White Oaks Conference Resort - Niagara-On-The-Lake

Bei dem White Oaks Hotel handelt es sich wirklich um ein First-Class-Hotel. Die Lage war für Ausflüge ideal, das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber mit allem erdenklichen Comfort. Unser 16-jährger Sohn war von den vielen Sportmöglichkeiten begeistert. Das Essen im Hotel war allerdings sehr teuer. Außerhalb gab es aber viele Möglichkeiten.

It's like a HJ off the freeway. Don't expect much.

The hotel was in great condition the staff was super friendly. The grounds were beautiful. A little far from things but a great place to stay. Would recommend this hotel everytime.

It was a wonderful experience overall and we would go back again. The only thing that we did not like was that the sheets were not soft. Otherwise, we emjoyed our stay. They even had a sleep CD to lure you to bed!

From the moment I walked into White Oaks resort I was treated like a queen. Every employee that passed me, from the bellhop to the housekeeping staff, greeted me with a smile. My every need was attended to with a smile. This was truly a first-class place.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. The concierge was particularly helpful in offering suggestions concerning vineyards, restaurants and local sights. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I would certainly stay at White Oaks again without any hesitation. I look forward to my next trip there!

Overall, decent four star hotel. Not far of a drive from Niagara Falls. My only complaint is the refrigerator which has an automatic sensor that detects if something has been removed. In my opinion, any type of hotel which has one of these seems to present an untrusting and cheap image on their part.

We have stayed at White Oaks Resort but it has been about 5 years. Since we last stayed they have added on a large section to their health club with a new Cardio room and Yoga classes to name just a few improvements. We have been aquainted with White Oaks Resort for at least 10+ years and they facilities are kept in beautiful shape. What is really most impressive is the friendliness and graciousness of everyone on the staff. From the people at the front desk to the the people who clean the dishes off the table, everyone in the spa to housekeeping. Did I mention they have an incredible restaurant (LIV). We will go back to Niagara-on-the-Lake just to stay there again.

We have stayed at White Oaks Conference Resort about 5 years ago, we felt it was a wonderful value then, but they have improved their facilities to include a new cardio room, yoga classes and many other things. The property has been kept up nicely, and the staff is maybe the best of any hotel that we have stayed at, they were all genuinely friendly from the bellman, to the wait staff in the restaurant, the trainers in the fitness area etc.. In addition the food at the in house restaurant was outstanding. There are wonderful places to stay at Niagara-on-the-Lake but because of the staff we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We stayed in this hotel for one night, and while it was beautiful and fairly luxurious, there was a fire alarm at 3 AM. Apparently someone was tampering with the smoke alarm in their room. We called the front desk to see if we should leave and were told not to. Upon going back to sleep for 15 minutes, we received another phone call from the front desk saying that we had to evacuate- in the middle of winter. Friends of ours staying 3 doors down did not receive the same phone call and stayed in their nice, warm, room while we stood outside in sub-zero temperatures for 15 minutes. When we checked out, we asked for some form of compensation for this disruption during, what was supposed to be, a relaxing weekend, and received a $50 credit to a future package (the cheapest of which is $350). While I was impressed with the accommodations, I truly expected my room to be comp'ed for the fire alarm. While I understand this was not the hotel's fault, a $50 voucher which I will likely never use was not compensation enough for the disruption. The accommodations were nice, and the staff very friendly, but I am not likely to return due to the way they handled this circumstance.

Très bon hôtel, avec un rapport qualité/prix excellent. Seul bémol, mais hélas général en Amérique du Nord, le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclut dans le tarif de la chambre et le prix proposé pour ce repas est exagéré.
