Old Town Square Hotel and Residence - Prag

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, excellent location

We had great contact and service with the hotel, and were treated exceptionally well. Absolutely no complaints.

Very well located hotel in center of Old Town Square. We had a beautiful suite for myself and 2 teenage daughters and had plenty of space with 2 rooms-one with a very comfortable king bed and one with a double sized sofabed. There was lots of clothes hanging and storage space and multiple full length mirrors! The included breakfast in the cafe downstairs was outstanding.Delicious croissants and breads rivalling Paris(our previous stop)The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful including organizing taxi to and from the airport. The only problem is the nightly noise from the square outside all night. I would suggest asking for a room facing the back to avoid the noise.

Hotel was really clean and staff were friendly. Location was also great but the music bar played till the early hours of the morning for 2 out of our 3 night stay.

This hotel is a great place to stay. A little pricey, but well worth it. Walking distance to everything. Staff was very nice and very attentive. Will stay there again.

Wow - this hotel is literally overlooking the old town square. Fabulous service & clean (extremely spacious) rooms. Great deal!

From the moment arrived the hotel was mesmorising. Not only was the hotel beatiful the positioning of it makes for the perfect stay. The staff could not have been more helpful and were willing to go out of their way to help.

This hotel is astounding! I went and stayed at this hotel for my wedding night and honeymoon. They went above and beyond any hotel that I have been to in and out of the States to make sure that my special day went with out a hitch. They left a wonderful letter in room telling us congrats on the big day, and that they would love to be able to help us with anything. We also were pleasantly surprised by the roses they had stocked in the room! They also wisked off my husband and I's wedding attire and had them pressed and steamed with in hours! My husband and I helped ourselves a ton to the mini bar, and was pleasantly surprised by the bill and the complentary breakfast everyone morning that they would also deliver to in room of request. Maria (i think it was) the lady on reception was lovely - always had a smile, excellent spoken English and very helpful. The other staff were quick to carry bags and offer help and the restaurant staff were attentive without being overbearing. The room was huge and nicely decked out - especially the bathroom which was pretty much spotless apart from the toilet brush which was a little dirty. Other than this everything was perfect. Very much enjoyed our stay and for the money this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Excellent location moments from Old Town square and easily accessable to the rest of Prague. Recommended

Located in the hottest spot in Prague, the Old Town Square, it is a historic gem with a contemporary flare. Staff was courteous and was willing to go out of its way to help us. The room was spotless: contemporary furniture, comfortable bed and a gorgeous bathroom. A nice bath in a huge tub, spiced with bath salt and a glass of champagne was all that was needed at the end of the night after hours of walking. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will come back myself.

This hotel worked superbly for our Prague week visit. Being in the Old Town Square was ideal and we had a beautiful view of the square, the Celestial Clock, etc. The year 1496 is noted in the building, and we were amazed to find out that this date was the year of a renovation! The actual origins go back to the 1200's! The spacious room was modern, and beautifully appointed along with high ceilings. We really appreciated the kindness and service from the staff. They worked hard to locate our lost luggage from the airlines. The room may be considered pricey by some, but we found great value here for us, and will definitely return.

Location was great and central to everything for us. Area felt very safe. Bathrooms in our room #15 was especially nice. Some noise at night due to late night diners, etc. but with the police van parked in the square these instances were readily taken care of.

Midt i smørøyet. Familiesuiten hadde 2 STORE rom, topp moderne bad alt var førsteklasses.

Helt centralt belignehed. Super service og meget behagelige personelle. Vi har haft familie suit og værelset var stor med fin møbler. Flot udsigt fra vinduer. Der er ingen ekstra betaling for at få bestilt morgenmad i værelset. Der er gratis te og kaffe når som helst. Varme anbefaling specialt dem med børn.

Kjempebra standard og flott service

6 glade jenter på tur til Praha. Vi hadde bestilt 2 juniorsuiter. Vi var så heldige å få disse ved siden av hverandre. Det var innvendig dør mellom rommene slik at vi alle 6 kunne være sammen hele tiden. Størrelsen var imponerende. Vi regna ut at vi hadde ca 100 kvadrat å boltre oss på. Vi hadde egen balkong som det var plass tli alle på. Vi hadde fantastisk utsikt over torget med alt det har å by på. Personalet på hotellet var elskverdigheten selv. Var litt vanskelig å finne inngangen til hotellet. Et hotell vi gjerne bor på en gang til. Anbefales varmt.

Et gammelt bygg med få hotellrom. Ypperlig service. Nærhet til alt i byen.

Mysigt litet charmigt hotell i mitten av Prag, nära till allt. Stora fina rum men kanske inte 5-stärnigt utan mera 4. Frukost äts på café på bottenvåningen, annorlunda men trevligt.

Mer sentralt kommer du ikke i Praha. Utmerket hotell på alle mulig måter.
