The room is small and dirty. The lights are broken. The parking space is very small and you should watch your car carefully when you want to come out. No internet. But the location is close to the Yellowstone Ave.

The Hotel was in a pretty good location (3 blocks from yellowstone park enterance). The hotel beds were horrible! My wife and I both had backackes for the rest of our trip because of it. The rooms curtains didn't hang properly and I had to use a pin that my wife had to hold the curtains up to prevent anyone from seeing us in our room. Overall, the hotel looked like it needs some major improvements. Safety wise, dont get a room on the second floor, the wood steps going up were not even mounted or bolted to the frame of the stair case, I was able to pick up a few steps on my own and could walk away with them if I wanted. That could be a major lawsuit if someone were to fall or if a step were missing.

Good for sleeping close to west entrance only and walking to rustic downtown. Worn, walkups cheaper than web.

It was a hotel room. Nothing terrible. Some reconstruction/painting going on. No surprise for the climate. A bit expensive for a hotel in Montana though. I would expect about half that price.

The coffee machine in the lobby was not turned on anymore because "the hotel was closing in two weeks". The shower did not work. Lobby personel was notified of that and wrote it down. No action was taken however when i returned the next evening. Some lights were not working, overall state of the hotel is 'old'. I understand it is a 1 star, but things should work.

First of all, they asked me to go with my friends to another hotel which was 2 blocks away. Then there was no refrigerator. Its good if you are planning to stay overnight on your way to some other place. But its really costly, I would have got better deal in a motel

I didn't expect much after reading the reviews, and we were't planning to spend much time there anyway. It was about what I expected. I made the reservation because I expected West Yellowstone to be booked up. We came to town early enough in the day that there were still vacancy signs for lesser priced rooms available, at other locations, but we couldn't cancel these reservations. I still don't know if I would have to guts to come to towm without reservations.

The room wasn't too bad if you ignored the hole in the wall in the bathroom and the fact that the bathroom still hadn't been painted past the primer stage. The ceiling above the hot tub/spa (I hesitate to use the word) was falling down and pieces were where the water should have been. The pool was filled with brown water. Yuk!

The carpet is dirty and worn out. The whole room smelled due to humidity. Some lights didn't work. Very noisy AC.

Personnel sympathique et très serviable pour un hôtel de catégorie modeste mais propre et suffisamment confortable. Le prix a priori élevé se justifie finalement par la proximité du parc
