Hotel allgemein sauber, im Zimmer etwas schmuddeliger Teppich. Zimmer lag direkt neben EIngang wo oft Raucher standen, von denen der Qualm ins Zimmer drang. Sonst aber ist das Hotel OK. Preiswert und von der Lage her optimal.

Zimmer sauber, jedoch an den Wänden sowie Bad auch an den Wänden nicht zu übersehende Gebrauchsspuren. Ohne laufende Lüftuzng im Bad permanente Geruchsbelästigung durch Abflußgeruch.

Das Schönste am Hotel war der Eingang. Der Rest ist war total runtergewohnt: Fleckige Tapeten auf den Gängen, uralte Fliesen im Bad, und eine mit alten Flecken versiffte Auslegware im Zimmer. Dies lag dann offenbar noch über einer Waschküche oder so und war total überheizt!

Frühstück war gegenüber vor einem Jahr dürftig (geringere Auswahl) Zeit Sa. So. 9-10 h, Bad roch muffig.

Hotel ist schlicht und sauber, vor allem zentral gelegen. Die Betten sind jedoch zu weich.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Möglichkeit zum Frühstücken in der Nähe, Frühstück im Hotel für mein Empfinden zu teuer (14,00 / Person)

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist zwar älter (der Boden im Gang ist z. B. etwas fleckig), aber in den Zimmern wird sehr genau auf Reinlichkeit geachtet.

Lage des Hotels optimal, liegt quasi im Grünen, ist ruhig, die nächste S-Bahn Station Rosenheimer Platz ist 5 min zu Fuss entfernt. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung und sauber.

Es war ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis; bei nächster Gelegenheit bestimmt wieder. S-Bahn Anbindung nach kurzem Fußweg (< 5 Min.) zu erreichen.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr ruhige lage, nur 500m zur U- und S-Bahn. Ca 550m zum Deutschen Museum. Sehr gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Jeder zeit wieder

An ok place, good little perks available, like 2 bottles of beer and 2 waters free! (although we didn't get ours!) A fairly good location, although a little way out. We had to take the train in! Bathroom a little smelly and room very hot as no air con or fan!

This hotel is a nice value. For the cost, the hotel had many amenities, like a small kitchenette with a stove and sink, and even a pants press. The bathroom was fairly small, but the room itself was reasonably sized compared to other hotels we stayed at in Germany. Overall, good value.

Internet service was pricey and the connectivity was poor. Included a nice breakfast of breads, cereals, yogurts, juices, etc. Shower only. Located near to a metro stop in a nice area with some good restaurants nearby.

This hotel was just amazing. The staff was great, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. If you are looking for a hotel one stop on the S bahn outside of Munich this is it!

The room was reasonably sized and had a small kitchenette (although nothing is supplied). The bathroom is very small. The carpets were stained and dirty looking. Our room was a double ? meaning you had two small beds put together. The mattress on one side was so bad that we asked for another room. When we went to see the new room, it had the same problem. We ended up changing the bad mattress in our room for the good mattress in the other room but we had to do it ourselves. The staff was reasonably helpful although not the best we had on our trip. The breakfast was good and included in the room rate. I would shop around before I would stay here again.

The Derag Hotel Max Emanuel is the best hotel we stayed in all through out Europe. Although it was a 3 Star hotel, it had all the features of a 4-5 star. Breakfast was fantastic with a large selection... There's a top notch gym and sauna that looked like something out of a resort... the room was spacious... the bathroom had heated floor tiles. I was utterly shocked that the low price got me all this. I particularly enjoyed the fact that there was a laundry room that I was able to do my own washing in for 4.50 Euros (wash and dry). Location was only a 20 minute walk or a 2 stop ride on the S-Bahn to the city center at Marienplatz. This hotel deserves at least one more star and should be at the top of your list when visiting Munich. The neighborhood was also quiet and safe and near a nice little square.

The hotel was in a wonderful leafy backstreet location, very convenient for restaurants, bars, beer garden, culture and business. Breakfast was very good and the staff were pleasant and helpful. HOWEVER: the rooms had no air conditioning and it was stiflingly hot, even with the windows open. Having the windows open was an issue in itself as my room on the first floor was directly above the kitchen. I was woken at 5am by both the smell (pungent) and sounds of breakfast being prepared and had I been staying longer, would have requested a move to the front of the hotel. The hotel backs on to a lovely area but the buildings around cause all sounds to be amplified - even casual conversations between passers by. Consequently not much sleep was had.

hotel very clean and near trains and buses. I paid way to much for a twin size bed. No pots or pans in the small kitchen but coffe pot and fridge. A microwave would have been nice. To much money for that small a room. The phone I prepaid for never worked at all !!! Never a good signal so do not bother with getting a global phone,, it does NOT work !! Dont waste your money

Sono sincera, ho prenotato questo albergo, tra i tanti disponibili, per l'ottimo prezzo e la vicinanza con il centro (2 fermate della metro o 15 minuti a piedi) e ho trovato una bella struttura, pulita e confortevole.In camera è presente anche un angolo cucina utile per la colazione.

Derag hotels is the house of luxury; the room are very comfortable and cleaned. The receptionists and all the staff are very courteous and available each hour.

posizione centrale (10 minuti a piedi dal centro), zona tranquilla, parcheggio non troppo costoso. ottimo l'angolo cottura con il necessario per la colazione, unico difetto: la moquette nella stanza è molto macchiata

Good localization, clean, comfortable, fair price.

It is a classic hotel, near old town, with big room and clean bath. The bad was that the hotel-parking is not free! You have to pay.

the hotel is close to the Rosenheimer station, few stops from the central station and the city center. Relatively cheap and very good service. The room was nice and clean.

situation calme mais assez proche du centre historique de Munich et a 7mn a pied de la station S-Bahn Rosenheimer Platz (ligne directe 35mn pour l'aeroport et nombreuses lignes pour la desserte de tout Munich). Accueil correct, partie communes luxueuses mais mobilier de chambre fatigue et decoration minimale (bonne literie toutefois). Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Un plus avec une kitchenette (frigo/plaques chauffantes) et eau minerale et biere offertes.

dit hotel uit de Derag keten heeft twee pluspunten, de ligging en het ontbijt. Het personeel was onvriendelijk, reservering was zoek, de kamer stonk en was warm (geen Airco) en in de badkamer hing een "putlucht"

Hotel molto carino, ben tenuto e curato, pulito, servizio eccellente, colazione abbondante e prezzo contenuto. a pochi passi dal centro e ben collegato. quando tornerò a Monaco so già dove andare!!!!
