Le St-Martin Hotel and Suites - Laval

Das sehr gute und gepflegte Hotel liegt in einem Industriegelände mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants in der Nähe. Es verfügt über einen sehr sauberen Vorgarten mit Pool und auch eben so einem kleinen Erholungsbecken im Inneren. Das angebotene Frühstück ist Continental aber doch ausreichend. Als Zwischenstop würde ich jederzeit wieder hier absteigen. Das Haus hat kein eigens Restaurant.

The suites do not have separate rooms like many others. Instead there is one large room with a sofa bed and a king sized bed, one bathroom and one TV. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There is a mall closeby and the metro is a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk away.

The hotel is extremely chic for such an affordable price. The rooms are well appointed, the staff is very professional. My only gripe is that the room was absolutely freezing when we walked in, and the sheets and bedding were a little scratchy for my taste. Otherwise, everything was lovely.

Beautifully clean, nicely decorated and quiet space. I would recommend. Breakfast included was not impressive - boring continental.

Our time at this hotel was so exceptional that my two kids that I travelled with cried when we had to check out and come back home. They just did not want to leave this hotel. We all had a fantastic time at this place called Le St Martin Hotel.

Clean, comfortable suite with whirlpool tub, fireplace two comfy chairs. Bathroom very nice in size and decor. Location convenient to airport, city and surrounding burbs with plenty of shopping as this is a commercial area. Don't expect a view. Everywhere you look is an office building, store or major arterial street.

The rooms are spotless and the ambiance makes you feel totally comfortable throughout your hotel stay. From my point of view, this is one of the best hotels in Montreal! Peter

go for the suite with the jet tubs, well worth it for you and you're partner. only downside for some is that the hotel is located away from Montreal, need a car to get around. the area is very populated with tons of eating places very nearby.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. We came to Canada to visit Montreal, but the price difference to stay in Laval was too good to pass up. We stayed in a junior suite, room 318, which was a great size. There was plenty of room to move around and store our bags. They had a couch, a sitting chair and a king size bed. Bathrobes were provided. A continental style buffet breakfast is provided, included in the room fee. The hotel has a nice hot tub and a small pool as well. Laval is a very commercialized area, just about every type of store or restaurant you could want when you're not in Montreal itself. The Montmorency Metro station is only a couple of blocks away, where there is plenty of parking if you want it, although you can walk there from the hotel. I can't imagine visiting Montreal on a budget without staying at this pleasant, clean , well-appointed hotel.

My room and the bed sheets has very strong stale smoking odour. I complained to the front desk. They refused to check out this problem and offer no help at all. I picked this hotel because it has a 96% recommendation. What a disappointment .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They switched our room right away when we pointed out that the toilet did not seem to flush well. The breakfast is free but very crowded, however, the staff were efficient and did their best to make it a pleasant start to the day.

The room were big and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying. Very high quality for the price. We were impressed with the hotel.

Hotel worked well. Was nice, staff friendly Pillows and bed very comfortable. Pool was cute but we didn't use it.

Though I was scared when I saw the location - next to a Mcdonalds and a car dealership, once I entered the hotel, my mind was instantly changed. Very luxurious accomodation, and very nice room. My wife loved the bed! Staff was bilingual, and very helpful. Breakfast was better than standard continental breakfast. Location was a concern - it was 30 minutes away from Montreal, and traffic was a nightmare. But after a long day of sightseeing, it was nice coming back to such a fancy but comfortable room.

Very comfortable room and I'd definitely stay there again. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly.

I was upgraded to a suite at no charge. The suite was fit for a president or CEO. The hotel is large, very deluxe, and almost new. It is right on the highway near down town. Easy access to any Montreal destination.

Extremely comfortable bed. Nice, modern and new furniture. Just 15 minutes away from downtown Montreal.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Everyone was friendly.

Missed the central air. Loved the bed.

I stayed at the hotel with my senior parents and three kids under 14. Everything was very nice. A lot of ambience-fireplace on, grand piano, nice lobby. The free breakfast was great! The carpet in our room could be cleaned a bit. The shower was nice and the beds were so comfortable I was tempted to buy one, which they sell for $1200 for a king. The only negatives were that it was next to a car dealer and the pool was small for the kids. I would definately stay there again. The metro is close for city access. Lots of places to eat nearby. try Bentleys.

I will never stay anywhere else when I go to Montreal. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Everything was fabulous! Very friendly, helpful staff - clean and super comfortable rooms! The breakfast was great too! I really just can't say enough good things!

Exercise area is to small,take out some of the arobic eqipment and put in a universal exercise unit.

Not our first time in Montreal, but our first time in Laval. THe location of this hotel is extremely convenient to the highway, yet very quiet. The lounge with the fireplace is most enjoyable, and the Continiental breakfast in the morning was above and beyond. Wonderful Beds!!! We definitely recommend it.

Pas ete capable de dormir, avant trois heures AM musique trop forte dans les chambres.Il parrait que ces tres frequenté.Quand la musique enterre le son de la television, il y a un probleme.

J'y retourne sans hésiter, un peu excentré, très bien si l'on a une voiture.
