Great accomodation for the money. Suitable for short or long stay. Customer service leaves something to be desired.

The Grandview is a nice hotel and you certainly get your money's worth. However, I was a little irritated with the lack of communication/knowledge of the front desk staff. We had called regarding the pay per view movies available in the rooms and after being told with certainty that I could order a movie in the living room and watch it in the bedroom, we were unable to view it at all. I then had to call again, and after being transferred to 3 different people, they finally had to send an engineer up who said absolutely NO we could not do that since it was not set up that way. Also, when we turned on the jacuzzi tub, a blast of black soot came out into the water (while we were in it) and the air conditioning in the room also shut down for a good 24 hours and an engineer was sent up finally after 3 phone calls which, would not be so bad if we hadn't been in Vegas in sweltering heat. All in all, not a horrible experience just small issues that could've been handled better by the staff.

This was a timeshare facility but it was a great price and a nice room with everything we needed inside to keep us comfortable for the length of or stay.

This was our second time to stay here. It was the Labor Day weekend, so as expected there were more people which somehow made parking a bit of a problem..we didn't mind parking at the garage, but it would have been more convenient if there were sufficient carts available for our luggages. The carpets in the unit where we stayed had lots of stains and walking around in the room in barefoot left our soles so black. I wish you could maintain the cleanliness of this resort..it would really be sad to see it deteriorate so fast due to lack of maintenance and attention to details.

I will only stay here when I go to Vegas from now on. Price is outrageously cheap for the comfort and quality. To have a full kitchen and living room with pull out sofa this place is perfect for kids or just a fun romantic get away!

Just about 5 minutes from the strip. Beautiful room, and it was huge! I was very impressed and will definitely stay at the Grandview again! :)

Enjoyed the room, the pool and the hospitality.

We got upgraded when we showed up, the room was beautiful, paid a great price, just close enough to the strip to get there but not so close that you're kept up with all the noise coming from Las Vegas Blvd. Amazing hotel!

We stayed at the Grandview the last night of our week-long visit to Vegas. Because of the many mixed reviews for just about any hotel, we were very leery of what we would get for the money - especially considering other establishments had hiked their prices up for it being not only a Friday night, but also the Labor Day weekend. The unit we stayed in was very impressive for the money. Although located about 10 mins south of all the action on the strip, it was definitely worth the drive. There is quite a bit of new development near the Grandview, but there is still some visible pockets of "neglected" neighborhoods. The property (both exterior and interior) and our individual unit were pretty much spotless. Our 800 sq ft suite was nicely appointed and completely furnished - kitchen (full sized appliances), washer/dryer, jacuzzi, 2 TVs, DVD player, etc. The furnishings and decor were contemporary casual and it felt like a home away from home. We had absolutely no problems with any noise and got a great night's sleep before our early morning flight. The only problem during our stay was that the batteries were missing from the remote controls for the TV and DVD player in the living room. My hubby called the front desk to report the issue and this is no exageration - maintenance was up to our room in less than 5 mins to replace the batteries. Exceptional accommodations and service! We will definitely stay here again!

Although it was a timeshare it was a great place to stay off of the strip to avoid traffic and noise but close enough to still enjoy the nightlife. Staff was helpful and the rooms were great.

The problems with Grandveiw of Las Vegas Resorts, really begins once you check out. They ask for a amount to be held on your credit card, that they fail to release once you have checked out, wish i could tell you how long it does take them to release it, but after a half of dozen of calls to them and a week later since my check out from there, i've received nothing but a totally run around from them. The hold promo that they offer is in a attempt to get you to but into their property, but with such unprofessional handling of what is simple and standard for other establishments, I'll let your readers judge for themself.

You won't regret it!!!

Really loved the Grand View. Huge Resort complex with multiple buildings. Can accomadate upto four people in one unit. Great value for your money. You can buy groceries and if needed cook in the well equipped kitchen.Stay here and save on expensive hotels and restaurants !

4 nite Stay was Awesome. Great Room, Fully outfitted kitchen, and nicely decorated. They can keep their overpriced concierge service down on the strip,...I much rather enjoy a real 'home' away from 'Home'. They do need a parking structure however as when you finallly decide to call it a nite or day, parking is a 15 minute walk. The level parking fills up way to early and to get your gear to the room is the only time I miss the Bell Service of the Strip. Once inside, the Room rocks.

Great room for the money

This was a great condo for the low low price. They had me so convinced that I wanted to come back that I purchased a time share with them as well. So I will definitly be seeing them next year for spring break!!

We drove 6 hours straight to get there. We went in and stood in the wrong line-we were in the time share signer upper line and were told to move to the other line. They need signs or a front desk to direct people. The room looked nice until we took a closer look and found clumps of hair on every floor and on the couch bed, bath, shower, and next to the bed. We also found a beer bottle cap upside down by the door, luckily our little kids didn't step on it. We complained twice about all of it, and were told a supervisor would call us back, I even gave my cell phone but no one called to resolve our issues. Our kids were also upset because they closed the pool with caution tape and the workers told us because someone peed in it. The price was low but if you are not a timeshare owner you are a nobody there.

We stumbled across the Grandview when the hotel/casino next door was unavailable. We decided to give it a try because the rate was so good. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and LARGE. We have stayed at similar properties in Las Vegas before, but were pleasantly surprised by how much you get for your money and the great location. Everything we wanted was just a short drive away, with many amenities offered at the Grandview or available across the street. We will gladly take our family and return to the Grandview again.

I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel. The suite was very comfortable, the jacuzzi placed next to our bedroom was wonderful, the sales people were barely a nuisance, the value for this stay was so worthwhile. I truly cannot complain.

If you have a vehicle at your disposal and want to save some pennies for the slots, look no futher than the Grandview. For an affordable price you can get a large room, with a full equipt kitchen, (utensils, dishes, pans)cute dining room and living space. Not to mention the jacuzzi, and large bathroom with two sinks and a vanity for the Mrs. to sit down and put her make-up on. The room is stylish, and warm. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, it was really difficult to get out of it in the morning :) I'll definately be back to this hotel the next time I drive down to Vegas.

I discovered that this is not a hotel but a condo with great ammenities such as a stackable washer and dryer (which are free) a dishwasher, a stove, a full sized refrigerator, a jetted spa tub, and a stand in shower. It was a quiet resort type condo with no overcrowding what so ever for the pool, and there are activities daily that the whole family can enjoy. There were a couple of downfalls though, (nothing serious that cant be fixed)The jetted spa tub jets needed to be cleaned properly and there is a $100 resort deposit thats refunded to you at the end of your stay. Besides that I enjoyed my stay with my cousin and 3 year old.This trip actually ended with me purchaseing a timeshare for this resort. If you are a young family vacationing to Vegas I definitly recommend staying at this resort

It was great having so much space and a kitchen and laundry in our suite. The pools were awesome with the exception of the one with the waterfall which was a little cold. Grocery and restaurants very near. Our kids had plenty of space to play in the suite and there is a park around the corner with a great play structure and a skate park. This was a huge hit! Walls are a bit thin but it was clean and the staff were very nice. We needed to extend our stay by 2 days and it wasn't a problem.

We own a time share in the area but it was booked for the night we went to the Grandview. The Grandview being next door to the SouthPoint casino was a plus for us. The room was very nice and the grounds were well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to others traveling with adult children because there are adjoining rooms which I didn't realize when I booked it or I would have got my kids their own room.

Exceeded our expectations, my grandsons enjoyed the pool with the background music, We will definitely come again. The place is clean and we loved the kitchen with complete utensils.We felt safe with grand Views security. We also loved the close proximity with Southpoint where we just crossed the street and played bowling while my husband was in the slot machine. I will recommend Grand View to my friends and relatives.

the rooms are awsome and very very clean! the hotel is beautiful. the pool is so pretty. and it was only like 5 min to the strip! we are def stayin here again!!! and recomending this hotel to our family and friends! we rented 3 rooms and two of the rooms were conjoined and the other was right next door!!

Really really nice hotel, only bad part is the distance to the strip.. sometimes parking was a pain otherwise its worth every penny.

The condo type accommodation suits us well. We really enjoy the spaciousness of the unit plus the fact that we didn't have to go through a smoky casino is great. Other than some scuffs on the wall and a few scratched off paint, The Grandview is a nice place. The swimming pools are kept at a comfortable temperature. Finding a parking space can be a challenge though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great hotel love the kitchen and pools.

My wife and I went here for our anniversary. We got a smokin' deal through hotel.com. The room was very nice. Fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi tub, etc.. Overall very nice. The only little complaints we had was the carpet in the bedroom was a little ratty and the tv controller didn't work. What we didn't realize was that Grandview is a time share which was no big deal. The room was definitely better then a hotel room and very comfortable. We were asked when we checked in if we would be willing to sit through a 90 minute non-pressure presentation about time share. The bonus was $150 we could spend at the M casino and resort. It took a little longer then 90 minutes but overall was not a painful experience. We got to eat a a wonderful buffet at the M which we highly recommend. Just be aware that they might try to get you to attend the time share presentation. If you got the time and can say no to the sales pitch then go for it. If you cave in easily then just politely decline and enjoy a wonderful stay.

This was a beautiful suite! Outstanding and wonderful to be off the strip but close enough that one can go if they want to. Very nice pool area!

Grandview was great, just it was a little out of the way to get to the casinos.

The hotel is a few miles south of the strip so you have to drive or get a taxi to get to the strip but the freeway is nearby and the area is not congested with traffic. Overall, everything is still accessible from there. My husband and I loved our stay at the Grandview because it's like an extension of your own home. The kitchen has everything you will need. We will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at the Grandview a half a dozen times and we love it. Why do we keep coming back? The price is affordable and it has all the convenience we need. Separate bedroom and living area each room having a tv. (Shut the door and have quiet time away from the kids) Fully equipped kitchen. (We stock up at the grocery store that is a few blocks away and save money on food expenses) Great pools, Comfortable beds, Friendly staff, Always clean, Lots of space. The list goes on and on.

Perfect for longer stays, has all the comforts of home, including washer and dryer in the room.

Just walking distance to the Southpoint for gambling, and with a kitchen, dining area, jacuzzi and TV in the Bedroom and Livingroom, it is great. Lowered rates attracted a full house - no parking in front of unit but the terraced parking was close enough. Don't have to fight traffic on or near the Strip coming and going.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the pool, full kitchen w/dishes, shower was huge, and jetted tub. Liked that there wasn't a casino, but South Point was across the street. Very clean and when we needed something it was there fairly fast.

The Hotel is very nice. I will Stay Again. The only thing that people should know is that this is a time share resort and they do try to pressure you to buy. If you are one of those people that cant say NO or have a problem with being a little straight forward and just telling someone to get out of your face then you should not go. If you can then this is one of the nicest places to stay for the money spent.

Rates were excellent, room was very nice and elegant. Great place to stay.

My husband and I had a great experience at this hotel. They asked us to hear the timeshare presentation and we said we weren't interested and they didn't bug us again about it. One of the things I didn't like is I thought there was a free shuttle to the strip. It costs $8 for an all day pass. The "free" shuttle only takes you at certain times of the day to certain places and there is limited seating. Also the pool was way to cold. Everything else was great.

Staff was really nice and helpful the grounds real nice rooms very nice and the beds i wanted to take it home it slept better than my own bed at home
