My overall experience was okay. My wake up call came a half an hour later than expected. I called ahead of time and was not informed of the parking rates to leave my vehicle at the hotel during my flight. The shuttle was very convenient. Would stay at this hotel again though.

great room for the money - AND - they provided complimentary shuttle service from our car rental dropoff to the hotel.

Everything in the room was old and outdated. I only used the room for about 7 hours-if I had to stay there longer than that I would not do it again.

The hotel was really nice and had a sports bar basically attached on one end which supplied our entertainment the first night we were there. Everybody working there was very nice and very helpful. The shuttle that takes you to and from the airport and EL train was very convenient and FREE! I didn't realize how far away from the city this place is though and if I don't stay here again that would be the reason. Ideally I don't want to have a 45 minute trip on the El train to get where I'm going.

this is an older but well maintained property. super clean. Shoeless Joe's sportsbar is attached with good food and service. save your money and stay here.

Great value and convienience makes this hotel a good choice. They have a shuttle to O'hare which also has the Blue Line El train to Chicago. The parking was free, rooms were clean and staff was pleasant. Hotel is older but if all you are looking for is a place to sleep, this is a good choice. If you don't mind public transportation, staying further outside Chicago is the ticket. We saved money by not staying in Downtown Chicago.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Even though the airport was just across the street, there was no airplane noise that made it into the room. Great sound proofing!! I would recommend to my friends..

The rooms were fairly clean, and the bathroom was much better than I expected - clean, nice shower, good water pressure, etc. The main criticism I have is that the hotel advertised a daily continental breakfast, which was not still in effect. Actually, we even got a wake-up call inviting us down to the continental breakfast. When I went to check it out, I was informed of local restaurants where thay had established a deal for us to pay for our own breakfast. While the breakfast was not absolutely essential when we were booking the hotel, had I known I would not have breakfast, I would have brought my own or woken-up earlier so that I could go find some.

The Best Western at O'Hare was just what I needed for my situation. I wanted to stay in a hotel that was not in the city of Chicago itself and I also wanted a hotel that was located close to a "L" station so I could take the train into the city. The hotel was about a mile or two from a station where you could also park at so that was a plus. The hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel was very nice. The only thing that caused a very slight problem was not the fault of the hotel, the problem was the jets taking off from O'Hare but i guess if you're staying at the Best Western at O'Hare you got to expect that. Overall it was a good hotel

Good price and nice proximity to the airport w/free shuttle

The hotel was actually pretty nice. The room was decent sized, clean and bright. Although the hotel itself seemed a bit aged it was a nice place to stay. The only downside was the crazy amount of rain that flooded the parking lot. But that is because the part of the parking lot I was parked in was lower than the surrounding land. Other than that it was a nice stay. Having an attached bar was a nice treat as well.

If you want luxury don't stay here. If you are looking for a place with reliable shuttle service, clean/comfy bed, good price and free parking than stay here.

The room was clean, the hotel was okay

This hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and the shuttle bus is so convenient..I had a great stay.. I would recommend to others.Great room for the money

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times now. The shuttle service is very reliable, every 30 minutes to and from airport. If you are visiting Chicago and are on a budget this is a great place to stay. Take shuttle to airport and then take the blue line train downtown. This way, you can see the entire city for just $5.00. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfy. Hotel is old and remolded but they maintain it well and it is a great place to stay for a low price.

They mixed up my reservation, giving me the wrong room. This was easily fixed, as they switched me to a room with the proper number of beds, but a problem could have occurred if the hotel was otherwise booked solid.

We arrived a little after midnight and although I called and another couple called for the shuttle, it took almost an hour to get there. Considering that the motel is less than 2 miles from O'Hare, we felt this was excessive. We received an apology, but no explanation. Other hotel vans went by two, three, four times while we waited for the BW van.

When I checked in they have given me Trash room(I will not use that room as Trash room in my home). Where they have dumpped all unused Items. No Blids, no curtains, no phone, curpet is stinking and dust all over the place and when I spoke to the front desk they were very rude and were not ready to give me another good room. With the help of Hotels.com finally they have given me a better room. Thanks alot for Hotles.com and This is my worst experience.

The staff was very help. The restaurant next door is excellent. I will stay there again

The hotel was a great location for when we attended a concert at the Allstate Arena. It was about a ten minute walk to and from the hotel. Very convenient location. The staff was also very helpful for direction.

I arrived at the hotel later than planned and had to wait an hour for a room to be ready. This was at 1am and I had a flight at 8am. The room I did get was a smoking room, and was disgusting.

Good room for the money, clean rooms, reasonably priced family restaurant on site. Although very close to O'Hare Airport, I did not hear the sound of airplanes.

This hotel is clearly older. Great location for airport and local shops. If you are attending something at the Rosemont Convention Center then this could be a good alternative to the more higher end hotels connected to the center. Clean location but halls smell like motor oil. Parking lot floods when heavy rain comes in so be careful.

For a non-smoking hotel, it smelled disgusting.

Room was OK. Bed was good. Bathroom needs lots of help help. The toilet was like a kids training potty. Short in height and a little round seat. No countertop, just a couple of skinny shlves above the little toilet. The shower curtain would wrap around you while showering. With the curtain and the grab rail in the shower, the effectife useable area was about 10 inches. Hallways were a mess, especially the first floor. There was some kind of a long term problem with mold or mildew. There were numerous fans always blowing this musty smell around. Elevators smell worst than the hallway. Ice machines were not working. The eastern most entrance to the hotel was a mess. Employees were very nice.and competent.

The hotel was conveniently located, but needs some updating. It didn't give off a comfortable atmosphere.

The outside of the hotel looked run down.Some hotels provide free adult channels but the prices for the movies were 14.99 that was insane.

Utilitarian stay for someone anticipating an early flight. The family restaurant was closed for remodeling, however, which meant fighting traffic and limited parking or making do with Stouffers microwave for dinner. The bar was packed, smokey, with a long wait.

We went to the concert in Chicago, the hotel shuttle was supposed to pick us up around 6 o'clock from the airport, but we waited till 7.30. We called hotel, they told it will be there in 5 minutes. In 15 minutes we called, they told - in 5 minutes, so we waited for one hour and a half and ended up being late for the concert. No excuses from the administration.. Plus, pillows were tiny and uncomfortable.

Needs Improvement. This was definately not a 3 star hotel.

Shuttle will take you to and from the airport and you can catch the blue line there. Staff friendly and helpful. Room is clean, just remember to put "do not disturb" sign on if you do not want them knocking by 6:45-7:00 am. I've stayed at this hotel twice and several other in the Chicago airport area and this is the best for the price by far.

We stayed after a late arrival at O'Hare. We slept fine, and they were accommodating of two weary travelers who needed to get out in a hurry the next morning. But the property is "tired" to put it nicely. The room and bathroom showed quite a bit of wear and tear. This is somewhat surprising given the newer, and relatively comparably priced, hotels nearby.
