Das Hotel ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet, hat eine optimale Lage inmitten der Stadt und kann nur empfohlen werden. Leider ist mir negativ aufgefallen, dass das Badezimmer nicht wirklich sauber war... Für Rollstuhlfahrer ist das Hotel bestens geeignet, da das Zimmer Behinderten gerecht eingerichtet war.

Ein ganzes Appartment mit Küchenzeile, gemütlicher Sitzecke, schönem Schlafzimmer mit komfortablem Bett und angenehmer Bettwäsche, geräumigem und gefließtem Bad, zwei Fernsehern , Stereoanlage, usw., also alles was man braucht - und das zum Preis eines einfachen Hotelzimmers, bzw. sogar günstiger. Alles sauber und neu bzw. gepflegt. Zentrale Lage in Glasgow. Da habe ich in Großbritannien in der Preisklasse schon anderes erlebt, allerdings ist Glasgow natürlich auch nicht London. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Though the suite were well situated and appointed. The rooms were clean, modern and of a high standard. The shower was good and powerful. Disappointed the room wasn't serviced on a Sunday when paying the same rate.

I only wish I had been there for more than one night. The room was spacious with high ceilings, full kitchen, stereo and DVD player. The only thing I missed (which I guess is an American thing) was wash clothes in the bathroom.

nice staff, very helpful full huge rooms looked for frasier suites in london but were all booked up which is not surprising, a good walk from central station. right next to trongate. closer to albion and argyle than what google map says albion and george (albion bends)

excellent location, very nice spacious room, staff were helpful. When we couldn't check in for our flights on-line (internet cafe's all closed before 8 pm in glasgow) the staff did this for us on their computer which was much appreciated.

The hotel staff are very welcoming, the interior is open and spacious and very clean but I have just two small criticisms and tips for fellow travellers: if you're a light-sleeper then be prepared to listen to your fellow guests creaking across the floorboards upstairs or take some ear-plugs. If you have a bad back then you'd be best choosing another hotel: the mattresses are too soft and prone to creaking as loudly as the floorboards!

An excellently located apartment block. Very well finished and amenites very close by. Parking virtually next door at 50% reduction and bars , restaurants across the road.

booked a very spacious studio with a fully equipped kitchen and living area. The room was lovely with a good service and friendly members of staff. Well located, close to Queen station. Stayed in winter, so got a very good deal for the room.

The location is in a fashionable but expensve neighbourhood of Glasgow and you could walk to most parts of the city centre. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon at 2:30pm and had to wait till 3 before I could enter my room. Some of the furniture look a bit tired in my view although the cooking facilities are adequate. The bathroom after cleaning did not appear to be spotless. On checking out, I was told I had to leave by 11:30am at the very latest so I wonder if they are short-staffed in turning the rooms around in a 3.5 hour window.

I've stayed twice. Both 1 BDRM's. My wife's family is from Glasgow. Rooms are clean amd good size ( Could upgrade to flatscreens . Location is great. Easy walk to George Square. Downside - clients seem to be generally young and can party rather loudly. Street noise can be bothersome from the many pubs in the area. Great value - would stay here everytime in current price point.

We had a little trouble finding the hotel (small sign) but once we did, we were very happy! The room was huge, with a very clean bathroom (also large) and kitchen. There was a full desk, stereo, TV, DVD player, etc. The only warning I would give is that the area shuts down pretty early food-wise -- there are a few pubs that stay open late, but it is difficult to find a place to get food after 9pm. There is a parking lot next to the hotel that was very affordable with the hotel discount.

The rooms are actually apartments with full kitchenette, stereo system, couches, etc. and definitely the largest (probably be 2 times) of any hotel rooms I've stayed in in Europe. The staff was incredibly cheery and helpful and generally well located, though a bit of a walk to the sites and underground... definitely recommended though.

The room was enormous, high ceilings, modern architecture. Bed was a little hard. Bathroom was big and clean. Kitchenette set up a big plus. Location was only drawback, a lengthy walk from main bus station but in a quiet neighborhood. A short walk to main shopping street and restaurants. Highly recommended for longer stays were you would like to cook and need room to stretch. Directions given by TI were a little hard to follow, hotel not well marked until you walk right up to it. Staff courteous.

Nice and helpful staff. Could cook your own meal if you want to. Had more tv channels than the average UK hotel. If walking from the Glasgow Central train station would recommend going east on Trongate Road and hotel is on the corner of Trongate and Albion Rd.

Very pleasant staff. Beautifully presented apartment. The only complaint that we had was the temperature of the rooms. The electric panel heaters were turned off but the radiator in the bathroom seemed to be on for most of the time. There was a fan in both the bedroom and the lounge but even with the both of them operating it was too warm for comfort. Apart from that I would recommend the Fraser Suites to anyone visiting Glasgow. They are modern, clean, comfortable and extremely central for the city centre

After being on the road for three weeks for business, it was nice to be able to cook. The suite was very comfortable. I had a friend visit from Edinburgh, and she was blown away.

Upon arrival we were given a room on the 3rd floor (out of 4). The accomodations are suites and there was a lot of room. The paint on the walls and furniture was looking a little tired and the carpet should have been replaced at least a year ago. No insects scurrying about but that might have had something to do with the heat. There is no AC and it was very hot and humid. Looking directly out the open window I could see a very busy street along with appropriate traffic and people din. a glance across the street and I am nearly at eye level with a huge clock tower. I sat down to try to (unsuccessfuly) connect to the internet and the tower clock struck five times. A quick call to the front desk confirmed that the clock tower tolls on the hour 24 hours per day. Upon my insistance we were offered another room on the first floor away from the street with a view of an inner courtyard and car park. This court was used by the various ground floor restaurants for their trash and dumping (breaking) of the many bottles of beer they serve. The first floor was at least 10 degrees cooler. Our stay was only two nights so we toughed it out. The continental breakfast at $6 BPS was a bit much. Fortunately there was a Mcdonald's just down the street.

This hotel is in a great, hip location with one of Glasgow's most quintessential restaurants across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms clean and spacious.

The hotel was as described on your website, clean and comforable - the staff were extremely helpful. It was central for public transport, excellent restaurants and shopping. The location was ideal anyone who wanted to self cater as Teco and M&S were five minutes away. It was ideal for us very senior citizens who had wanted to visit Glasgow for some 25 years and was on our list of 'things to do before we die'. The view from the window on the fourth floor of the car park was not desirable but not obtrusive....few cars that high up It was extremenly quiet no noise after 11pm plus the beds were extremely comfortabe

room was lovely, but didn't get ANY sleep as the room above ours was very noisy. When mentioned to staff they said they were aware of the problem...but neglected to tell us. A very disappointing end to our stay.

Very clean, spacious, well kept, good location, no complains at all!!

I stay at Fraser Suites on some visits to Glasgow because of location and self catering - decor's nice but cheap and you get the impression it's superficial 4-star - rooms are just not quite clean: cleaners didn't leave bin bag and the top of the bin was left in the middle of the floor; bathroom not clean round the edges - tile grouting had seen better days and all the shelves and skirtings were dirty; even if you put the 'please clean' sign outside the door you could come back after 1pm and it still wasn't serviced! Windows not double glazed in busy part of town and even on the third floor street/traffic noise excessive.On the up side, staff were more than helpful and it feels safe.

Hotel is in a reasonably central position but the noise from the street was very intrusive. It was also very annoying to hear every move the person in the apartment upstairs made.

The good points was the overall amenities of the room and the mini kitchen totally rocked. The tv was in a weird place if you wanted to watch from the bed but they had a bunch of channels to choose from (for the UK) including the Scifi network. Teabags, irons, stereo system and nice desks and sofa. You could totally relax in the room. I was told afterwards that it's more suited for long term business stays than overnights so maybe there was just a little bit of disconnect. The only thing that bugged me is that my room didn't get cleaned for my second day and it was really hot and I wished they had fans in the room instead of at the front desk. The shuttle service was absolutely bizzare only available in the early morning and mid afternoon. So expect to walk to the bus station or call a taxi for anything else

Being away from home for a week on a business trip is never a good thing and we can all get tired of eating out all the time. The Fraser apartments offer a great alternative to this by having a fridge and microwave. Stocked up at Sainsbury's with a few essentials such as proper milk and decaf coffee. The Fraser is in Merchant City so a decent restaurant is literally just outside the door with a great selection of restaraunts to choose from. Thoroughly recommended are the Italian Pizza shops on Ingram Street. Lunchwise I can't recommend Tinderbox cafe on Ingram street highly enough - they open at 7.15am so you can grab a cuppa on the way to work and close at 10pm so it makes a nice alternative to a bar. Oh and the food, expecially the home made pies (I had beef and stilton with a side salad) are divine, let alone the home made cakes! Two very minor complaints - we were on the first floow at the front of the building and the local glass collection in the early hours woke us up together with some rather rowdy chaps at night following Rangers success. The only other minor gripe was some discoloured grout in the shower which could do with a thorough bleaching and a tap in the centre of the washbasin which makes washing your face or shaving rather hard. I've stayed here twice now and will do so again, but will ask for a room at the back next time.

This is an apart-hotel kind of arrangement. EXTREMELY spacious rooms, as a Londoner I found the rooms astoundingly large. Very impressive. Everything was very clean, although the things in the rooms looked very worn, probably needs a refresh. Had to ask at the main desk for an Ethernet cable to get Internet access, and they RAN OUT. Why don't they just put in wireless? As a busines traveller I think there's no excuse for not providing robust internet connections these days.

We loved our stay in Glasgow. In fact, we have already recommended the hotel to others that we met on our flight to the USA, who will be visiting Glasgow, soon. The location could not have been more perfect. It was a short walk to either city train station, shops, pubs,grocery shops, bakeries, the subway,and fantastic restaurants. In fact, you could stay on Albion ST and find all of the restaurants that you would ever need during a visit. The staff was courteous, efficient, and extremely professional. the suite was roomy, the bed comfortable, and it held all items necessary for our stay. It is rare to find accommodations this perfect. It was a pleasure to stay at the Fraser Suites, Glasgow.

Nice size room, clean, friendly staff. Only problem was the internet service they offer. Bought 24 hour internet, but shortly lost signal and unable to get back on. Hotel staff tried to help, but unable to contact service provider. Tried to leave help message on internet provider website, but response was to email which I could not access. Phone call to help line at my expense got message to go to their website. Feel that i lost the $20 for internet access.

After staying in London this was a pleasant surprise. The condition of the room was excellent, there was lots of space and the kitchenette allowed me to eat a light meal cooked by myself. This is one of the best places I have stayed on my business travels. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was excellent. I would highly reccomend this place.

The overall condition of the rooms were great and it's in a good location but I found the staff a bit unfriendly.

Booked this place for the location which is in a part called merchant city. Very central and near all the shops!! Close to a Tesco's and M & S so could get nice food in or on the same street as some lovely resaurants. Appartment was spacious and clean with everything I needed. Only complaint was how long it took a taxi to come in the morning, nearly 30 mins! I kept asking and she said it is on it's way......I missed 2 trains because of this. They did say the had a complimentary bus service but as I pointed out if I wanted to use that I wouldn't have booked a cab! Book early maybe the night before

The hotel is a old banking building which has been converted. It is conveniently located and the rooms are large, clean and comfortable, and the kitchen area is extremely useful. The the only problem with the studio suites is that you may have to go to sleep with the smell of cooking in the room, a problem the two room suites do not have. The rooms are well furnished to a high standard, but considering the cost of the rooms it was a surprise to be charged for internet services. The two lifts were useful, however for a four star hotel the reception area was surprisingly small, and seemed more like an office reception than a hotel.

Loved this hotel although it was more suites than hotel. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Was like a home away from home with all the amenities. Would definately go back again. First floor very noisy as it's above a restaurant and bar, ask for a higher up floor.

Next time we return to Glasgow we will definitely make this our first choice. The building is very modern inside and had obviously been fitted to a high standard. The staff were very helpful. As for the location, it is at the end of Argyle Street, walking distance to city centre. Restaurants and bars are situated in the same block as the hotel! Great! No onsite parking but discounted car park is available 100m away. I really couldn't find a bad thing to say about this place.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The room was large and very clean. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. Really, my only complaint was the incredibly uncomfortable bed. My back is still sore.

Jag och min fru som bodde på Fraser Suites Glasgow tyckte att detta var ett jätte bra hotell för det låg nästan i centrum bara något kvarter utanför och personalen var jätte hjälpsamma vi skulle t.ex. ut och hämta hem lite mat till hotell rummet, då erbjöd dem sig att ringa och beställ och åka och hämta det år oss. Rummen är också super najs, vi tyckte att vi fick en mindre två som rum, stor fönster och jätte högt till tak.

+ perfekt läge (nära shopping och sevärdheter) + lugnt område (dock med ett flertal pubar i närheten) + stora luftiga rum + välstädat - aningen lyhört (ska dock inte påverka omdömet) Jag är en sådan person som ofta lägger timmar på att hitta ett bra boende på min semester. Jag läser omdömen, hemsidor, forum m.m. Detta hotell hade på förhand fått mycket goda betyg men det finns alltid en osäkerhetskänsla innan man får. Jag kan bara bekräfta att allt var PERFEKT! Underbara rum med mycket ytor. Välstädat, rent och snyggt. KLOCKRENT LÄGE! Det enda man kan ha i åtanke om man är känslig för det är att det är ganska så lyhört. Inte så att man hör andra prata men golven i detta gamla underbara hus kan knarra lite när någon går i rummen ovanför/bredvid. Dock ska ni inte ha med detta i övervägandet om ni vill bo där eller ej. Det hörs ibland även på Scandic Hotell i Sverige när folk smäller i dörrar.

God beliggenhet i byen. Hjelpsomme resepsjonister. Stor og luftig leilighet med god plass. Noe negativt; dårlig rengjøring siste dagen, gjerrige med såpe,shampo og toalettpapir. Persienner falt ned, safen var i ustand.

Utrolig sentralt, stilig og flott hotell, som vi helt sikkert skal tilbake til og som vi allerede har anbefalt til andre..det flotte er at de har flere at disse hotellene rundt omkring i verden også!

Her får man et stort rom med kjøkkenavdeling og bad. Beliggenheten er i gangavstand fra det meste. Det var noe trafikkstøy og støy fra bygningsarbeider, men dette var ikke noe stort problem. Sengen var temmelig fast men OK.

Fantastiskt fina rum med allt man behöver för en utmärkt vistelse. Det enda som fattades var utsikt (som var över ett parkeringshus). Fantastisk service också med låne DVD/paraplyer , bra städning, kaffe, te och gym. Över förväntan!
