Bin sehr zufrieden alles in Allem ! Ich fühle mich wohl in den A&O Hotels .

Das Preis- Leistungshältnis stimmt

Schönes Zimmer mit fairem Preis (kleine Badewanne) inkl. gutem Frühstück! Leider hat es im Hausgang manchmal etwas streng nach Abwasser gerochen ! Dennoch zu empfehlen wenn man gut und günstig übernachten will und in München zentral liegen möchte!

Hotel sehr zentral gelegen optimal um bald den ersten zug zu erreichen und oder um abends noch etwas um die häüser zu ziehen.Das Personal sehr freundlich und effektiv, gut gefallen hat mir das launch paket um 4:30am passt kann man weiterempfehlen.

Wer ein sauberes Zimmer sucht, Zentrums - und Bahnhofnah, dazu relativ ruhig, sehr dicht abschliessende Fenster, nur die Strassenbahn war gaaaanz leicht zu hören, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben, natürlich darf man für diesen Preis keine Sauna oder ähnliches erwarten, aber das will man ja auch garnicht , das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sowie der englischen Sprache mächtig , das Frühstücksbuffet absolut ausreichend, Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Kakao, zwei Säfte, Wurst - und Käseauswahl, Eier, Frikadellen, Brot, Brötchen, Croissants, Müsli, Obst, Brotaufstrich, alles vorhanden.Sehr angenehm : Rauchen im Frühstücksraum und Rezeptionsbereich verboten ! ! ! Die Zimmer und das Bad waren ausreichend gross, Doppelzimmer haben entweder zwei Einzel, - oder ein Doppelbett. Die Doppelbetten haben leider nur eine Matraze, so das man merkt wenn sein Mitreisender sich im Bett rumdreht, bzw. andersrum. Dafür waren aber im Bad Handseife und Duschgel sowie ein sehr guter mehrstufiger Föhn vorhanden. Ein TV war ebenfalls im Zimmer, aber wer braucht den schon in München ! ? ! ? An der Rezeption sind Kleinigkeiten wie kalte Getränke, Hygieneartikel usw. käuflich zu erwerben. Über PKW Abstellplätze kann ich nichts sagen, sind mit der Bahn angereisst.

Zimmer ist in Ordnung, Tiefgarage eine Katastrophe, Empfang lärmig aber freundlich und international

Das Hotel ist für Jugentliche Durchreisende geeignet. Ich habe in dieser Preisklasse durchaus höhere Gastronomische und Konfortablere Qualität erlebt und hier auch erwartet. Leider diese nicht gefunden.

The hotel was clean but needs some improvement. Problems-They have elevators but they do not start on the bottom floor so you need to carry your luggage up to the elevator level. They also do not have any clocks or phones in the room and are unable to provide wake up service for this reason. It is a no frills hotel and the price reflects this but for us we were not looking for anything special just a clean place to sleep and something close to acivity so we could walk to the action. This hotel is near the train station and the center of things which for that reason was great for our needs. For those who are interested in hostel rooms they offer those down in the basement area which would work for traveling on a budget and individuals interested in community living.

Walking distance from the train station. People at the front desk were very helpful. Room was simple, but had what we needed.

The location was perfect about 300m to Train Station. Staff is very friendly. For the price, its a bargain. The only setback was that you have to walk up about 6-7 steps to get to the elevator.

It wasn't a bad as the 2-star rating indicates, but for what I paid, the price was sure right. Staff was friendly.

We wanted to book an inexpensive hotel/hostel by the train station, to make it easy to get in and out of the city. We didn't expect much more than clean beds and a small breakfast. But we got much more. The design of the rooms was very pleasing and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were bright and well put together. The stairs and elevators were both easily accessible and quick. The price was right. And the breakfast was full and tasty. We were glad to find that there are other A&O Hotels in other cities, and will look for them the next time we travel.

The location and price of the room was very good. 5 minutes walk to the main station. FYI, the Casino and night clubs just around the corner if you wanna have fund. It was very safe place. I would stay at this hotel again in the future. However, always ask for the room that's facing to the back, so you can sleep in peace.

The place is part hostel, part hotel, with the outside and lobby having more of a "hostel" atmosphere. Mostly a younger crowd staying here, but also a few older couples. Very helpful staff, who spoke English well enough to help you with whatever you need. Cheap internet and wi-fi available. My room was a singe, so it was sort of dormitory style, but it looked newly remodeled, and was bright and clean. Bathroom was modern and equipped with everything you might need - soap, shampoo, hair dryer. Some of the other rooms I stayed in on my trip were very drab, so this room was a very pleasant surprise. Location was convenient, a 5~10 minute walk to the main train station, and another 10 minute walk after that to the Marienplatz (the main square of Munich) For about $55, with a free breakfast too, this place made a great base to explore Munich. Don't let the "hostel" part scare you.

We were apprehensive about a 2-star hotel, but the reviews we read gave us courage. And we were so glad we chose it. Although a little walk from the Hauptbahnhof, the hotel itself was great. The room was very clean. Furnishings were very modern. It was spacious, and even had a full balcony. The room was perfectly quiet with nice blackout shades. The only criticism would be that the bathroom, while clean, was noticeably older than the rest of the room. But the shower had good water pressure - actually blew the shower curtain out of the tub! The included breakfast buffet was wonderful - lots of choices. We couldn't ask for more. Hopefully the other properties in this chain are as nice.

Great area, very cheap. Thought it was going to be a hostel type, but it worked great. Large room and right near the train station. Access to anywhere in Germany and Europe from down the street.

It was the cheapest hotel I could find and expected very little from it. It only has 2 stars, but it was much better than I thought it would be. Very clean, very large rooms for cheap. They give you 2 free breakfasts for staying and are very helpful if you are a tourist in the city. Would stay here again. I'd give it a 3 star rating, but a 5 out of 5 for quality compared to price.

Good location- the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Hauptbahnhof station- the largest train/metro station in Munich. The area the hotel is in is just okay- few shops near by, but only one metro stop from everything in the city! The rooms were clean and very large compared to most European hotels I've stayed at. All the front desk employees were very friendly and very helpful! Would definetly stay there again! Another little trip for travelors- Hauptbahnhof station has really great (and cheap) cafes, sandwich shops, etc! If you are on a budget, I would recommend having a few meals there!

Would recommend if the Cleaning lady would not be so rude,came into room without knocking if the front desk lady would not be so rude if the kitchen lady would not be so pushy if the telephone would work

On arrival the hotel was very clean. We were allocated an outside room (motel style) which opened on to a side alley. the room was very clean but did not get a clean again until we left although beds were made and towels tidied. Due to location of room we did not get a good nights sleep during whole stay because of 24 hour trams on main road and construction vehicles passing room from 6.30 a.m. reception staff were surly and unhelpful. I guess you get what you pay for and it could be a lot worse

Very sparse, no fridge, Hotel has Hostel feel. But, for the money, it is a good deal.

What you get is a dorm room with a bathroom. The place is clean, quiet, and the bed comfortable, but the quarters are no more fancy than a college dorm. This was fine by me as I was backpacking across Europe, but is not good for all travelers. The location is near the train station and a short subway ride from the historic center of the city, but I found it close enough to just walk to the center of town.

I was expecting a "converted hostel" with this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Although the reception area is somewhat congested and reminiscent of a former hostel, the accommodations were better than I expected and the complimentary breakfasts were very good and more than just a simple continental meal (each morning included fresh hard-boiled eggs and sausages along with the other normal offerings). The room was very nice and better than a normal 2-star hotel. Possibly the only downsides were the small lift (elevator) and not being able to check in until 4:00 pm (not fun when you arrive from the states at the airport at 7:30 am and in Munich by 9:30 am). I would stay here again and rate it better than a simple 2 stars.

Simple but functional room with a clean and usable bathroom. Great location, 10 mins from Oktoberfest and 15 from Marienplatz. Didn't need anything more for weekend of beer drinking!

Ideal if you are looking for a cheap place to stay. Very basic hotel, near the main station and in a perfect location for Oktoberfest.

This hotel was great for my trip....5-10 minute walk to the train station. Very helpful staff....who spoke English. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were plain and comfortable...exactly what I would expect. Highly recommend this place.

The room and breakfast buffet were great. The only major flaw during my stay is that the internet was available only sporadically (2 out of 5 days) and the staff had no clue how to fix the problem or when the problem would be fixed.

the initial impression from the exterior made me think of "hostel", however the room furnishings were nice. One of the gleanest rooms I've seen ib Europe. Friendly staff.

Don't be put off by the "hostel" title. It's a nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Not fancy but well located and fairly priced.

Plusses: - Good price - Large room - Decent breakfast; They provided a breakfast bag when we had to leave early on the last morning. - Friendly staff Minuses - Mushy bed - Uneven floors were a tripping hazard. - Had to schlep luggage up half a flight of stairs to get to the elevator.

The hotel is inexpensive and clean. Rooms are small, perfect for sleeping and not much more. The breakfast buffet (included in room rate) was very good. The parking sucks. Limited street parking is for Munich residence by day. The hotel has an underground parking garage ($10.00 per day). However, you have to use a car elevator to park underground. The elevator is located in a tight alley next to the hotel. Then you must back you vehicle into the elevator, which barely fits a small compact vehicle. It requires a lot of patience and great depth perception skills. Hope you're a skilled driver. The parking garage and stairwells are relatively dark. I actually injured myself while being escorted down to the parking garage by a hotel employee. I was following the employee down the dimly lit stairs. Upon entering the garage, I struck my head extremely hard on the door overhang. I struck my head hard enough to draw blood. Apparently the door way is designed for people under 6'. The hotel employee heard the strike and turned around to assist me. She then stated, "I did the same thing awhile ago but I bled much more," It left me to thinking, "at which point might you warn someone of the hazard especially if you fail victim to it yourself." The employee did offer use of first aid supplies to bandage the injury. So in closing, the hotel is good for the price but I suggest you bring a flash light and a first aid kit just in case. J

It was clean and well-located (walking distance to the main train station). The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Guests were a good mixture of age, nationalities, business and leisure travelers.

The room and service were great considering the price of the room. The price was moderate; location is good, short walk to the Old City, very short walk (5 min) to main train station. Room was very large, clean. The bed was 2 twins pushed together, which can be annoying. Noises from the hallway can be heard in the room. But the breakfast in the morning and the service were great. All in all, for the location, service, comfort and price, I would stay here again

Hotel was in a great location to city center... 10 minute walk to Marian Platz. Clean and basic. Excellent breakfast included. Would reccommend to anyone looking for a affordable room, with no frills. We traveled with our 16 year old son... First experience in a Hostel.

Central location close to public transportation, friendly and helpful staff, very affordable.

Spartanske rom, men alt du trenger for en overnatting. Prisen står i forhold til kvaliteten, men alt funket og det var rent.

Pas loin de la gare centrale et du centre ville. Bon rapport qualité/prix !

Nem at komme til fra Hovedbandgaarden, sporvogn / bus lige ved døren. Parkering mulig 10 Euro pr døgn. Meget unge personer i Receptionen - havde ikke helt styr på vores bestilling
