The hotel needs updating but it was clean and in a great location.

Excellent location, but there's a very good reason why the price is relatively low for the area. Other ratings dinged this place on size, but our concerns were more on cleanliness & condition, which were substandard. I was tempted to run to Home Depot and change out the pathetic faucets myself as only a small amount of water dribbled out. However, the place was inexpensive, Breckenridge is a great town, and the location is very convenient with only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the downtown shops. Oh yes, and they had ping pong & foosball in the basement which were fun. Only wish they periodically cleaned the floors.

The room is fine, not big but unless you plan to stay in your room the whole evening its great. Two hot tubs out back and walking distance to main street.

carpet filthy, did not dare walk barefoot hazard: electric outlet without cover stale smell old mattress what i imagine an old mobile home would be like (appartment 5B) should be removed from your list of hotels until they have renovated the place to compare: in contrast inn at aspen (in aspen) was super even though only marginally more expensive. similarly we had a very nice clean, spacious condo appartment in telluride for same price

The 2-1/2 star rating told us about what top expect. Wife and I got what we wanted for a very reasonable rate for two nights during high summer tourist season. Very easy walking distance and access to main visitor, entertainment and dining facilities in town. Unit was small as disclosed but clean, appliances and utilities functional. Bed was comfortable, but dresser nearing end of usefulness. We didn't look for, or need, any service personnel for a two night stay. Front desk personnel were at property management business in a sport equipment store 7 to 8 blocks away.

The hot tub was outside the window of the bedroom we slept in. A few other guests had a party in the hot tub from 2:45am to 4:00am. After that the hot tub ran loudly for an additional half hour. We requested a bed for our 16 year old grandaughter. The bed was not made for her. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. The kitchen was dirty. When we complained they said they could not do anything about it sice we had not booked the room with them, we booked it with hotels.com. Even though we paid for two nights we left during the second day as we really needed to sleep by the second night.

it was a clean organized hotel with a lot of things to do around the condo. The thing we enjoyed most was how there was a kitchen and two seprate rooms the only bad thing was there was only one t.v in the living room.
