Club De Soleil - Las Vegas

We stayed in a two bedroom suite, and for the price, it was wonderful. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, therefore saving even more money. The bathrooms were a little dirty, and there was a hole in our bedroom door. The pool was wonderful, though, and I really appreciated it being open 24/7. We had no problem what-so-ever with noise, and we even had a bachelorette party across the hall. While sleeping, though, there was a dripping or creaking sound coming from above us, and we were on the top floor. Odd. The front desk was overwhelmingly helpful, and we even received a voucher for four tickets to see a show on the strip for free. I would recommend this place for price and convenience, but if you're looking for luxury, look elsewhere.

Great for the price. The hotel rooms just need a little TLC. Paint some updates to the decor and what not. Overall it was perfect for what I was looking for.

Pro's: Price:Since it was off the strip the price was substantially lower than the strip hotels. Location: The hotel offered free round the clock buses to ALL parts of the strip. Activities: Offered free tour of Red Rock Canyon, the outlet mall, etc, Service: Everyone was very polite, and went out the the way to assist. Room:Not only clean and in newer condition, but it was quiet. (I heard people who stayed on the strip complaining about the inability to sleep b/c of the noise-street/hotel) Con: Only con is that it was not directly on the strip. We would definitely stay there again.

clean and comfortable

The property is actually divided up into a phase I & II...so it can be a bit of a pain to find the "Check-in". While this Timeshare Hotel is a bit out of the way...it compensates with HUGE accomodations...Our family had a 2BR, 2BA with a FULL kitchen giving us room to spread out.Because it is situated off the 'strip' and in a more residential type neighborhood, it is very quiet. Club De Soleil offers a shuttle service to various points of interest along the strip rather than the one drop off point that you have to trudge back to after a long day or night out on the town.

I was very pleased to get 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen for the price of regular room on Saturday night. The room was very clean, neat and the bed was comfortable. Everything was highly recommended except the pillows (they were too high, too hard and so uncomfortable)

Great weekend price, very clean, secure. Two miles from strip but they have a shuttle. I will look here first especially on weekends.

We stayed in a two bedroom unit and I felt like I was in a very comfortable apartment. I enjoyed the fact that it was NOT a casino environment. The kitchen was the size of a real apartment including a 4 burner stove, oven and microwave. And the biggest surprise was our jacuzzi tub in the master bath! This was very much worth the the value.

Everything about the hotel was nice with the exception of the fact that the rooms are not serviced at all during the stay but you can request additional items and have them come renew towels upon request.

the hotel was clean and comfortable not far from strip. I would have like to have had the room cleaned during stay without having to ask, but this place seems to be for timeshares. overall it was alright

Nice hotel and we had a nice stay. The check-in was very slow. The staff on break was smoking right in front the main entrance - we had to walk through a cloud of smoke - Yuch!

The hotel, the front desk was great. It was neat and clean and it was such a great place to stay with the kids! Would definetly book again here at Club de Soleil. The only problem I had was I forgot my conditioner and they had none! That's it!! And check out time is pretty early 10a.m. But other than that it was GREAT!!

We really enjoyed our stay and our room. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and invited my 22-year old brother along for the stay. He called his friends to brag about the room an said it was 'pimpin' which we hear means super fantastic (we're 40). The pool was open 24 hours with quiet hours in effect from 10-7. Everyone swimming late (including ourselves) obeyed the rules. The property is a couple of miles from the Strip, which we knew before going. This was no problem for us because we had a vehicle and don't mind driving about in Las Vegas. Each bathroom had a jetted tub. The suite was well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. The only thing we noticed that we weren't crazy about was the softness of the bed and the extremely big pillows. However, the 22-year old said he thought that was great and he was very comfy. I've stayed in many places in Vegas and this was one of my favorite places to date. If you're looking for a casino environment and are on foot, you may want to stay elsewhere, but if you're looking for a nice, relaxing, luxury place... I highly recommend you stay here. Groceries, dining, and spas are are near by and the Strip is just down the road.

Very courteous staff. We did stay in the buildings 1/2 block away from the check-in, but that was not a concern. The rooms were very quiet; much more than what I would expect at a Strip hotel/casino. Had originally reserved the studio, but received an upgrade to a one bedroom with full kitchen for the three days (cost per day was very minimal). This room was an exceptional value, and was less than what other members of our traveling party paid for basic rooms at local casino hotels elsewhere within Las Vegas. I will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. It had a jacuzzi tub, which was very nice. It has a fridge and microwave as well. The only thing is they only have maid service every three days, but it was no problem getting extra towels if needed. I definately plan to stay again. They have a nice pool and jacuzzi outside as well.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was a little ways from the strip and the cab rides were quite expensive. If you are a scheduled person to catch the suttle, they run on the hour. Very conveniant. Beds were super comfy!! It came with a full kitchen along with a full dining set. This was great!!!

The hotel was descent. The rooms were small. But they do not come CLEAN your room the whole time you are there. You have to call for more TP, more towels, etc... and you are only allowed so many pool towels or you will be charged. The check out time is 10 am! TOO EARLY FOR VEGAS!!!!! They make you sign a thing that if you are not off the premises by 10am they will charge you double your nights stay or something ridiculous. The walls are SUPER thin and you can hear EVERYTHING.

Great hotel, clean, shuttle available

The hotel is old, furniture worn, bathroom is stained. It looks like they clean ok, but still stained. Rooms are small. If you plan on sleeping go somewhere else..... We were kept awake until 2am listening to the people in the room above us walking around. It seriously sounded like the ceiling was about to cave in. Also pool is 24 hour so if you are by the pool you will hear people out there throughout the night. We were also woken up a few times by people talking loudly outside the rooms as they were coming and going. We reserved through hotels.com, when we got there we were told they had no reservation for us but looked it up on hotels.com and told us it was under a completely different last name. Not too much hassle, taken care of quickly.

The Club De Soleil was a very satisfying experience. The service was excellent, most helpful, and cordial. Security was good and consistent. It was awesome using the BBQ grills in order to eat out on the patio or near the pool. However, my complaints were with the lack of sound barrier in the rooms, TV's playing rather loudly at night, and hallways needed to be vacuumed more often. For the three days we were there, leaves continued to blow into the hallways and there were very many and left a rather unkempt appearance.

the charter buses were running late and there was no one at the front desk.so we just took a cab to our destination.

We were pleasently suprised! This hotel gave us more thann we expected. We rented the jr suite and they provided us with a 2 bdrm suite with living room and full kitchen. My 13 year old daughhter was in heaven because she had her own little apartment. The jacuzzi tub was a wonderful suprise as was the washer and drier in the unit. Everything was provided for us and we saved some money by cooking in the unit. Overall very satisfied and you will be too. Thank you Club De Soleil

Stayed for one night before the NHRA races...The room was small but very comfortable especially the bed...Whirlpool tub and clean shower were a welcome site after a long day on the road. I saw reviews that said the walls were thin...It was very quiet when I stayed. It was located a couple miles from the strip which made traffic minimal and stores are close.

The Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room as clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the convinience of courtesy shuttle. I will definitely stay at Club de Soleil again.

Staff on duty after 7pm was negligable. There are two geographically different locations and only one was open when we arrived. they gave us keys to a room that was occupied! how do you not know that? Was glad that it was only one night.

I would give this hotel/complex a 5 star rating in every category except that a receptionist was kind of rude when I called for info. Other than that, it was excellent. Rooms were quiet, very clean, organized and evrything was in reach. Litte extras like mints on my pillow. If you plan to book a room, I recommend the 1 bedroom suite. It has a jet oversized tub, Room safe, Full kitchen with ice maker (so you dont have to go down the hall to get it), all the dishware you need, a wonderful balcony, Extra towels & T.P. The intergrated fireplace was a nice romantic touch. They have a free shuttle service that takes you right to the front door of different hotel/casinos. It even has Church & Grocery shuttle service. No room service, but there is a Food Delivery Service Menu. This is 1 of my top picks from all the Las Vegas hotels I've visited.

NEVER WILL STAY PLANED ON 2 WEEKS LEFT AFTER 2 NIGHTS

This was a wonderful hotel close to the strip! My husband and I went to have a nice romantic getaway and this was perfect! There was a nice heated pool open 24 hours along with a putting green (along with ball and putter) and barbecues that were avalible to guest at no extra charge. after a late night on the strip it was nice to take a swim or just relax in the jetted tub. The shuttle ran all day to the strip with a grocery store run in the mornings. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen area was nice. We are already planning our return to this hotel!! I highly recommend it!

The room was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. Was very comfortable and enjoyable. Walls seem very thin could hear the television from the room next to us, but other than that it was wonderful and would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The only problem with the hotel was that check in was in one location and the room were in another. We had to walk about 1-2 blcoks to get to our rooms.

The hotel was very nice! I stayed in a Jr. Studio with a Kitchenette. That was more than I expected and it was very nice to be "pampered" in that way. There was only 2 complaints I had with the hotel room. I had an adjoining room that was rented to someone else and I could hear EVERYTHING they did! Any conversations they had, when the girl put make-up on, any and all phone calls were loud and clear. They came home at 1:30 in the morning the first night I was there and I was able to hear how exciting their day had been. The second problem I had was on the last day, check-out day, although I was in a non-smoking room, I got a large amount of cigarette smoke coming in to my bathroom through the vent. I notified the front desk upon check out and they seemed attentive to the issue. I would probably stay there again, but only if I could afford to stay in a room that didn't have an adjoining room.

The hotel was just average. Nothing spectacular, nothing terrible (except the noise from next door and that has nothing to do with the hotel).

WE BOOKED A ROOM FOR TWO NIGHT STAY OVER THE PRESIDENT'S DAY WEEKEND. OUR STAY WAS VERY PLEASANT, THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE FOR THE RATE WE PAID. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. NEXT TRIP WE CONSIDERING TAKING OUR CHILDREN AND WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK ONE OF THE TWO BEDROOM SUITES.

Very pleased with our unit (studio). Roomy and comfortable w/King bed, small kitchenette, and whirlpool tub in bath. Even had shampoo, soap, lotion that you do not always find in a timeshare. Staff very helpful and friendly. Huge jacuzzi in pool area and the pool was HEATED and very comfortable. A nice touch was a coffee packet for our first morning. Coffee and bagels also available in lobby each morning. Had a rental car, but also used shuttle when we did not want to drive. Driver was very friendly and on time (within five minutes). Would not hesitate to stay here again, especially for Nascar weekend when hotels on the strip inflate their prices!
