Für einen Zwischenstop in Lyon erste Wahl

Mein Zimmer war zu heiss und die Fenster waren auf die Seite von einem zugedeckten Innenhof (d.h. keine frische Luft). Dieser Innenhof war dazu extrem lärmig (Abendessen würde dort serviert).

Haare im Bett, Zimmer nicht Sauber - Mangelnder Service. Das Hotel entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen für ein vier Sterne Hotel. Die Metro ist ca. acht Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, und man kommt daher ziemlich problemlos in die Innenstadt. Das Hotel selber ist an einer Sehr Großen Straße, allerdings bekommt man in dem Zimmer nichts davon mit.

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for 4 people. It was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful, giving us advise on how to get around. We used the sauna and jacuzzi. Make reservations in advance if you want to take the dinner cruise.

Although we were given a double bed room (free of charge) after the 1st day on request, we still feel that the Hotel is not a 4 star standard. In Malta we have Hotels at this level which are by far better hotels and cheaper too! The Spa!!! (unetended).. the Gym is just 3 pcs of weight machines +1 Bike & situated in the pool area. The Hotel's backyard is the rail station of the area so you can imagine the noise when a Train passes by. Otherwise on the whole, it was Clean apart from the reception area due to consruction work on the Hotel's entrance. Would not recommend this hotel for those going on holidays but it's good enough for a business short stay..

Very roomy and has nice facilities but not in a great location (difficult to catch taxis) and has some odd quirks about using silverware.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was spacious. We often have trouble finding rooms to fit our family of 5, but this room had more than enough room. Unfortunately, this hotel sits just a few meters from the railroad tracks and the noise from the trains going by was disruptive all night long. Overall it was a good hotel for our family, but we will likely pick one closer to the old part of Lyon and not so close to the tracks for our next visit to Lyon.

This is a pleasant, clean, modern hotel. It's walkable from the train station if you don't have much baggage, so fairly convenient for that. It's not an exciting area though, so if you're hitting Lyon (which is way underrated!) to see the sites, I would recommend something closer to the historic center.

The hotel was lovely, clean and quiet and although we only stayed for one night, I would book this hotel again. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the leisure facilities were wonderful. The only complaints that I would have was that the breakfast was expensive and there was not very much on offer, and there was no mention of the car park charge until I was checking out.

I had a great deal since hotel.com offered 3 nights for the price of 2. Had I paid the full price, I would probably rate it as 4 on the value on the price paid. I liked the fact that Part Dieu is not as tourist-oriented as the Lyon city centre. The hotel location is convenient from Part Dieu train station, which is only a stone-throw away from the city centre. The walk to the hotel from the train station was approximately 10-15 minutes. Not completely advised to walk in the mid-winter. There is no place to eat nearby, since this part of Lyon seems to be more like a residential area except for the commercial district near the train station. There were plenty of cafe and restaurants in the shopping mall but it's not a few min walk. The hotel room itself is quite nice. We were in the studio room but with kitchenette and very nice bathroom. Unfortunately the room was facing the railway, so we could hear the train until quite late in the evening (past mid-night). It didn't bother us too much but if you are sensitive to noise, make sure you get a room on the other side of the building.

It is very noisy to sleep during the night if your room is facing outside, no matter which direction, and which floors. Even we changed room to the not direct facing train side, still very noisy. But the suite is very nice and with all the equitment you need to cook and live. Free cable internet is nice too. However, the front desk is not very friendly, and sometimes they will be away for a long time. The night I checked in is Dec17th, the lady is kinda rude. But the morning of Dec18th, the guy is very nice and helpful. As a tourist, when you get to a new place, you really rely on local people's help, so front desk is the place I want to get the most information.

The hotel itself is new and the rooms are very nice with all mod cons. However, the hotel is about 15 mins from downtown, and taxis are very expensive. The taxi drivers always try to rip you off and charge for anything and everything. The restaurant and bar was always closed. We arrived at 10pm and couldn't get dinner. Our rooms wasn't cleaned, and the receptionists were very rude. We came back at midnight and had to call a phone number seven times to be let in the hotel. Luckly, I speak french, because the very unhelpful staff don't speak any English.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Paris from Italy for one night. I would return to this hotel, but would insist next time they honor the non smoking room we were guaranteed. Our room had been heavily smoked in although they said it was one of their non smoking rooms. They were not able to accomodate us in another room for the night so we stuck it out. The hotel was extremely clean and was located in a safe area. The staff were friendly and spoke English.

ottimo servizio e pulizia della stanza le stanze sono suite confortevoli

idéal pour une petite escapade lyonnaise en famille. Petit déjeuner très correct et complet, chambre (suite) spacieuse. Parking un peu cher (13 EUR/jour) Situé à proximité du métro (-10mn à pied)

Buona posizione per scoprire la città, pulizia nelle camere, ampie anche le quadruple, notevole la colazione. Personale preparato.

Nous avons eu le malheur d'avoir une chambre qui donnait sur la voie ferrée et où la clim ne fonctionnait pas. A notre demande, nous avons pu changer de chambre le lendemain.

le prix de l'hotel est excessif, j'ai prix un apartement à deux lits, mais un clic clac fesait office du 2ème lit. Les chambres ont une décoration de qualité de premier prix. le SPA et très mal entretenu, il y règne une audeur noséabonde, l'eau ne parrait pas saine, le tapis de joogeur ne fonctionnait pas, la salle est sans fenêtre et très mal éclairée. une ampoule du sauna ne fonctionnait pas. Bref l'hotel n'est pas à la hauteur du prix, même au tarif réduit. Je n'y retournerais jamais et le déconseillerais à mes proches.

Un hôtel de bon standing, des studios bien pratiques avec son coin cuisine ( prevoyer ustensiles de cuisines neammoins car il y a qu'une micro casserole de prevue et pas de couverts ) . L'écran plat mural avec le bouquet de chaines est agréable les soirs de repos.Egalement les femmes de chambres sont très compétentes, discrètes et efficaces. Les Bémols sont la proximité de la voie férrée ce qui apporte une nuisance sonore , et la salle de fitness/sauna ouverte seulement en soirée vite remplie avec un vestiare peu pratique et des equipements cassés ou en panne. Egalement, le restaurant ( on a pas tester vu les prix prohibitifs )

Tres bon hotel. Pas aussi proche de la gare qu'indique sur le site. Facilites de gym assez modestes tout de meme, mais personnel tres acceuillant.

bonne imprétion dans l'ensembre. sauf au niveau de la restauration qui ne présente pas de flexibilité pour les résidents de l'hotel.

Holtellet er fint placeret dog skal man ikke tage værelser der vender mod banen, støjen er meget høj døgnet rundt, Betjeningen er fin fin, kunne ønskes lidt mere variation i morgenbuffeén dette hotel kan godt værer kold i vintermånederne, især i resturanten- Spa og pool området er ikke godt

Hôtel plutôt sympa. Néanmois, un accueil assez froid, et une chaleur étouffante dans les chambre donnant sur l'intérieur. De plus il faut marcher plus de 10 min avant de trouver un métro et il n'y a aucun commerce ni restaurant dans les environs... Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, obligé de descendre à la réception pour envoyer un email... Dans l'ensemble niveau correct pour une ou deux nuits ne méritant en aucun cas ses 4 étoiles.

mauvais accueil, pas un "bonjour" en arrivant. chambre quelconque pour un 4*. très bon massage, mais environnement trop bruyant. jaccuzi à côté et va-et-vient constant dans la salle de massage, car pas de panneau "ne pas déranger"...

domage que cette hotel soit non fumeur et qu'on est pas u le chaufage car il fesait froid sinon pour le reste toutes été bien on est bien rensseigné

Utrolig hyggelig betjening, veldig serviceminded. Bra hotell - MEN PASS PÅ AT DU IKKE FÅR ROM NED MOT JERNBANEN!! Sentral beliggenhet.

les fenetres étaient cassées il faisait trés froid et j'avais l'impression de dormir à la belle étoile

Faire un effort sur la propreté du SPA et sur la contenance du petit déjeuner.

Beställ inte 4 bäddsrum vad ni gör, det var 4 sängar bredvid varandra utan mellanrum. Ca 40 cm till ena väggen och inga till andra. Läget är kanon om man vill äta och umgås ute på stan.

Pour un 4 étoiles, la chambre n'est pas des plus spacieuse et confortable, avec une salle de bain et toilettes dans la même pièce sans que ce soit bien grand. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris dans cet hôtel aux prix assez exorbitants. Mais un grand avantage tout de même: une kitchenette avec un frigo. Toutefois, il faut payer pour utiliser tout le matériel de cuisine. Néanmoins, le personnel de l'hôtel étant aimable et arrangeant, nous avons pu nous abstenir de payer. Il y a quelques taches qui étaient dans la chambre, pour un 4 étoiles on peut s'interroger. 2 grands points positifs: l'amabilité du personnel et le SPA (gratuit) à disposition, composé d'un saune, d'un jaccusi et d'appareils de fitness. Très agréable pour se détendre en couple.

Le seul point négatif est la présence de la voie Ferrée à coté de l'Hotel. Attention à la localisation de la chambre pour ne pas être dérangé par le bruit.

l'hôtel est situé juste à côté d'une ligne de chemin de fer. Ma chambre donnait directement dessus et j'entendais passer les trains toutes les 10 minutes. Infernal quand ce sont des trains de marchandises. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et propres. Internet fillaire gratuit dans les chambres.

J'ai trouvé personnellement l'hotel un peu éloigné du centre. Les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées. On entend trop les trains. Un seul ascenseur pour les clients et le personnel me semble inaproprié pour un hotel qui ce dit 4 étoiles. Attention aux odeurs...

en entrant dans la chambre nous nous sommes appercu que dans la salle de bains il y avait des cheveux et des poils dans le lavabo au prix ou on paye on a le droit a la propreté

vraiment rien à dire sur cette hotel chambre spacieuse très propre le diné etait tbien,ainsi que le petit déjeuné mais le seul défaut de notre studio etait le bruit du train ... celas nous a pas empéché de dormir mais oreilles sensible faite attention ..

Le cadre est très agréable, ambiance lounge et moderne, à 10mn à pied de la gare de la Part Dieu. L'hotel dans son ensemble est très classe. Le gros plus de l'hotel est évidemment le spa (sauna et immense jacuzzi), ouvert jusqu'à 23h. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Petit bémol sur le resto, où j'ai trouvé les quantités des plats insuffisantes.
