internet was broke ice machine was broke we were placed on the second floor and there was no elevator.

Nice hotel, quiet, good location, and staff. Room is updated, but disappointed in carpet as had 2 terrible spots, and shower head was not good.

The room did not appear clean or well kept. The rugs were stained, bathroom needed upkeep but the bed was comfortable.

To call the rooms a suite is a stretch. It was better than motel 6

Staff was very friendly, carpets in room could use cleaning, indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Adjacent to Denny's Restaurant.

The room and hotel was very clean. I prefer this hotel to many of the higher priced "resort" hotels.

Enjoyed the hotel but only stayed there one night. The one thing I noticed was that both indoor pools were empty but that didn't matter to me because I didn't want to swim. It is kind of the end of the season for Lake of the Ozarks so they might have just been using that time as a clean up the pool time. I would definitely stay there again.

When we had signed up for this hotel we were under the impression that we would have internet in our room. After about 30 minutes (giving time to unpack and unwind) we went to ask the receptionist how to use the internet (aka: password, site what we needed to log on). She said it should just come up what room are you in, we told her she said oh I just called technical support on that Wi FI connection in that area of the building (I would like to say it was 7:30 pm which was after our check-in).We were never informed of this issue with the internet. The connection was down for the entire 4 nights we were there. I had to ask to be moved to another room which they offered an upstairs room which I told them we couldn't do cause of all the belongings we had. They told me we could use the lobby or the swim area (which is rather warm and if you went outside you can't see the screen or get water on the laptop). I tried both these areas which I got online but it kept disconnecting and also wasn't the privacy and convenience of my own room that I expected. The only thing they could do was try and reset the router which I told them wasn't working and all they told me was that they didn't know when it could be fixed. They wouldn't even offer a compensation for the internet being down at the time of our check-out.

We wanted a hotel that was centrally located within the ozarks. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were amazed. The hotel was clean and available to the "naked eye", only minor updating needed to be attended to. Overall this was a great choice and will definitely book again and recommend this hotel to our friends. Thank You for making our stay a great experience.

Hotel was very nice for the price in the area. The staff was great I left something at check out and they were very good in getting my stuff back to me. Great location with access to many things to do. The only complaint is the cleaning was not the best we could tell floors were not vacumed and the bath need better cleaing. The pools and Hot Tub were great and well kept up.

The room was very clean and next to the exit so parking was very close. The only down was the internet was down durning our stay and the clerk said that there was a lighting storm just days before and a part was on order,

I was pleased with the price we paid but the hotel room was dirty. The carpet was not vacuuned, and the bathroom had mold around the top of the tub. I went to walmart and got a cleaner with bleach in it but that did not take the mold away. It must have been behind the caulk. It needed recleaned and recaulked. I was very disappointed.

The hotel staff was extremely warm, friendly, and accomodating, and the free breakfast was decent, but that was about all they had going for them. Checkout is at noon, so you have time to sleep in, relax, and not worry about rushing out. However, the room was a little smaller than expected. The bedspread had pen marks on it and some of the threading had come out. The toilet leaked, and sometimes the flusher would not reset properly so you would have to get up again and mess with it. The heating/air unit didn't have a thermostat, so you had to set it based on whether you wanted to wake up sweaty or freezing in the middle of the night to turn it off. Also, I'm not sure how people taller than 6' take a shower because the bottom of the tub sits a few inches higher than the bathroom floor. The water pressure was a bit weak too. They do have high-speed wireless Internet, but there is no direct connection in the rooms, and you had to re-enter your name and passcode more frequently than I thought necessary. Most everything beyond the room was also disappointing. There was a Denny's connected at the lobby, which was nice if you didn't feel like getting out and trying to find a place to eat in an unfamiliar area. The "fitness center" was pretty pathetic, though. It only had a bike, a treadmill, and an elliptical that was extremely difficult to use. There was a TV, but you also had a speaker playing music that you couldn't adjust if you wanted to watch TV. The pool area was perhaps the worst. It was very poorly ventilated, so steam would build up on the ceiling and you could see where the moisture was damaging it. When the steam beaded up, water drops would randomly fall on you while trying to relax in the hot tub. There was also mold along the bases of the window. Overall I would say I was disappointed with my stay. The entire place needs a massive upgrade, but with the low rates they charge and the seemingly lacking patronage even on the weekend, they won'

I only saw one member of the staff and that was when we checked in and out. The only thing I really have to complain about is that I asked for a smoking room. I asked the staff member at check in if the room would be a smoking room. We got to the room and there was a no smoking sign on the door. I called the front desk and they assured me it was a smoking room. I then asked for an ash try and I was told "You'll have to walk down to the front desk for one, the maids never seem to remember to put them in any of the rooms."

There was not screen on the window and it wouldn't stay open. We had a very hard time getting out of our parking space because of St. Patrick's day everybody gathered right behind our room and car. The only time the maid did a half way decient job on the room was when I stayed in the room with her. the ice machines didn't work on either floor and we had to drive to the lobby to get some. I had called and asked for an extra pillow they said there were no extras but the next morning the maid said that there were extras and e finaly got one.
