I thought it would be more fun to 'dress up' in the dining room, but I guess casual attire was more accepted. Everything about the Hotel was truly 5 Stars worthy. I was surprised at how many screaming kids and barking dogs, but that was mostly heard during the day and thankfully not at night.

The hotel is great and upgrading to the "club level" with the drinks and food presentations is very worth it. We had never been to the Lake Las Vegas area, but liked the casino and the setting. A good place for a few days - not enough in the area for more than a few days, but this is a very nice property with excellent service.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. It's right next to the village area where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It's situated right on the lake with a nice pool and a beach are which is nice. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the Lake Las Vegas area.

The hotel welcomed us and our three year old immediately - it was neither stuffy nor cold. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The surrounding Monte Largo Village was wonderful, too. It provided less expensive alternatives for meals and had live music both Friday and Saturday night. There were fish, rabbits, birds and even a lizard to amaze our child. The pool was large and spotless, and the lagoon (with filtered water and beautiful sand) was a fun variation on the pool. It was an amazing 2 day get away - only about 20 minutes from our own home!

I am a Las Vegas local & stayed a night at this hotel with my husband for our anniversary. It really was nice to get away from the city & feel like we were away from the city. A very nice hotel, very nice staff, I will stay here again.

The Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas was a great place to stay for New Years. The room was very nice and the service was wonderful except for the bartenders that did not once look up to acknowledge anyone, and not just on New Year's Eve. The spa was wonderful but the massage was extremely overpriced. It would also be nice if the hotel had more selections on the in room dining. We usually love to order dinner in our room but there were very few items and nothing we liked.

the hotel is excellent. You are surrounded in total luxury. Ther is noe of the typical, jeans, gym shoes, and t-shirt crowd.

The air did not work in room, did not provide mini bar as stated or fridge just a cooler, fridge was 35.oo extra. Told them it was our 20yr anniversary, thought they would do something special, did nothing. the grounds for Friday & Saturday were dead. The drinks over priced. Food was over priced. Just an ok experience.

Great Hotel, wonderful, warm and accomodating staff. Our room was so nice, we didnt want to leave. so many amenities, and family friendly activities. We will be back. Great escape from all the standard Vegas hoopla.

This is a wonderful hotel, about 30 mins from the Strip. 2 great golf courses - The Falls (very windy and with a couple of cliff-top holes) and Reflection Bay (a must-play for any golfer). There is a nice Italian "Lake Como" theme village with shops and restaurants next to the hotel and the hotel casino is great and smoke-free. Rooms were wonderful and the club lounge is well worth the extra fee, with fresh pancakes and omlettes in the mornings. Free fitness/workout facility and great spa, too.

A wonderful, romantic, getaway. The service at the hotel was wonderful. The food outstanding. The 320 acre lake surrounding the Ritz Carlton hotel was like lake Como, in Italy. There was lots to see, other Italian restaurants, an ice skate rink overlooking the lake....even an Irish Pub. I never went to the "Strip" because it was like being in Italy. VERY romantic, relaxing, and a terrific place for singles, or a couple.

The Ritz-Carlton Las Vegas Hotel is a great hotel if you want a romantic, secluded hotel away from it all. If you have a family or plan to spend any time frequenting the Vegas offerings, this hotel is not for you. Absolutely nothing was offered for our eleven year old and fourteen year old sons at this hotel (concierge suggested driving range at the golf course as the possible activity they could enjoy while at the hotel.) The drive to the Strip was about 30 -45 minutes, depending on the traffic. Plan to drive, though, because other than golf, a small, smokey casino, and a swimming pool, there is not much to do in the Lake Las Vegas area.

Everything about this hotel demonstrates first class. From the time you arrive you are greeted by all staff members. The rooms were extrememly nice. Shopping, a casino, beautiful golf course and lake, and fantastic restaurants were all on-site and within a three minute walk from my room. I will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed our stay. Our lakeside view room was very nice. Although the concierge was very pleasant, the front desk staff left something to be desired. They were just stiffly cordial, not inviting. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the accommodations.

Be prepared to drive...Excellent facility, only drawback is the distance from downtown and the strip...Hotels immediate area (shops and casino) was in need of more visitors...Could have been the time of year, late July, summer heat, but almost no one in the casino or shops.

When we arrived to the hotel, the staff made us feel very welcomed. The bed & the pillow are super comfortable. The room was not very clean but I am sure if I made a complaint they will take care of the problem right away. We have a 5 year old daughter with us and they have a baby sitting service which was great. Not only our daughter enjoy staying with the sitter, it also gave my husband and I some free time to ourselves. I wish they would of told us that there is a $45 parking fee if we want to park our boat infront of the hotel. We found out later when we check out and it was a valet parking fee which we parked the car ourselves not the valet guy. We didn't feel like making a big deal out of it, but for sure if we go back with our boat, we will find a parking space ourselves and save the $45 on a nice bottle of wine! Overall, we are happy with the service and the room. Will go back.

First time Ritz guest anywhere and it lived up to the hype. Wonderful place to stay and enjoy away from home.

My only complaint was they could use a little better shopping experience.

Las vegas Local who stayed there for the night me and my fiance got married. when we got in that night there was a bottle of wine and a card waiting for us.

The Hotel/Grounds were truly breaktaking and well kept. The staff was excellent. I enjoyed my stay and it was very convenient having a spa at the hotel. The valet service was excellent. The fitness room was the best I've ever seen at a hotel (Well stock with up-to-date equipment). My only suggestion would be to include a microwave in each room. I would highly recommend this hotel to family, friends, and associates.

This is a great resort hotel away from the strip. The rooms were very clean and comfortable including the bathroom. Surroundings were beautiful. Its a great place to stay and relax.

I really wanted a room downstairs on the ground floor and the next day I had it. I was so excited about having the ground floor I didn't leave my room all day, I slept on the balcony and just relaxed.

I'm the type of person that reads all reviews and really wants to know all I can before I stay in a place I'm not too familiar with. Well, I've been to Vegas many times and have stayed on the strip each and every time so when I booked this hotel in an area I knew nothing about, I was not sure what to expect so I was a bit skeptical. This hotel was awesome and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant. I had a great room with a view, great service overall and as a seasoned traveler, I plan on heading back and taking advantage of the lake, the golf and the peacefulness I enjoyed while I was there.

Great room, quick check in and fantastic room service. We got away for night, away from the strip and loved their quietness and attention to detail. We had room service for dinner and breakfast. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to hang out in a comfortable bed, while letting the time float on by.

Carpet needs steam cleaned. Sheets should be gone over and checked for spots, stains, etc.

It is a fine and good hotel and was expecting a very good view hotel. But our room was ... It would be nicer if you can inform us the type of room beforehand, then we wouldn't have expected more.

every day, we were greeted by hello's and good mornings. the people there couldnt be nicer or do enough for you. grounds were kept perfectly and they had activities and even a singer one night by the outdoor fire pit. far exceeded my expectations.
