Mamaison Pachtuv Palace - Prag

EInfach Perfekt wie es sich im Palast gehoert. There is no detail that was not considered in advance, and thus, the complete and gracious provision of a modern hotel with "Old World" grace and elegance just unfolds as one finds exactly what one needs away from home on business or holiday. The location is ideal and a decision to stay here will not to be regretted.

I picked this hotel because it said they can view the Charles bridge from the room and the view from my room was splendid. I could see the view of the castle and the bridge and is so close. The hotel is in excellent location, charm design with a little kitchen(stove) with all the amendities. The bathroom was big. I love to go back.

We checked into this hotel after leaving a world class hotel in Berlin. Hotel was certainly clean with four poster beds and good service. It was located by the river in Old Town within an easy walk of almost everything. Would certainly recommend this hotel but I would think at most it should rate 4 stars.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The staff was great, the room was enormous and we couldn't have asked for a better location. You can walk to all of the major sites in Prague and the hotel is only minutes walking distance from old town. We'll certainly be back!!

The Pachtuv Palace is in a great position near the Charles Bridge, ideally located for exploring both the Old Town and the Castle. The hotel itself is a lovely renovated old building, with courtyards, wide staircases and corridors and very high celings. The staff were pleasant, efficient and courteous and all spoke very good English. We paid for the standard room offering, which turned out to be a large room towards the side of the building overlooking a quiet cobbled street. The room was very clean, comfortable, had a large LCD TV, sitting area, kitchen area with fridge, ceramic hob, toaster etc. Air conditioning was available and all of the windows opened fully, it was always comfortable - as was the bed and pillows. The bathroom was very modern - lots of opaque glass, new tiling and stainless steel! - with good quality fittings, heated towel rack, separate shower, as well as a good shower fitting over the bath. Complimentary water was provided twice daily. We didn't eat at the hotel, because we wanted to try all of the great restaurants which exist in Prague, but as I sit here writing this, I can't really fault the hotel and the service at all. I would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Enjoyed my stay adn would recommend this hotel because of it's location and the comfort of the rooms. Right on the river within easy walking distance of the whole city. They are still in the middle of a rehab of the property, so as long as you're not a late sleeper, it shouldn't bother you. Had a car sent to meet me at the airport. Driver never showed and after 30 mins. just took a cab. Arriving at the hotel, the clerk who was working the desk proceeded to rip my hind end saying the car was waiting for me and I had to pay for it. I requested the manager, explained the situation and was provided my return trip for free and the clerk was reprimanded. But her attitude was sour the balance of the stay.

The hotel is in a great location and the room (junior suite) that we had was very nice. Our room was very nice and comfortable and the people were very friendly. There is a hesitation about recommending this place if you expect a five star hotel. The service was not up to par - they did not come in and close the five heavily draped windows 3/4 nights (and only did half the windows on the night they did). There is no coffee in the morning for the guests, only an expensive breakfast. They gave us a wake-up call 20 min after the expected time (luckily we had gotten up already - it was on the day we were going to the airport). The business center is accessibility to their computer for internet service. The fitness center is minimal. They are doing maintenance with the air conditioning so some of the rooms are unavailable for guests. There was some noise in the evenings, but went away when we called down.

A Mamaison szállodalánc ezen tagja annyira elnyerte a tetszésemet, h a következő városlátogató utazásom során is M szállodát fogok keresni bármilyen városról legyen is szó.

Anbefales!!! Et elegant hotell med svært sentral beliggenhet; like ved Karlsbroen. Kort vei til severdigheter, shopping og fine restauranter. Vi hadde en stor suite med 2 separate soverom og flere bad. Flott standard og fantastisk utsikt. Det er deilig når jenter er på tur :-) Super service fra hotellets personale.

Lækkert hotel. Super service og enestående service. Dejligt at alle kunne tale engelsk
