schäbig bis muchtig - das ist der Gesamteindruck von vorn bis hinten. Da wird die perfekte Lage am Westeingang zum Yellowstone NP und dem hohen Reiseaufkommen schamlos ausgenutzt. Sehr teuer und in keinem Verhältnis zur Leistung. Nur Frühstück ist gut, wobei man beachten muss, dass der Coupon nur Netto fürs Essbare ist. Kaffee / Tee + Tax auf alles ist zuzuzahlen. Auch so was habe ich nach 10 Jahren Urlaub in den Staaten noch nie erlebt!

This area is expensive, but Day's Inn stayed within the budget range. It had more amenities than I expected. It was clean and as quiet as you could expect from a big place with tons of guests.

Simple room Breakfast for 2 only in restaurant ......had to pay for the other 2 in our party. People upstairs....could hear every step they took

the room is Clean. They provide wireless network for free and breakfast is also good. Swimming pool are good especially they have the sliders which is pretty fun to play with. Just the room is not sound proof, I could hear exactly what my neighbors are talking. So those people who are very picky about their sleeping sound environment should be careful when you considering this hotel.

This hotel is dated and tired, it needs some real updated and care. The only plus with this property is its location. That is certainly the only thing keeping there doors open.

When you check into the West Yellowstone Days Inn you are given coupons for a free breakfast meal. In our case we got two coupons for each of the four nights we stayed (there were four in our party). The catch is the fact that the hotel restaurant is too small for the number of people in the hotel so you end up waiting 30-45 minutes for a table. You can use your coupons for a limited number of free breakfasts, but then you have to buy something else for the rest of your party (sharing a meal results in a $2.00/person additional charge). We took advantage of the "deal" one morning, then decided we'd rather spend our time seeing Yellowstone than standing in line with 20 other people waiting for a table! When I suggested to the Management that a breakfast buffet would speed things up and better serve their customers I got a "If you're hungry enough, you'll wait!" response - not exactly customer-focused. If you have lots of time on your hands, I guess it's an OK hotel perk. If you traveled all the way to West Yellowstone to see the animals and the sights, skip the in-hotel breakfast and find another establishment to get your day going.

Breakfast was supposed to be free, however it is just a gimick for them to get more money from you. They know we had 5 in the party as we paid for a rollaway as well. They would only give us 2 breakfast coupon to their restaurant. Come morning, the breakfast line was over 15 people deep and that was from 8am-9:30am, I don't know how long the line was before and after. There were plenty of tables but the hostess slowly seated people. With paying for 3 extra, drinks, tax, and tip, our free breakfast costed us $50 and an hour and a half when we had wanted to rush off for our day of touring. I saw many others get disgusted and go off to McDonald's instead.

This is a decent hotel to stay make no mistake about it. However there are many things that can be improved! After advertising free breakfast, they do not exactly provide it. Even though we had booked and paid extra money for two extra (total 4) people, they gave bfast coupon telling, that they allot this only 2 per room. What are the others supposed to do? starve? Also the check-in counter people were not very polite the day we were checking in! The rooms themselves were just about adequate. Also after having paid for 2 queen beds, we got just two double beds from this. Lastly do not park in the side street, the neighborhood looks a touch shady, better park within the hotel lot!

Stayed at this hotel because it had a waterslide and assumed that the price paid would ensure a decent room. While the waterslide is good the pool is small, really only good for is to waterslide, you cant swim the pool if the slide is in use. Room was in poor shape and smelled like dirty socks. If a door was shut down the hall you were sure to here it. Floors squeeked due to the age and poor building. No hot water pressure but decent if you like a cold shower. Breakfast is a coupon to the attached coffee shop with 1 choice of items. This is a budget hotel at a premium price.

Overall the room was clean and the kids loved the waterslide, however, the beds were uncomfortable and the restaurant staff was unprofessional. I also believe it is overpriced!

a place to sleep while visiting yellowstone but that is all.

Had Large Rooms and an indoor pool with a very large water slide. Kids loved it.

Great little hotel for the money. We even recieved a free full breakfast fromt the attached restaraunt. A nice addition.

The room was average for a mid grade hotel, i did enjoy the additional pillows, the free breakfast(not just continental) was awesome, the pool and hottubs were great. They even had hookups so my diesel didn't freeze up in the subzero temps. We were greatly impressed with the deal we got and would definately stay there again and again.

Dark room with bad smell in the hall ways, the furnitzre has seen better days - all in all not worth the money I paid for. There are better choices in West Yellowstone

I thought that the hotel was nice and clean. it was the older wing. Very convenient, good breakfast, and for kids it has a slide in the pool

This property looks like it has been updated in the 70's. It's just run down. The housekeepers are doing their best to keep it clean, but there's only so much they can do with the older facility.

Although very close to the West entrance of Yellowstone, this hotel is badly neglected. The rooms were moderately clean although we found the prior guests coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The common areas were disgusting - window filthy, carpeting filthy. Mattress had outlived its useful life.

Excellent base for visiting Yellowstone National Park. Literally at the park gates. West yellowstone a real taste of the 'West". Highly recommended. Good pool

Stayed 3 nights. The staff were very friendly and the were very helpful. No complimentary breakfast but they have an arrangement with the Trappers resturant next door. Pool and guest laundry. The only thing missing was they did not have a computer for guests to use. Yellowstone itself was Fantastic!! 2 days exploring not enough. Eating out expensive, but to be expected when your in a Tourist trap. The 3 Bears resturant on Yellowstone Ave good food.

Hotel trés bien situé dans une ville animée. Le point négatif, c'est le breakfast a évité.

Motel type, petit déjeuner payant dans salle de restauration mais longue attente pour le service.

De accomodatie was zeer goed, een prachtige grote kamer, let wel dit geldt alleen voor de nieuw gebouwde vleugel. Het ontbijt werd aan tafel geserveerd , was bij de prijs inbegrepen, en uitgebreid

L'hôtel était très bien: belle chambre, propre et confortable. La piscine était aussi très sympa, surtout après une longue journée de randonnée. Le grand avantage de l'hôtel est sa situation parfaite par rapport au parc de Yellowstone. Le gros inconvénient c'est le petit déjeuner. Celui-ci est inclu dans le prix de la chambre mais il faut pratiquement 1 heure pour avoir une place dans le restaurant. La queue est immese le matin. On n'a jamais eu le temps de profiter de ce petit-déjeuner. Dommage!

hôtel correct, bon petit déjeuner inclus (sauf service et boisson), mais très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, donc on est très dérangé par les voisins, les clims des autres chambres, les bruits de tuyauterie, le ménage dans les autres chambres dès 7 heures du matin... L'unique fenêtre de la chambre donne sur le couloir de desserte, donc lumière électrique (insuffisante) en permanence. Wi-fi mais pas d'ordinateur à disposition des clients

Very well located, but the service level is very poor. That goes both for the front desk and the restaurant employees who were not service minded at all.
