sehr gutes Frühstück sehr saubere Zimmer ruhig in der Nacht obwohl am Hauptbahnhof gelegen darf nicht abschrecken nicht weit zur Altstadt werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Dusche hat sehr schlecht funktioniert, keine Entschuldigung der Rezeption

Gutes, gepflegtes Hotel. Auswahl beim Frühstück war in Ordnung. Lage sehr gut, sehr gute Nähe am Bahnhof. Somit ideale Ausgangslage um Düsseldorf zu erkunden. Zu bemängeln ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer (leider auch Straßenbahnen).

This is no doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is more than adequate. We arrived about midnight but there was still afriendly helpful person on the desk who made the whole experience of checking in a pleasure. The staff could not do enough for you all the way from the management to the lady who cleaned our room. Another plus was the mini bar in the room with drinks that cost no more than the hotel bar and this was restocked every day. The hotel is situated less than 3 minutes walk from the main train station, underground, trams and buses but is quiet at night. Recommend this to anyone going to Dusseldorf.

Very pleasant for a 3 star hotel. All of the staff were most pleasant and helpful. They even let guests use their office internet and bring you a cup of coffee and cookie while using it.

The hotel is clean and comfortable UNTIL the water pipes kick in at 4.00am and clunk away for a couple of hours. So, if you can sleep through that AND the noise coming from both sides, above and below you because the walls are so paper thin, you'll be fine!!

This is easy access to the DUS HBF. Hotel staff is good and very helpful.

The hotel is just down the street from the DB Hfb. It's an easy walk. The staff is wonderful. They speak in just about any language and are very helpful. They made many efforts to make my stay comfortable.

Nice and clean hotel with close location to the railway station, walking distance (15 mins) to the old city center and 2-3 streets to major shopping malls. Room was quiet in spite of close location to station. Staff is very kind and helpful, breakfast is awesome! Highly recommended for travelers who have short connection in Dusseldorf (like we had).

Clean and comfortable hotel but matress was a bit hard for my liking. Decent breakfast. Close to Hotel and trams, short walk to Altstad. Would stay here again.

An older hotel in the downtown area of Dusseldorf, with walking distance to a variety of shops and dining options. We were greated by very polite and attentive staff, during our stay we benefitted from free wi-fi access. The roooms were small, but functional, they were clean. In the morning we had an Excellent breakfast spread. Drive to the airport was only 15 mins even in relatively busy traffic, would consider again if my travels brought me back to Duesseldorf

Good place to stop off for mini - break. Facilities of good standard and very helpful staff. Breakfast 'samey' each day, but adequate. Would use again.

We arrived 4 hours before check-in time, but was allowed to check in anyway. The room was clean, everything was in great condition. We did not use the free internet, so we don't know if that works. Great breakfast buffet. Free newspapers.

Jeg ble meget positivt overrasket, siden dette var et billig hotell. Store rom, ikke pene, men gode senger og bra bad. Frokostbuffet var god og det var masse å velge mellom. Ca 100 m til hovedbanestasjonen gjorde dette enkelt å finne frem til.

Lagomt enkelt hotell nära det mesta! Helt ok!

Sentralt, nær jernbanestasjonen, lett å finne. Ok for en natt.

alles verliep naar wens ,zeer goed ontbijt,zeer vriendelijke receptionisten,onderhoudspersoneel en bediening ook heel goed,hotel centraal gelegen en voorzien van parking,algemeen dus een goed team en locatie!!

Well situated in the centre of Dusseldorf. Overpriced and service not very good during high frequentation.
