Rundum sehr angenehmes Hotel, das keine Wünsche offen läßt.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön. Wir hatten ein super Deal für das Wochenede, 2 Nächte für den Preis von einer. Leider bekamen wir ein "Raucherzimmer" anstatt eines normalen Zimmers. Sobald man die Türe zum Zimmer öffnete lief man gegen eine Wand von kaltem Rauch. Wir baten um ein neues Zimmer, da es meiner meinung nach eine zumutung war, in diesem Zimmer zu übernachten. Doch, leider hatten wir kein Glück, es war nichts mehr fei. Das hätte uns die Dame am Empfang auch freundlicher mitteilen können. Die Zimmer waren klein und es gab Schimmel im Badezimmer. Das Parken (mit 22 Euro pro Tag) fand ich auch etwas Überteuert. Ich würde das Hotel nicht Empfehlen.

Der absolute Pluspunkt ist die Lage des Hotels: Einmal durch den "Keller" und schon steht man an der S-Bahn, die einem fast minütlich ins Zentrum chauffiert. Wer gut, gerne und ausgiebig frühstückt, sollte sich unbedingt das Frühstücksbuffet gönnen , manchmal wird es als Pauschale im Übernachtungsangebot offeriert, sonst ist es schon ein Luxus. Bei Fragen gibt der Concierge Antworten auf nahzu alles, insgesamt ist Service und Freundlichkeit unbedingt die 4 Sterne wert.

Perfekter Service, auch Standardzimmer sehr komfortabel, Anbindung an S-Bahn genial, sehr empfehlenswert für Tourismus und Business

the hotel is pleasant it was very convenient to get from and to the airport by train and it is right next to the convention center. The walk to the downtown area is only 10 minutes and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Just above the S-bahn line, so very convenient to get around and to the airport. Only 1-2 stops from Marienplatz. Only downside is incredibly expensive internet access - 27Euro for 24 hours is ridiculous.

If people love music and concerts, this hotel is right next to the Gasteig (concert hall), you can go to good concerts all day every day. Also it is on the S-Bahn line which trains takes you to the airport (10 Euro, if you take a taxi it costs 60-70 Euro), accessed from under the hotel directly. Room was very spacious. The internet access in the business center was pricey and security updates prevented access to many sites including email. Compared with other hotels the price seemed a little high.

We arrived at the hotel unaware that we had booked a room on the executive floor. It made all the difference from the outset. Immediately you're in a world of your own with a bigger rooom, a quieter floor, gym, extremely friendly staff and the executive lounge... an all inclusive alternative when it comes to meals and drinks. I can't recommend it enough. What's more is that the hotel is centrally located. It get's my vote all round. A big thank you to the staff for going the extra mile and making it such a memorable stay.

The Hilton Munich City is exactly what you would expect of a Hilton Hotel - good service, clean, well furnished rooms and good service from friendly staff. The only negative aspect is the price for Internet connectivity. Whilst in the USA most hotel guests receive free Internet access this is not the case in Europe. The Hilton in Munich charges 22 Euros for 24 hours of access - that's roughly $32; which is expensive even compared to other European hotels.

Great location, metro downstairs and only moments from all the hot spots. Nice clean, well kept hotel. Nice, helpful staff. Will be returning to this hotel on my next Munich stay.

Superb service and a very clean high class hotel. There is an s bahn subway stop in the basement which is super easy to use and goes everywhere. Highly recommended. Staff bend over backwards to accommodate your every need. The rooms are very nicely furnished but the beds were the most uncomfortable in all of Europe. Oh well I didnt go there to sleep

Very nice hotel with prompt, efficient and friendly staff. However, the rooms could have used better air conditioning.

This property is close to downtown Munich..only 10-15 mins walk and lots to see along the way. Beautiful hotel with extremely modern and clean rooms. I would definetly not hesitate to stay here again. The only comment I would have is that the 24 hr internet charge of Euro 22 was a bit steep.
