Radisson Blu EU Hotel, Brussels - Brüssel

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer und dem Service im Hotel. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht so super wie die Zimmer. Da wäre noch mehr drin. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Das Hotel ist ruhig, dennoch zentral mit guter Anbindung. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Bad ist in gutem Zustand, ausser, dass der Abfluss am Waschbecken verstopft war. Hell durch grosse Fenster. Leider kein Balkon

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Europaparlament und die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken in der Woche schwierig, am Wochenende kein Problem. Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm, ruhig und hat freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen.

Sowohl der Sessel als auch der Tisch im Zimmer waren verschmutzt angebrochene Dusch-und Bodylotion im Bad Hotelgarage nur über die Strasse erreichbar und unverschämt teuer,30 Euro pro Tag Frühstück viel zu teuer

Traumfrühstück - 3-Bettzimmer war gebucht, aber zuerst nicht vorhanden, entpuppte sich dann als Ausziehcouch mit extra Matratze - Fleecedecken als Tagesdecke waren leider ekelhaft dafür sehr freundliches Zimmerpersonal Traumfrühstück

Das preiswerte Hotel liegt in Zentrumsnähe, Bus und Bahn neben dem Hotel, trotzdem ruhige Lage, das Zentrum ist mit dem Bus in 10min erreichbar, die Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Zustellbetten sind vollwertige Betten, auf für Erwachsene geeignet.

I have staid only one night in brussels as I was only going there for a concert. The hotel is 5 stops away by underground of the eurostar station and 2 stops away from Brussels Centrum. Room really confortable so that I could get a good night sleep after the concert.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 1 night after a weekend in Bruges. They bumped us up to a business class room as business hotels like this tend to be quiet on weekends. It was 10 mins on foot to the palace and art galleries, 25 mins to the centre and 5 mins to all the buses.

This is a very good hotel, located beside the European Parliament. The decor is cool. The bedroom was very good, although a little small when the additional bed was added ( for our son). The double bed in our room was actually 2 single beds so confirm if you wish to have a double. Breakfast was excellent and available untile 10.30am.

hotel very nice, rooms were a good size. Staff were very helpful and efficient when we had to move rooms because of a noisy air conditioning unit.

The value that we got for the price that we paid did not meet our expectations. We paid top dollar for the hotel and were not offered any of the amenities that we have come to expect from other Radisson hotels. For exapmle, in the lobby of the hotel there was a coffee service set up and when I went to get a cup of coffe I was told that it was not for guests. They would not call a taxi for us and we had to walk a couple of blocks to get one. When we asked for tourist information they told us they did not have any information they could give us. Nothing was included in the price of our stay, and we felt that we over paid, and were underserved.

The women at the front desk was new to the hotel but she was so pleasant and helpful and upgraded our room when we thought we had 2 twin beds. As it turns out all of the "king beds" are really two twin beds pushed together so if you are a couple sharing the bed and you like to sleep closely, be warned! One of you will be sleeping in the crack. Uncomfortable! The room was tidy but definitely showing wear, little holes in carpet, worn bedspreads, and the showerhead would not stay up so it was at chest level.

Great hotel. Rooms very comfortable, breakfast delicious but expensive. Baby cot wasn't great though: just a travel cot that could do with being replaced.

next to parliament buildings. bus and taxi short trip to city centre and grand place. staff very helpful. breakfast good full buffet. we got a lovely corner room with large bay window and loved our stay. would recommend

We went for a weekend stay at the hotel and we were impressed how quite and peaceful the hotel was over the weekend. It is close to the train and the bus stop so getting to and from the centre/lively areas of Brussels was not a problem. Small issue that we had with air condition system was quickly resolved and we were pleased with the staff and the service we received.

Everything you would expect from the raddisson and nothing you wouldn't except the low price! (online)

The hotel is ranked 4 star and I assume it represents the equipment provided, however, it is extremely functional and not what I was expecting of a 4 star hotel.

I took a group of 6 ro Brussels for the weekend and we stayed at the Radisson. It was a little out from the City Centre by the PArliment however this was well reflected in the price which was 300euro for the six of us for one night. THe rooms were perfect and staff friendly and helpful

Nice hotels, nice rooms, spacious and modern. Perhaps should have Internet. Reception staff could have been more helpful in figuring out public transport options to the airport.

Stayed business class, room very good, breakfast excellent, staff very helpful. Location perfect for Commission and EP and bus to airport stops just around the corner. Baby cot not great and restaurant/bar prices very high.

value for money when u stay during the weekend

This hotel is a little away from the city center, but it is not too far away. It is a pretty modern hotel, but they seemed to be a little lean on staffing. The room was nice and large, and the bedding was nice. Overall, it was very comfortable for a hotel room. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to others, especially at the nice price offered by hotels.com.

Being a regular visitor to Brussels I found the it to be a very comfortable hotel. Both the room and hotel were very clean and efficiently laid out, and the reception staff pleasant, as you might expect from this chain of hotels. The price of the breakfast struck me as being disappointingly high by comparison.

Excellent location for the Parliament and largely the corporate standard you'd expect from an SAS Radisson but drink stained carpets in bedrooms and a pungent chemical (carpet cleaner?) smell on 2nd floor hallway which permeated the rooms was less than pleasant.

Very high standards of service in a modern well equipped hotel. Ideal location for EU buildings.

The room was beautiful and the bath was luxurious even by American standards. The staff were very pleasnat and always tried to communicate in English. I wish they had an a la carte breakfast menu, maybe just Belgian waffle and coffe?!

The hotel was excellent. Perhaps breakfast was a touch expensive, but good quality.

I stayed in the hotel for a business trip and was very impressed. I wrote the hotel an email a few days before hand to enquire about early check in possibilities and not only did they get back to me within hours, they greeted me by name when I arrived at the hotel and made us feel very welcome. The concierge was very friendly and helpful, the room service swift, and the bathroom felt as modern and clean as if no-one had used it before us. I would say it's better positioned for business than leisure, but the bus stop a couple of minutes away takes you into the Grand Place in around 15 minutes so by all means pretty central. Highly recommended.

we loved staying here- only there for 2 nights, but located close to a subway stop, luxembourg center is right there, the hotel is very clean, huge bathroom, and down comforter!! very trendy

We only stayed at this hotel one night. The room was standard American size, clean, and very nice large bathroom. The location was also very good, 1 block from Luxemburg district.

Very nice new hotel extremely close to EU buildings - quiet neighborhood close to Luxembourg square, not too close to shops (for food, etc.) but close to several pubs, cafes and taxi stands on Lux. square. Rooms were decently sized, well appointed, bathrooms extremely clean and nice. Beds are very comfortable and rooms with a corner window very pleasant. Not the best location for sight seeing (walking to Grand Place about 25 minutes to half hour) but not that far from metro stop (about 5-10 minutes, depending on your pace). Overall this was a great value for the price, particularly given the price from hotels.com was very competitive for this level of a hotel room.

I found the hotel to be quite conveniently located and the staff very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet, although plentiful, a bit pricey.

The hotel was located well, walking distance to a lot ofthe city sites. The rooms were very comfortable and looked nice also. The staff was great. It was a lot more than I expected for the amount paid. The restaurant was exspensive, 25 Euros for breakfast. There were places to eat with in 2 blocks that were more reasonable.

A good value considering hotel prices in Brussels and current exchange rate. Located in a residential/business area undergoing redevelopment with a mix of old and new construction. Plan on a 1/2 hour walk to the museum of Ancient and Modern Art (a must see) and another 15 min to the Grand Palace. No downtown nightlife in this neighborhood although I noticed after work crowds of young profesionals at a few bars located around nearby Luxemburg square. Some very nice local resturants within a short 15min walking distance at St Boniface square. Train station next door, take a local to North Station and tansfer to the Airport Express.

Tout était parfait, même le prix. En plus l'hôtel est tout neuf, donc tout est propre et fonctionnel.

Goed hotel voor goede prijs (we hadden een aanbieding zonder ontbijt), ligging pal naast het europese parlement, naast treinstation maar ong 10 minuten lopen van metro. Grote schone kamer en vriendelijk personeel (ook in nederlands)

L'hôtel est très près du centre historique et offre des chambres modernes avec tous les services.

Le personnel très simpatique! Petit déjeuner délicieux! Chambre très agréable, confortable et silencieuse. Tout était très bien, à part la propreté des portes de la chambre et salle de bains, avec pleins de traces de doigts, pas très agréable...........

Aucun souci, personnel tres pro et accueillant, chambre spacieuse avec accès internet, mini bar, et même fer et planche à repasser, salle de bain avec douche et baignoire, seche cheveux, climatisation, tout est Ok.

Kent içinde olmasına rağmen oldukca sakin ve yerleşimi güzel.

Situé dans le quartier du Parlement européen, à 5 min à pied du métro, cet hôtel est idéalement placé et offre des prestations haut de gamme à des prix raisonnables. Nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre (grand lit, design moderne et raffiné, grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire). Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel. Le prix était raisonnable (46 € à deux avec apéritif offert, entrée, plat, un verre de vin et un café). Le service était très attentionné et adapté. Le petit déjeuner était pantagruélique (gaufres, crêpes, viennoiseries, pains divers et variés, œufs brouillés ou coque, charcuterie, fruits, etc...) à 15€ par personne. Bref, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Ho passato 3 notti con un mio compagno e abbiamo gradito il nostro soggiorno. E' situato proprio accanto al parlamento europeo ed la zona è molto tranquilla. Per andare al centro, non c'è problema, basta prendere l'autobus o la metropolitana. Volendo si può camminare fino al centro passeggiando il parco, guardando la città ecc. La stanza è carina e il letto è molto comodo. La doccia e la vasca sono divise, mi è piaciuto molto questo. Abbiamo scelto un plan con colazione a buffet e valeva la pena. C'erano tanti tipi e inoltre buoni. Gli staff dell'albergo sono abbastanza simpatici e disponibili. Durante il soggiorno a Bruxelles, ci mancava un caffè (naturalmente "l'espresso") e abbiamo ordinato 2 tazze di caffè espresso al banco del ristorante dell'albergo. Anche se immaginavo che fosse costose, il prezzo andava oltre la mia immaginazione, cioè abbiamo pagato 7 euro per 2 caffè!! Ma anche questo è un ricordo. Complessivamente siamo contenti di aver scelto questo hotel.
