Anlage sauber und gepflegt , toller Ausblick auf See Badezimmer nicht so top sauber - Duschtüre kaputt Liegesofa sehr unbequem

sehr schön u. groß, Angebot ist toll (Swimmingpool, Spielhalle, Karten für Parks kann man direkt im Hotel zu tw. Sonderkonditionen kaufen, etc.), Zimmer waren luxeriös (Whirlpool, großes Bett, Terasse, Küchennische inkl. Kühlschrank u. Microwelle - einfach toll!), extrem gute Lage (Nähe SeaWorld, Universal Studios u. Adventure Island, Disney Parks sind auch nicht weit weg u. nicht zu vergessen: Outlets sind relativ nahe, auch für einen kurzen Snack ist ein Walmart ein paar hundert Meter entfernt - genial!

Well placed to all attractions, friendly and efficient staff, plenty of activities on site, lovely restaurant, huge rooms, well serviced and stocked.

We had a 1 bedroom studio. The grounds had a lot to offer for family activities. We played in one of the many pools and a game of putt-putt. Was going to universal so we didn't have a lot of time to join in on any of the other things going on at the resort, but if you were going to stay for the week I think you would have plenty to do.

Really enjoyed the convenience, cleanliness and amenities of Westgate Lakes.

My time at the resort was good.

During the four days we stayed, no one came to change a light bulb in the bedroom. No one cleaned the dishes and there was no dishwasher, nor sponge or cloth to wash them with. The room was clean, though. The price was an excellent deal. Within minutes of all the attractions.

This resort was terrible! I've stayed at this resort previously and have never had the problems I did this time. Upon arrival, our air conditioning was broken and we hear the banging to fix it while we were trying to nap from the airplane trip and car trip to the resort. That night, the air conditioning went out again. The next day, we were awaken by a phone call in the morning stating that we had lock the main door that lead to our room and the room next to us was lock. The lady at the front desk insist that we lock it and we did not even touch it. We got two more phone calls that morning stating to quit locking the door. At around 1:00 in the afternoon, it started to rain. The entry way to our hotel room and the room next to us was flooded. When I opened the door, the door frame dripped with water and the guy staying next to us was mopping up all the water. The smoke alarm kept going on and off due to the fact that it had to be disconnect to prevent electrical problems. The washer and dryer that I had to use was located on the third floor and I was not able to leave the dryer because it would kick off after about 5 minutes of use. I am not very happy with the quality of this resort and would not recommend it to anyone.

I was very impressed with the hotel and the surroundings. The outside environment was beautiful so I could not wait to see the inside. It really met my expectations as well. Having activities on site was wonderful especially for the children. Everything was convient and clean. Even the pricing was a good deal. I am still expecting my return on the promised gift certificate from my mastercard.

The room was very nice and we had a good view of the Disney fireworks at night. The only problem we encountered was the air conditioning. No matter what you set it at it kept going back to a warm 76 or higher. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Other than the air conditioning the resort was great.

I loved that there were so much to do on the premises. There was no need to leave, Grocery Store, Mini Golf, Arcade, Tours.

Here were my issues: -Tub had lots of hair in it like it was never cleaned. -On the second to last day of my visit when I came back to the room, there was a comb on the nightstand and bobby pins on the floor (neither of which my boyfriend or I brought or use) -They never emptied our garbage -The bed is as hard as a rock and very uncomfortable I wouldn't stay there again. I got a good deal, but it's not worth the aggravation.

We have stayed at Westgate lakes many times in the past. I must say that this stay was somewhat different. We went out on Sat. night, and when we returned to the resort... there was literally no where to park. My husband rode around for 20 minutes, and finally asked the front desk if we could park in a no parking zone until morning. They were kind enough to let us do that. Just beware... if you leave the resort, you might have to park quite a distance from your building. Other than that, the visit was great. The rooms here are always clean and fresh. We asked for extra towels, and they brought us a bag full.

After check-in my husband and U attempted to shower;however, water pressure was very low. I contacted guest services and almost instantaneously a maintenance worker was knocking at the door. The service is exceptional and friendly. Keep up the good work!

The location was great not hard to find and close to the parks.Lots of room too.

What a beautiful resort! From check in to check out, the service was great. It was conveniently located near Universal and the Convention Area. Our room was very clean and well supplied. We'll be back. Thanks Hotels.com!

they painted in the next room and you could smell the fumes, the air conditioner stopped working the next day. Overall the room was stingy and smelly, it did not meet my expectations at all. Most of all service was horrible.

I have never stayed at a hotel with such an amazing staff. Everyone who was aprt of the staff, from front desk, to maintenence etc would go out of their way to greet us. The price we paid for 3 nights was outstanding! The room was clean and VERY comfortable. Love the hottub/shower in the bathroom. very relaxing. We will most definitely stay here. Only down side is the amount of Parking per building. We spent 20 minutes searching for parking late at night after a long day at a theme park and had to walk a pretty distance to our building. A minor setback to an otherwise spectacular stay. Thank you!

Parking is the only bad thing I can say about this place.

Hotel service was super, very accomodating to all needs. Great location, clean, nice pools, lots of amenities for the money compared to the usual motel. It should be made more clear that this is more of a time-share condo complex, and not just a hotel/motel.

it was great to stay ~ except that my granddaughter got stuck in the bathroom ~ the door would not open ~ we had to call the maintance to help her get out. they had to break the door to let her out.

This hotel was very nice, it had a lot of anemities like a pool, convenience store, retaurants,etc, my kids enjoyed the stay I wish I could had stayed a little longer it was worth it.

Good hotel but don't eat breakfast at the restaurant on the hotel property not worth the money, not enough food. Also the pools closed early. Could not rent any kayaks because it looked like it was going to rain. So we decided to play put put golf. Other than that very enjoyable stay. Beautiful hotel room, just wished the jacuzzi tub was a little bigger. great price for the hotel room.

Very clean, great service, outstanding value.

We booked this hotel based on reviews--and we were not disappointed! The complex was nice, the amenities were great, and the location was not far from all the Orlando sights. Our studio room had more than we expected from a hotel stay, including DVD player with the TV, large mini-fridge, dishes provided in the kitchenette, and jacuzzi tub. Plus, the bathroom & shower were spacious, the closet & drawer space was ample, and we had more than enough space for two adults and two small children (one in a pack-n-play, provided for free from the resort, and one in a pull-out sofa bed). Pool area was also great, with a kiddie pool for our 3 year-old. Our room was quiet, facing the lake--but I can imagine it might be loud at night if we had a room facing one of the pool areas. I highly recommend this place, especially for the great price we paid through hotels.com!!

They were great there. The pools seemed a little dirty and could have used a scrub. They felt slimy. But we had a 2 bedroom place that was great. My daughter had enough room to run around inside when it was raining and the balcony on the lake was beautiful to eat at every morning. We would have stayed here longer had we known. It would have been nice to have a playground or something on sight for littler children although my daughter would have stayed in the pool all day if we would have let here.

The room was very nice - clean & comfortable, however we believe that our room had not been used recently as the lock on the front door did not work (they had to replace battery) - the air conditioning gave out on day 2 (they had to send maintenance - added freon, helped but not great) and the TV cable kept going in and out due to a faulty cable connection (we repaired this ourselves). Our biggest complaint was that the room which had a loft next to us had NO sound proofing. We could hear there TV as if it was in our room - as well as the fact that they were a large group with a barky dog. Luckily they called it quits by about 1:30 each night. The service was nice. Everyone seemed helpful and polite. I would stay again, but ask for room without "loft room" attached.

Overall hotel experience was outstanding with the exception that the room I was given was not the same room shown in pics online. I was disappointed about that. Only one employee helping guests to check in so there was a little line backing up. Would recommend to other people staying in the area.

I THOUGHT THE HOTEL WAS GREAT. I HAD A SIMPLE REQUEST. I WANTED TO BE ON THE GROUND FLOOR BY THE LAKE.I WAS TOLD NONE WERE AVAILABLE WHEN I CHECKED IN. I WAS TOLD I COULD CONTACT THE OFFICE THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND BE MOVED. WHEN I CALLED I GOT THE COLD SHOULDER AND WAS TOLD IF ONE BECAME AVAILABLE THEY WOULD CONTACT ME BY MY CELL PHONE.IT WAS OBVIOUS THIS WAS A LINE. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED. I FELT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONTACTED REGARDLESS OF THE RESULTS.

When checking in there was a lot going on and people everywhere but we checked in and out fine with the small exception of the woman who checked us out telling us she was going to be nice (in a smart tone)because she saw phone calls made from the room. NOTE: Ignore blinking message light as these were the phone calls she saw from our room as we were trying to figure out what the message was and why it was blinking. We had the studio room which was nice and enough space for the two of us but as others have said before on these reviews you can hear almost everything going on around you partially because there is a huge gap between the floor and the door. This gap is so big you can stick your hands under it therefore you hear everything going on in the hallway. The hotel is convenient to Seaworld and a walmart and i would recommend that if you want to eat out not to use the Smoke house resturant provided by the hotel because they delivered the wrong order and we wasted $12 but i would recommend going to O'Charley's up the street because the food and service was great!! Parking was pretty bad too as the place again is huge so we ended up having to walk about 2 blocks to get to our room. All together i would stay there again but i may try a place that has more convenient parking.
