universal studios.If you are going to be gone all day, & not planning to hang out, then its perfect, other wise you will be quite dissapointed. IN & OUT and you will be ok,

VERY poor......window unit air conditioner that did not work, the entire hotel was dirty...outragously priced for the improvement needs. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy much less a friend.

it was close to studio city, city walk, and theme park

We asked for a none smoking room. They gave us a smoking room. It had a ash tray next to the bed. It was a very strong smell.This room looked very torn down. I asked the ladie at the front desk for another room. She was very rude and said the room I had was a non-smoking room. She also said if i want another room it would be another 25.oo. I was very upset and left. I refused to stay there and lost my money.

My experience at the Nite Inn was not a pleasant one. The hotel really takes advantage of the location. It is within walking distance of Universal Studios. It is a flop house cheesy hotel. Meaning, it is poorly kept and over priced because of the location. And it is cheaper than the major chains in the area. Overall, get in and out!!!

staff was not very friendly. room was very very small. 4 people were booked to stay in the room and their was not enough towels for 4 people. the heater didn't work well, we asked for more covers, we had to ask again. the parking is terrible, the stalls are not big enough to really even park a very very small car and their are not enough stalls for the number of rooms

this place was horrible!!! the floor was dirty and sticky the light in the place was duller than a night light. 3 of the 5 knobs on the ac were missing and it wouldn't turn off on a very cold night. the place smelled like cigarette smoke. the fire alarm was on the floor by the bed and the wires were sticking out of the ceiling. kinda funny the picture was screwed to the wall upside down... the bathroom was small and the floor was sticky. there was a tv but it was about 10ft off the ground on a bookshelf looking thing almost right above the bed (not the best location). the bed smelled funny... even the blinds were all bend and some were missing out from the dirty window. it was really pathetic i mean i tried to find something that was ok with the place but couldn't except that i think it would keep the rain out if it did rain. but i don't know i saw some weird stains on the floor too. i tried to cancel the stay after we checked into the place but we couldnt with out paying for the room which is wrong i mean how can you know the condition of the room before you check in?

To start with the hotel room was tiny! basically big enough to fit the bed. On top of the open closet/tv stand were two melted candles that had not been cleaned up from a previous stay. When I checked the bedside drawer there were hospital tags, a male escort business card, and various scratch paper from a guest prior to us. The bathroom had a wooden vanity mirror that someone had carved gang signs in to. The carpet was coming up along the walls and the whole place smelled like cigarettes.

Well, after reading the reviews on Yahoo, I was throughly disappointed. So, I called the hotel to talk to the manager who was rude about everything, but I stayed there anyway. We got in, and the room smelled, not sure how to describe it, kinda musty I suppose is the closest I can come to it. The bed was really comfy. The TV was 19 inches and in the worst place possible...the shower is WAY to small, one person only. Everything worked well though. The AC and Heat. That's about it. Oh, it's $10 to connect to their wireless internet.

It was a disgusting room. My friend and I were disgusted to even sleep on that bed or even on the floor. We had to go buy sheets to sleep in. We were about to ask for our money back but decided to only stay there for a few hours.

A great price for the location, next to Universal Studios and convienent to Hollywood Hills and Burbank. The room was very simple and small, but fit my needs - a place to sleep at the end of the day. Convienent parking. Next to a shop that sold good coffee and bagels, which opened at 5am. nThe staff was very friendly and the room kept very clean.
