There is no 24 hr front desk!! It took 45 min on phone (mostly went to messages) to get through to someone at the hotel to inform that we would check in after 10 pm. I was 'happy' that they at least left the room key in an envelope taped to the front desk door (or else I would have had to sleep in my car). Beds and shower were average. Forget the pool/spa, it looked like it was under perpetual construction and the pool or more precisely the hole had collected gunk! 'Good news' is there were more shadier hotels in the area. This would be okay if you were out of money or choice.

We read the reviews from others and were relucant to stay here but we thought we give the hotel the benenfit of the doubt. We were not disappointed. The hotel and the rooms were a nice place to stay at. We got a good night sleep without any outside noise and plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable. I have stayed in hotel dumps before but this is a very nice hotel for the money.

Seriously, this was terrible! No hot water for shower in morning, air conditioner was unbelievably loud and noisy, remote for TV didn't work. They claim to have Wi-Fi - but you can only get it in their cramped lobby. We asked for help with the TV remote and they told us to call maintenance, never happened. Shower left on for 5 full minutes in the morning.....never did get even warm. When another patron complained that they didn't have a blind over their bathroom window, the hotel clerk told them to just put a towl over the window. When he said he didn't want to do that...she told him to deal with it or leave.

The hotel was clean but needed a lot of repairs. The bathtub faucets did not work properly and made the shower very difficult to use. The kids were excited about the pool; after following the signs, however, we came to the pool with only 8" of brown water. I feel like I paid way too much for what we received.

Other then the bathtube faucets were not working properly the place was ok.

Five miles from Lake Cumberland. Good continental breakfast. Property will get better in future with more ammenities to be added.

This room was definately not worth the money, and the description on Hotels.com is not accurate. There is a pool, but no sauna or hottub. The pool is rundown, and the heater inside was uncovered. I showered after the pool, and was surprised that there was no hot water. My husband showered in the morning, also with the same result. The rooms were dirty. There was a microwave, but not a fridge. I would have left, but was told that there wasn't a refund given, and everything else was booked.

This Hotel was in poor repair and the rooms were not well cleaned. We refused the first room and the second was no better. Tried to find another hotel but everything else in town was booked solid. The rooms were not completely clean, dust behind the doors and under the beds, the carpet was stained, the blinds were broken, three light bulbs were burned out. You get the picture. Luckily the bathroom was relatively clean and the sheets on the bed seemed clean. We will not stay here again.

This hotel is in dire need of TLC. The room I was assigned had splatters on the walls, gunk ground into the rug and someone had left food which had molded. The pool was not clean, I was told the pump wnet out the previous week. I didn't believe this as they had put plywood up on the inside of the chain link fence to hide the pool from the street - I think it's been out of commission for a while. To be fair, the manager did give me a full refund on the room when she saw it. Still meant I needed to find somewhere else to stay.
