everything was great in and about the room. somehow we got an impression that there is laptop in the room - it is not true, but there is a connection available if you have your own pc. minor disappointment was the swimming pool - it is small, so really not for doing laps, but it is 1.4 m deep everywhere , so small kids can't stand anywhere in it. my kids got in once and didn't want to go there anymore. that said - the view from the roof is very interesting and it is a nice spot to sit with a book...

Our room was huge and included a kitchen with all the appliances and a dining room table and a very nice flat screen TV. It was very comfortable. The continental breakfast provided by the hotel was average. The hotel is in the middle of the shopping district but about 20 minutes walk from the old town. However, as we like walking, we did not find this inconvenient. McGill Metro station is very close from the hotel. The Italian restaurant which is part of the hotel serves good food. And we did not have enough time to use the swimming pool.

We were quite happy at this hotel. It was in a good location, close to many restaurants and shopping, the staff were very nice but our main complaint was the beds were rock hard, and I woke up with backache every morning. The breakfast was good but just breads and cereal and fruit (an apple, orange or banana)so if you want a carbless breakfast this is not the place to eat. We were originally staying for 7 nights and when we had to cut our nights down to 6 they charged us extra per night, but I understand this is quite standard for all hotels.The only other thing was the $20 a night for valet parking, so in all a pleasant stay but worked out more expensive than we thought.

Huge room, near to many major sights. Helpful staff.

My family enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean and very large. Staff was friendly and helpful, without exception. Excellent.

The rooms are vast, with high ceilings (maybe 10 feet) and full kitchens. Amazing deal for this location.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and polite and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a room with a kitchenette, separate bedroom and large living room. Flat widescreen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. No view to speak of, but the hotel is right across from Ste. Catherine's so very easy access to everything. The pool and exercise room were nice. There is also a great free breakfast. The only thing that was of any concern is the extra charges. While the hotel basic rate was exactly what Hotels.com advertised, there are additional charges daily for room cleaning. There is a basic charge, and a separate charge for each guest. So add another 20 a day there, 20 a day parking, plus various taxes and such, and you can end up 50+ daily over the rate you lock in on the net.

I wish I didn't have to tell others that this is a great place to stay for business downtown. It is a hidden gem of a place and makes it easy to be in Montreal. By the way, just keep this between us.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. While it is not fancy, it is very nice. The hotel is in an interesting location, and, even better, is very conveniently located to the underground city and metro.

What a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Montreal!!! The suite was much more that we expected from a reasonably priced hotel room. The service was wonderful and the hotel had excellent amenities despite its relatively small size. The location is excellent...close to metro and buses and much shopping and marvelous resturants. I will definitely be returning there!

You can't find a better hotel for a stay in downtown Montreal. The hotel is only a short walk away from the old port area; it is within walking distance of terrific restaurants and jazz clubs; and it is just around the corner from a metro stop, giving you complete and total access to the metropolitan area. I would have liked to have seen a couch in our room, in addition to the chair and ottoman set (not to mention the dining room table and chairs), but all in all we were very well pleased by our time at this facility.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the amenities available (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) Although we ate most of our meals out, it was nice to have a place to store a soda or leftovers from the restaurants. The breakfast was included and presented a good variety of choices. The hotel is centrally located, and parking is reasonable.

Great room for the money, BEST location in town. Big suite with living room, kitchen and nice bathroom. Staff VERY friendly and accomadating Only 1 drawback was our bed was hard and I prefer softer. Other than that A+

The Family Suite we booked was the size of 3 normal hotel rooms and had an incredibly high ceiling.

avons loué suite avec coin cuisine, chambre et coin salon avec canapé. Trés grand, propre et TB placé. Equipement moderne. Accueil agréable. Un bon choix dans Montréal.

Très pratique pour les familles, très bien situé, mais si vous recherchez un hotel design, il vaut mieux passer votre chemin...
