Great hotel - very clean, nice room/ room size, hotel staff was very helpful and great, very cool AC when during hot days. My room had pretty large bathroom for Paris and was quite comfortable. Neighborhood is great too but little pricey, don't forget that this hotel is located in the most expensive zip code in Paris. Though on the same street there's a cheap supermarket where you can get basics very cheap, also laundromat is one block away - right across of the supermarket - great! Short walking distance from many cafes' and restaurants, metro and arc de triumph and main drag. Very convenient location metro-wise. If you want to find a cheaper food - go to ether Latin Quarter or between Rome and Place de Clichy metro stations - there are plenty restaurants that are half in price and quite good. Anyway, love the hotel and will recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

room was comfortable. airconditioned. Staff was very nice and helpful. Located just a short walk to the Arc, which was nice. Only problem was the shuttle they set us up with when we checked out had a wreck carrying us to the airport. Driver wasn't very helpful or concerned about our injuries and still charged us the same rate. Hotel good, shuttle ???

This was my first stay in Paris. I traveled with my 16 year old daughter and her friend. The Hotel is in a great location close to the Arc de Triomphe and the main Metro connection at Charles de Gaulle Etoile that will get you anywhere. Getting around was easy and convenient. The English speaking staff was excellent. The location is quiet and close to some excellent cafe's and restaurants. Highly recommend the four cheese pizza at Banque Populaire next to Yuppies. The Hotel is also close to a ton of shopping and restaurants down Avenue des Champs Elysees. The room was large for Paris and we slept comfortably with air conditioning. There is no pool or other amenities, but we were only there for a bed and a shower. Pass on the Hotel breakfast. You can get much more at the local shops for less. I would highly recommend this Hotel and plan on staying again in the future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very good. Many restaurants close by and very reasonably priced. The room we stayed in (triple) was larger than most European hotel rooms and made it more comfortable of a stay. The only complaint: the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on in my life. My back ached every morning. One last bit of advice; do NOT pay the additional $xx-euro for breakfast as there are plenty of local places to have breakfast and crepe's at for less.

the hotel is not bad and located close to the Arc de Triumph... however, my friend had her money stolen from a wallet in the hotel, and the staff wasn't very helpful in trying to identify how it was stolen using their recording cameras...

Convenient to Metra and restaurants and shops

Would highly recommend this hotel. In the perfect location in the Champs Elysees, close to everything, shopping, Arc de Triomphe, metro line 1. Hotel staff is very friendly and speak fluent English. One computer in the lobby with free internet access was very convenient. Stayed in a Triple room which was big for Parisian standards with a large bathroom. Thin walls and floor did creak, but room was clean. Would stay at this hotel again, great price for awesome location.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This hotel is very close to the Arch. It is very old, rooms are very small, even for Europe. Maintenence is not part of their vocabulary. We had a triple room big enough for one. The sliding bathroom door was off the track so it either didn't close or once you were in, it wouldn't open. Some nights it was after 6 before the room was cleaned(beds made). Worst hotel we ever stayed in, including Europe. The elevator was so small only one person and one piece of luggage could go in at a time. Even European guests were complaining to the front desk, without satisfaction.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Staff was very helpful. Bathrooms are brand new and big for Paris standards. Rates are reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone... There are plenty of restaurants to eat for decent prices even though the hotel is so close to the Champs Elysees... We found a new home in Paris!

This was a great budget hotel. Take the Air France Buses from the airport to the Arc de Triomphe and walk 5-10 minutes to the hotel. Clean rooms, spacious, quiet and friendly front desk staff. Enjoy your stay!

Great Value as Hotel has renovated rooms and a very convenient location.

This is a small hotel, but it is clean and very well organized

Location was good, only a few minutes walk to subway station. We had a 3 person room which was large by Paris standards. Modern bathroom with a great towel warmer.

This hotel is in a good central location. The room was adequate for 3 people. The elevator did not work and we were on the 5th floor. They did have a porter carry our baggage but it did not work during the full two days that we wre there. It was repaired the morning of our departure so we got our exercise going up and down 5 floors the entire time we were there. Overall it seemed a little expensive for the quality but the seems to be the way it is for most of Europe.

Very nice location. Easy to go everywhere. The restaurant on the street has very nice meal. We went to a Chinese restaurant near by and had a wonderful food there too. Hotel staffs are very helpful and nice. I didn't buy the wireless service because I can just get on one of the weaker signal wireless service to check my emails. I think it worth the price. Don't forget bring your won plug exchange if you want to charge your cell phone or use your laptop. The plug on the wall is different than in the US.

The hotel has a wonderful location very close to the Arc de Trumph, Champs Elysees and major attractions. The room was quite small but very neat and clean. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. We would certainly stay there again, and would recommend it.

The location is fabulous!!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights right around the Tour De France final in Paris. The staff was excellent. They were polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job all around. The hotel itself is a little on the small side but it was perfect for what I needed-a comfortable bed, a shower, and a decent sized room. In this regard the hotel was perfect. For the price and the location (400 meteres from the Arc de triomphe)it was an outstanding value.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Wireless internet for a fee of 10 euros worked well. The room was very small even for Parisien standards but what a great location and good price.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Paris. We were in close proximity to everything--the Metro, the Arc de Triomphe, etc. The hotel itself was in a quiet place, and the staff was very helpful. They also spoke English. The bathroom was beautiful and big, by European standards. The hotel is typical European in that the walls are super thin and you can hear everyone in the halls. The staff also does not seem to understand the "Do Not Disturb" sign, so don't be surprised if they knock on the door. It was a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose!

Hotel location was great, easy walk to Metro and main tourist sights as well as safe area. Definitely paid for location as hotel room was ok but not great. Floor boards were uneven and creaked with every step. Chairs were broken and walls were very thin so could hear everyone else around. Would recommend if you just need a hotel in a good location and do not plan on staying in room a lot.

The hotel advertised wifi, but in actuality, you have to buy a prepaid wifi card when you check in. The only card the hotel had remaining was a 45min card. This would have been a problem had I not walked a few blocks to another Best Western and purchased a wifi card there. The continental breakfast was not included in the price of the room. The person working the desk when I checked in was quite rude; treating guests almost as a nuisance. The hotel was old and the room was small, but if you are only looking for basic accommodations, near the Arc de Triumphe, then it will serve the purpose.

The room was clean, but a little samll. It is located near the Arc De Triomph, many restaurants and the the metro.

The room was very small and of average quality, but I give the hotel an above average rating based on the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff and also because of the good location, which is not far from the Arc and subway line.

L'hotel è ideale per chi non ha particolari esigenze di comfort ed optional.La posizione è ottima, dista solo qualche centinaio di metri dalla centrale stazione metro Charles De Gaulle. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La camera, di minute dimensioni,è abbastanza pulita e raccoglie l'essenziale per un tranquillo soggiorno. Il bagno, molto pulito e decisamente carino, è rivestito in piastrelle con qualche elemento in legno e dotato di phon.

Prisen taget i betragtning er der tale om et pænt og velfungerende hotel. Stille og rolig beliggenhed i et godt kvarter, med gode restauranter i gå afstand.

Bien placé, calme, bon rapport qualité prix. Ascenseur un peu juste et... capricieux ce jour là! Très bon accueil diurne et nocturne à la réception.

Ontbijtbuffet was wel voldoende, maar de aanvulling van het eten en bestek e.d. was zeer matig. Moesten steeds zelf op spullen vragen.
