Ramee Hotel Apartments - Dubai

My wife and I had a short stay in Dubai - four nights in total. We wanted simple comfort which is exactly what we got at the Ramee Apartments. Friendly and polite staff, a good spacious room with air conditioning and excellent rom service. I would recommend this hotel for all travellers.

did not provide suffient towles, cold room, warn out furniture. unfriendly reseptionist, was not checked in until 20 minute after the 2:00pm check in. that's terrible.

This is my worst hotel Experience EVER. Room was dirty, cold(to heating system in Winter). Bath waster was warm only about 20 min. Hotel does not call a taxi for you. Water pipe under kitchen sink started leaking filled the room with water, I called the hotel service , it tool them more than 8 hours to respond. And this list continues ..................

The hotel was adequate and staff friendly. Extortionatley priced internt access!

This Hotel have most of appliances you need, new washer, microwave, coffe maker, etc., DVD and TV with enough english channels, no WiFi from hotel but keep close to window and can find few signals from outside, bed pretty confortable cal. king size, nice clean small pool on terrace, steam and gym room so, so. cover parking lot, hotels is sourounded of buildings so no nice views. Bath is disgusting mold between lower tiles, always smelly in 10 days I had to buy cleaners and clean it by myself, room clean is soooo bad they only clean the floor an dishes sometimes. I do respect any religion but at 5:30a.m. local time the extremely high mosk prayers in front hotel will wake you up every morning then pause and start over at 5:45a.m. for around 15 minutes, no way to keep sleeping.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. The cafeteria which is near the lobby area had snacks available like pizza, chicken nuggets and bruchetta. This was really helpful whenever the children wanted something to snack on. The room was cleaned daily and the place is neat and clean. The room did have a washing machine but we had to buy the detergent. There is a supermarket within walking distance to the hotel where many things were available. We took a couple of sightseeing tours and were able to arrange this through the conceirge. The pick-up for the tour was at the hotel. The hotel had shuttle service to the airport. However, make sure to call in advance and let them know when you need to be picked up and the amount of luggage you have. We arrived late in the evening and called from the airport for the shuttle. We were informed that no shuttles were available so we ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel. To find a big enough taxi for us and all ourluggage quiet late in the evening was not easy! Overall we had a very nice experience with our stey!

room claning need a lots of improvement you have to tell them 2 to 3 times to change the bad sheet and other little things

According to the rate i had, breakfast was to be included..which was not. Airport pickup was also not included. There was mildew on the bathroom door, otherwise it was ok

This hotel is centrally located.The service was good.The staff was good

Didn't have Internet connection in rooms, charge too much for Internet cafe and not the greatest 3 star hotel. Over-priced.

Plutot bien situé dans la ville, taille de la chambre ok, confort/proprete ok, piscine sur le toit ok, g pas teste la salle de sport, parking tres appreciable. Point negatif: sommeil leger s'abstenir car situe en face d'une mosquee donc reveil vers 4h30 obligatoire... personnellement j'etais prevenue donc j'ai dormi avec les boules quies et ca ne m'a pas trop derangée.

E' un ottimo albergo perfino per chi come me conosce poco l'inglese!
