Location is perfect for all shopping ,eating and theme parks.Staff were all friendly and helpful.In fact my only crib was the noise from the air conditioning unit.It was the noisiest cooling fan I have ever heard.Again staff were helpful and sympathetic when I complained and sent someone to sort it out straight away,but still no improvement.I would consider returning

No ice in the whole building, had to go three buildings over for it and had to wait 2 and a half hours for toilet paper,even went down to the front desk 3 buildings over and was told sorry had to wait for maintaince to bring the TP!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel needs to be updated RIGHT AWAY WITHOUT DELAY!!! The ice machine never work at all. The beds are to worn out!! Just horrible all the way around. Would Not stay here again.

I was amazed at the hotel and the amentities. Each room has a terrace or a patio. Perfect for just hanging out and relaxing. There are 3 pools (one indoor) - the hotel is secure, clean, the people were friendly - it was close to everything and has stores and restaurants within walking distance. I will stay there again.

We arrived to an outdated room with our "kitchen" cabinets falling off. We called the front desk twice, and also again about our broken coffee pot, and did not see anyone until we asked for a better room. We stayed in one of the studios, which I would also not do again. It is close to Wet 'n wild, Universal and Sea World, and in walking distance to stores and restaurants. The breakfast that is free includes a bag with a piece of fruit, a juice cup, and a danish, but the one you pay for did look good. It was not a terrible stay, but I don't believe we will stay here again.

I was looking for a cheap room with a kitchenette so I could stay in Orlando for the week and not have to eat every meal out. This served the purpose. There were enough annoyances that if you are at all particular this might not be a great choice. The card reader on the outside door only work about 50% of the time, the first floor hall had a large fan running the entire time we were there to try and dry out the wet carpet. The place smelled musty. The ice machine on the fifth floor (only 1 per building) never worked, and the dishwasher leaked. No one seemed very concerned about the things that didn’t work; suggesting that they would fix them but I never witnessed an attempt. There were also some positives; we had a corner room with windows on two sides and a balcony that overlooked a small lake with various water birds. The internet was free and fast. The staff was friendly and courteous if somewhat disinterested in fixing any of the broken items.

this is my tenth time to orlando and this time was the best.Transportation,activites,parks shopping and great food were right at your fingertips.Everyone that i got in contact with were very helpful.Bernadette at the Enclaves made me feel welcome.Fight now i am planning to go again in October if the price is right. I would recommend this hotel because it was convenient, the price was right, it has a nice pool, and a very reasonably priced breakfast buffet. I did, however, have a problem with the "kitchen", which was tiny, but that's okay. The problem was that the stove burners did not work. I notified the desk clerk in the morning while we were on our way out for the day, but when I came back that evening ,nothing had been done. I had to call again, and someone came up and fixed it. I should also mention that our room was not cleaned that day. I reported this to the desk, and received an apology and a promise that it would get done tomorrow. Two housekeepers knocked on the door shortly after that and offered me clean towels and said that they hadn't been able to clean the room because they had alot of checkouts that day. I felt sorry for them. Other than that, I think we got our money's worth.

Great hotel for the price. 24 hour indoor pool is a definite plus. The price to upgrade your breakfast is a steal. Hotel was clean and quite comfortable. Restaurants, shops and attractions very close by.

Me and my husband went for a day to Orlando. When we first arrived at the hotel I already heard some guest complaining about their room, so i got worried too. But when we got to the room it was nice. It had its own kitchenette and a queen bed. The best part of the room was the terrace and the view. The terrace was huge. The bed was comfortable. I would had liked to stay longer to I could had enjoyed the hotel pools and other amemities more. The reason we picked this hotel was because of the continental breakfast which was a joke. When we arrived at the food court area there was no one that could tell us what to do next. We waited like 5 or more minutes until we finally saw somone, they told us that its a "grab and go" pretty much u get a fruit and a drink and then get out. They did have buffete breakfast which is an upcharge from 5.99 to 3.99. Yeah if you think about everyone who rather has that buffet pays 3.99 so they try to trick you. We got the buffete and it wasn't so good, the juice was watertdown. When we checked out on sunday there was only one person to serve you and a line. The hotel isn't that bad but if you want a nicer breakfast with more varieties don't eat there. I was let down by that.

Went to Universal for the weekend with 4 other friends, the room slept 5 comfortably. The hotel was very easy to find and in a great location! Loved the fact that the indoor pool/spa was open 24 hours and the onsite store and pizza hut were very conveient for late night munchies and staff was super friendly! Hotel within walking distance to several restuarants and attractions. Highly recommend staying here for more than one night!

I HAVEN'T BEEN TO ENCLAVE IN A LONG TIME ABOUT 8 OR 10 YEARS AND I WAS INSPECTING WHAT I SEEN END THE PAST.

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at this Hotel very much.Have no complaints.We will book with this Hotel again soon.The balcony view was one of our fav's & the kitchen is a plus.

It was a great experience. As I walked into the room, I stood there for 5 seconds, due to the exciting experience. There was a balcony, kitchen (with all accesories including forks, knives, dishes, cups). After a long day in the parks and around the area travel, at night, one of the greatest part of the hotel was the bed. Nice relaxation on the bed that makes you want to sleep for hours and throughout the daytime. No wonder it was so difficult to get up in the morning. The breakfast had a good option, always satisfied my hunger. The area of the hotel is very nice. Two Thumbs Up on the overall comment of the hotel.

Negatives: We tried to call guest services three separate times and no one answered. I believe they seriously understaff themselves. The "breakfast" was a joke. It was a "to-go" breakfast that included a piece of fruit, a danish, and a small juice. There was a buffet, for a price. Positives: The room itself was nice and very clean. The location was perfect, within a short walking distance of Wet N' Wild water park. They do have shuttles to most of the parks, but its a VERY limited schedule.

Got this hotel as it had 2 bedrooms, but 2 rooms at a Days inn would have been better quality and cheaper.

Location is great if your going to Wet N Wild. Beds were a little hard. Nice view of the pool area. Bathrooms were a little small..Rooms was nice for the money. The indoor pool is nice, you never know when it's gonna rain in FL.

Great rate, very close to the attractions, the room was a 2BR 2BATH suite when i thought i was getting a 1BR room. The only disappointing part was the "breakfast" that was basically a to go bag with 1 piece of fruit 1 small cup of juice and a pre packaged danish.

First the room's key would not work. I only stayed there for a couple of days, and I had to go to front desk to have them give me new keys. Seems like others had the same problem. Then when you tell them that it may be the locks that are having problems, they tell you that sometimes if you place your key next to your cell phone it can deactivate your key. I mean come on, I have stayed at plenty of hotels and have never had so much problems with a key. Second, the rooms smelled, and for being a smoke free hotel, I couldn't understand why. Third, the bathrooms were dirty and molded very badly. I couldn't bare taking showers in there tub. Fourth, the beds were not comfortable at all. When you even sat on them, they would squeak so badly. All in all, this is the worst hotel that I have stayed at. I even booked with them suites, but I felt that the price wasn't bad for suites, but they could do better for acting so prestigious.

The room itself wasn't what I expected but it served its purpose. Having the kitchenette helped save on food expenses but the microwave was a bit old fashioned. The free breakfast could use some improvement also, compared to the buffet they have available, the free apple, orange and slice of poundcake in a bag doesn't really satisfy an empty stomache.

When we got to our room the AC was broken, there were moths in the bathroom, bedrooms, living room, and roaches. There were no TV's. We requested another room who fortunately had A/C and not insects but the mattresses were worn out. Also, are rooms were not cleaned after our first night. Though the price paid was economical for the suite, it's true what they say "You get what you paid for".

personally I didnt like the fact that the room looked old and worn out..for instance the couch looked like it was atleast 10 to 15yrs old the material was all faded and worn,pretty much to make a long story short for as cheap as the room looked it wasn't worth what i paid for it..as for security..thats a joke...my friends and i were out late the night we stayed there and upon returning we took notice of 4 or 5 security guards huddled in a little group talking and joking around with one another...we forgot which building was ours because they weren't clearly marked building 1,2,or 3 so instead of them helping us find our building they just stood around talking for all they could have known we could of just been people off the streets looking for trouble..

The hotel was horrible. The room was filthy and worn down. The beds were hard as rocks. The pool was ok. The staff was nice but that doesn't make up for the smell of mold through out the hotel. We still managed to have a great weekend in orlando. I can't wait to go back but I will stay in another hotel.

It is a good place within to relax. Excellent pools and a very good service.

Well for the money that we paid it was good but the beds were hard!! as rock!!!! we stay 4 days 3 nights we dint stay at the room whe were always in the parks or doing stuff but for the comfort of the room i give a 0 and the master shower was small other wise everything was good they have a full kitchen with everything!!! and the location was fantastic is close to everything..and plenty of restaurant and night life...

we got there early at about 11:30 am. After setting up our room selection so that when we got back to check in at 3:oo everything would be ready, we got back at 4:30 and our room was still not ready so we has to set everything up again. Other than this we were happy with the room.

The hotel was in a great location. It was less than five minutes from Universal Studios and Wet and Wild. It was also close to a lot of resturanuts within walking range and a GO Kart Track that was super fun and was very affforable. When you first get to your room turn on the frige they turn them off when nobdoy is their. It takes a couple of hours to get cold. Also a Walmart Supercenter is only 5 minutes awawy and if you are on a budget you can save a lot of monay there on food and sounviners. The only bad thing was the breakfest it was box with a piece of fruit and a pastry. But for only a few bucks you could get eggs, bacon, and etc... The mattress were bad but they were putting new ones in when we left. They have three pools and they were very clean and well kept. i would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was great it was really close to universal but not close enough to walk, the free transportation they offered was ridiculous, it only had 2 pick up times in the am, 815 and 1015, and they only had 1 pick up time from the park at 630pm when the park closed at 9pm. So we had to drive and pay 12 for parking at the theme park every day. The breakfast they offer is a joke, it is a box, made for 2 people, with a apple, orange and some concentrated orange juice, hello this is Florida, and 2 danishes, they said you had to pay to upgrade to the buffet. The mattress was hard as a rock and there was no mattress cover, and the sheets would not stay on. We called maintenance twice because we had the wrong remote for our tv and we couldn't order pay per view, there was only a hand full of channels to start with,the first time he said he would get us another remote the second time we called because we still didn't have a remote the next day, the same guy came and said there was nothing he could do for us, we complained when we check out but they said because we pre paid there was nothing they could do for us. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was open 24 hours so that was nice.

I just took a trip with three small children. The hotel was accomendating and the full kitchen helped me because I was on a budget. While other hotel guest ate in the convience room I took full advantage of the kitchen. They room was cleaned daily, and I was not afraid to sleep and not feel protected. I will stay at this hotel again. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a budget and have children.

this hotel was the best hotel i have ever stayed in... the room was nice the people were very friendly... the enclave hotel was in the best spot possible, it was near all the attractions... the food was good... i have nothing bad to say about this hotel but except for one thing... going to your hotel room was a little confusing cause it has three bulidings...lol

Overall, Good Nice pool, heated and clean. Room had a couch that I didn't sit on looked old and dirty. Nice to have the good size fridge and microwave. Balcony and view was nice. Some areas of the hotel showed wear. Not too far from Disney not real close though either.

Most people only write when something is bad.I went on a vacation for a week with 3adults 3kids.We had the 2bedroom resort suite, it did what it needed to do.The room was clean, the kitchen had glasses, cups, pots and pans.The complimentary breakfast is a box with a couple pieces of fruit,juice and a snack cake as people previously complained about but failed to mention for a small price they offer a great small buffet.The location is so close to Universal and not that far from Disneys.There are plenty of restaraunts and stores in close vacinity.Also, from where we were we had a pretty view of a river. There is very little to really complain about, if there was a "problem" there is another solution(ex:breakfast.)In addition, they had someone there that could sell you tickets to Universal as well as a gift shop.It accomodated the amount of people I had. All in all, I would absolutely stay again and recommend it.

Hotel is in need of some cosmetic updates, and beds could be more comfortable, but for the money this place is an outstanding value. Two bedroom two bath suite had full kitchen, plenty of room, and really nice balcony overlooking well kept pool area. Outdoor pool is plenty large and very good for kids. Location is fantastic, restaurants and stores within walking distance. TGI Fridays right across the street. Universal about a mile away. Great place to stay for families on a budget. Don't let the bad reviews scare you away.
