- kleineres busness hotel, viele geschäftsleute. solide ausgestattet. teils nicht ganz auf dem neuesten stand. bei problemen ist der service wirklich zuvorkommend- frühstück ohne service, slebstbedienung, aber o.k.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Flughafen, man wird aber nicht durch Fluglärm belästigt.

Although the hotel was clean, there was no hot water for showers. The water was at most room temperture and so after a long day of travel was quite a disappointment. The location was in the middle of a residential area on a back street and very hard to find by car. The bathroom door was warped and did not close. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Love this hotel...I will stay there from now on every time to Frankfurt. !!!

The hotel itself is very non-descript, but what turned me against it was that their room rate includes none of the amenities they advertise. The Hotels.com rate includes only the room, nothing else. Breakfast is NOT included, they charge an additional $20 (EUR 15) per person, Parking costs an additional $15 (Eur 10), Internet was not complimentary, but you had to set up a T-Mobile Hotspot account (at an additional fee). The staff was very unconcerned and bordered on the rude, including barging into our room twice in one morning before 10:00 am and barking at us for not hanging up the "Do not disturb sign" since they wanted to clean and we weren't ready. The elevator is puny and smelled of sweat every time. The room itself is clean enough and the AC worked as advertised, but everything else was not up to usual German Hospitality standards.

This is an excellent hotel for the money. 4 Star Hotel at a 2 Star price. Useful for your last night stay when you have an early AM flight leaving Frankfurt Airport. Nice helpful staff, restaurant food was suprisinlgly good, AC was excellent, bathroom and room was modern and new, secure parking for your rental car, at no extra charge. It is really a shame because this hotel is such a good value, and its only drawback is its location. It is located in a very nice middle class residential neighboorhood of subdivisions, with many cul de sacs, circlular streets, and dead ends. It is truly hard to find, (even for cab drivers). Now it is truly 10 minutes from Frankfurt Airport, but without navigation or assistance it may take you an hour to find it. My advice call the hotel prior to arrival and get detailed directions from the desk, they are aware and very helpful, or if possible turn in you rental car first at Frankfurt and have them pick up you up in their little shuttle van. Then they should be able to drop you back in the morning, but confirm it with them. Very nice accomodation near Frankfurt Airport for one quarter the price of the major Airport Hotels at Frankfurt,(once you find it)!

Advertised as "airport" hotel. Had to take taxi for 15 minutes and paid Eur40 - way too much

elvator didn't work, no wifi

Positiv opplevelse. Alt fra Taxi til mottakelse på hotellet. Litt språkproblemer ( fra vår side ). Renholdet på rommet var bra. Tilgjengeligheten , god.
