Extended Stay Deluxe Orlando - Convention Center - Westwood - Orlando

We went to a convention during our stay and this hotel was perfect. Close to convention center and surrounding attractions. Nice serivce, contenential breakfast was good and plentiful. All in all a good stay.

A good hotel for the money - could have used some updates, but comfortable neither the less.

The hotel was acceptable, but the rooms were dated and in need of upgrade. Nothing special about this place.

Outstanding hotel,the kitchen was a plus. Plenty of room, couch was nice added feacher.It was quiet and peacful and we enjoyed the pool. It was clean and had a nice grill to cook out. Would stay there again.

The room to which we were assigned had a terrible odor when we arrived. We reported it and were immediately assigned to a better room. It was a good stay for the money.

great front desk, need a little more breakfast

The hotel was clean and in a great location. The price was good also. My only complaint was the complimentary breakfast was very small and the bed wasn't comfortable. The rooms did have a stove and microwave so you could fix whatever you wanted. Overall I would stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. The small kitchen was great for making my own breakfast. Location is perfect for the convention center. Public transportation was an added bonus, with the I Ride trolley stop right in front of the hotel.

our stay was brief, but met our needs. when you check in they tell you there is breakfast in the morning, but it is just muffins and coffee. don't expect a breakfast buffet as you would get at some other hotels.

Great place to re-energize because just got back from Paris, France. Very close to everything and peaceful. Breakfast was more of a snack which is great for those on the go.

The hotel staff was nice. However the hallways had a musk smell to them. The room was clean. During the evening pizza menu was repeatedly pushed under the door.

This hotel was wonderful for the price that we paid. The room looked and smelled new. There was a small kitchen and everything we needed. I have already recommended this hotel.

Title says it all! Staff was friendly, rooms were nice. Great to have a kitchen to do lite cooking whiloe on vacation there.

I think that the pet fee is a little expensive, and i think that they can refund some of the fee, but it was a good hotel that i will use again if i go there in the future, thank you...

For the price; this was a good hotel and the location was great for going to the local ammusement parks. Recommend families with children 10 and under who do not mind sleeping on a hide-a-bed. Kitchen was great; recommend bringing your own groceries as apposed to buying in town (very expensive). Continental breakfast was sparce and the hotel staff did not know how to operate the alarm clock (no telephone wake up calls). Did not use shuttle service so I can not comment. We basically just used the room to sleep after a day out with the kids to SeaWorld and Aquatica...

Pros: CLean, good location, friendly staff Cons: Breakfast was minimal - actually shouldnt be called a breakfast but a snack bar. 1st time @ a hotel was there breakfast with neither cereal or eggs. This definetly needs to be in their description so that users shudnt be expecting anything more. & that minimal breakfast gets over pretty early too...by around 9 AM. Also, the shuttle times to universal are bad too...they hv shuttles @ 9-15...park opens @ 9...shouldnt the shuttle timings be such tat we can make it to the theme parks by the time they open? Also...the hotel doesnt hv any coupons etc for local major attractions...

We're Seaworld passport holders and this hotel is very convenient for us. We stayed there in June of last year and were very satisfied. Our trip last week, however, was a disappointment: the tub was covered with hair and a big piece of something sticky, like gum, was stuck in the main walking pattern of the room. The worst thing was the A/C which was loud when it worked and by the end of our stay was constantly shutting off for a few seconds then restarting loudly which meant very little sleep. Last time we stayed on the first floor and this time the fourth so that may be the problem (the sign out front promises "newly refurbished rooms").

nice efficiency room for two people, especially for the price. hotel location and condition was great. continental breakfast was lackluster, but overall it was great.

We stayed at SeaWorld until it closed and this hotel allowed us to do that. We watched the last Shamu show that ended at 10:00pm and kids were in bed and asleep by 11:00pm. Room has full size fridge, sink, stove, microwave, desk, queen bed and pull out queen for the kids. Beds were not that comfortable but again it was fine for just one night. Hotel was very quiet too!!

Pros: good clean location, kitchen!...decent front office desk...etc Cons: 1st time I saw a breakfast with neither cereals or eggs. For a hotel that charges extra for the 2nd person, to just have juice, bagels, banana bread & coffee for breakfast looked very much miserly & it gets over pretty quicky too. Lucky I rented a car...the shuttles to universal are @ 9-15...wouldnt anyonewant to be @ the park when it opens & not start 15 mins after that!... Also the spring bed..was squeaky on 1 side! Overall...just decent...for this price or even lesser have stayed @ much better hotels. Next time would definetly look for better places on i-drive.

The location is close to all attractions and highways, the overall cleanliness of the hotel is remarkable. The staff was very helpfull. They even allowed me to check out late within one hour of the check in time !!! There was but one negative thing about the whole expeerience and that was that on one of the couches there was a stain on the back of one of the pillows, I turn it around and went on with my stay, but I am sure that some people might make a bigger deal about this.

No problems, staff was excellent. Quiet area. Very roomie. I would most definitely stay here again.

They need to do a better job of the controlling the smeel all around the hotel and updating their old, smelly couches.

The hotel was clean and the rooms was very good for the price. It was next to Sea World and about five minutes rom Universal. Variety of restaurants within minutes as well. The BreakFast was very limited.

We were very pleased with this hotel. We definitely will be back. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

More then what I expected. Would book this hotel again in the future.

It was more than we expected, has a light breakfast in the morning, only a 1/2 mile from sea world and they have a shuttle to take you there. The room was large and clean, price was great!

The first four days were pretty good. It was stated that if we wanted the room cleaned or fresh towels it would be a fee for everyday we asked for. We did not ask for the service and were shocked to find people had been in our room to replace towels. Had we known we would not have left camera's and lap tops and such out. Nothing was missing from our rooms but we wouldnt have chanced it had we known. I spoke to the front desk about this and they said they don't charge when you book so many days...thats not clear in paperwork. Other than that everything was pretty good until the morning of check out. We drove to Florida and when we went to our car that morning we realized it had been broken into. I went to the front desk and the girl working was on the phone...she looked up and i told her what had happened. She just looked at me and said nothing. I asked her if they had security cameras. She said no and continued with her phone conversation. I asked her to call the police...she looked up and shook her head yes. The police did come so I guess she heard me. Other than that she could care less. Between the things taken and the damage to the car it should be 800 dollars. Some concern would have gone a long way. Tammy B.

Outstanding Hotel! I will stay there again if I'm in Orlando. The best place I've stayed in awhile.

This is a very nice hotel, with a great location to the convention center. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant and while the facility could use some updating it is a great value for the money.

Door needs more quiet and smooth at slam frame. It avoids noise from night sleep.

This hotel is nicely located very close to International drive which has virtually every restaurant and store you can think of within a few short blocks. It is also just a nice walk to the cconvention center (over a bridge that ends on one end in the Convention Center parking lot and the other end rioght at the entrance to the hotel). My overall satisfaction with my stay was well above my expectation. The price was great, the hotel was great, the staff were great.

This hotel is perfect if your working the convention only a short walk across the bridge to save you $8 a day parking and totaly safe to walk at night. The service was good and the hotel was pretty clean except for the ant problem in the parking lot dont park under any trees

Our stay was good people were helpful the area was very accessible to local attractions

The rooms were very clean. The hotel was quiet during day and night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
