Ein kleiner Geheimtipp! Ich würde aber auf alle Fälle das Geld investieren und Strip View buchen, echt tolle Sicht! Super sauber, konfortabel, exzellente Küche, einfach WOW! Der Pool hat übrigens superbequeme Loungesessel, so etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen, mit x-Kissen!

Das Hotel ist nur ein paar Minuten Gehweg vom Strip entfernt das tolle dadurch ist es ist sehr leise und ruhig und trotzdem ist man sofort dabei So kann man nachts feiern und tagsüber am schönen Pool relaxen Wenn ich nochmal nach Las Vegas fahre dann auf jeden Fall wieder ins Platinum

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Es liegt 2 Blocks, ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Strip (Ballys) entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und freundlich eingerichtet. Zur Ausstattung gehört eine komplette Küche, inkl. Geschirrspüler, Toaster etc., Waschmaschine, Trockner, Balkon, Whirlpool und Safe. Nur Valet Parking möglich und gebührenpflichtiger Internetzugang.

Perfect for Family....Outstanding stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Platinum for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We researched the hotel on trip advisor as we are very particular with room standards etc. My wife was totally impressed especially as we had a mini apartment not just a bedroom. Theses rooms are standard at the Platinum and are excellent. Very roomy. Lovely lounge, Full size kitchen with all modern appliances including a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Large Bathroom with jacuzi bath, seperate shower cubicle and twin sinks., The Bedroom was quite large with super comfy king size bed with crisp clean white bed linnen. The view from our window was right up the street to the strip about one block away. The only minus point I would say is the location.Its located very near to busy crossroads and Its about ten minutes walk to the strip along a very busy,(day and night ) road. You can cut through the Ballys hotel which is about five minutes walk which is better than staying on the main road. This really didnt bother us as we like walking and with the good weather it was ok. The Platinum hotel is the only Non smoking and Non gaming hotel in Vegas which is why we chose to stay there. Lovely and clean, fresh and quiet, a nice retreat after a hectic day out. The hotel even sent us some Chocolate covered Strawberries to go with our Champage for our Anniversary which was a nice thought.

In all of our stays in and around Las Vegas, we will have to say The Platinum Hotel and Spa just moved in to the top position. It was a stay that was thoroughly enjoyed.

The suites are huge, comfortable and clean with everything you need for your stay. It is wonderful to return to a quiet hotel that does not have a casino but does have excellent food and pool. Close to the strip but like entering another world, some great views of the strip!

everything was wonderful. room service was great and the concierge very accomadating. the best part was how easy it was to check in and out... no waiting in a 90 min (or even 5 minute) line like every other hotel on the strip!

Very nice suite w/ large kitchen and bathroom. Nice pool and friendly staff. Negatives: They only offer valet parking and it's very tedious to get in and out of the hotel. There should be a self-parking option even if they have to charge for it. Also the lounge should have better hours on the weekend. Overall a good place to stay in Vegas.

Everything was amazing, great service.

We needed to go to 'Vegas because our son was getting married there! We looked on Trip Advisor and found good reviews for the Platinum. It's particular appeal was that it had no gaming or entertainment and was 'an oasis of calm'. After walking through many of the other hotels and seeing the one that our son and his fiancee/wife were staying in (The Luxor), we were so pleased we had chosen the Platinum. It really is superb. The rooms, or suites, are really top notch and all the staff are so friendly and ready to help or assist. When we eat in the hotel, the food was much better than you would find on the Strip for similar money. We would thoroughly recommend the Platinum to anyone wanted peace and quiet whilst in Las Vegas. It is about a ten minute walk from the Strip, of which half can be through the Bally's Hotel & Casino.

The hotel was great, from check in till check out, the staff was wonderful, the service was great, valet was ontop of everything, and the location was away from traffic, but in the middle of the strip (big plus)!

Great staff

Great hotel. Only real problem was bed/pillow. Not the best quality of either. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the strip. Didn't bother me since you end up walking a lot in Vegas no matter where you stay. Difficult to get a taxi. Nice not having to deal with throngs of people in the hotel. Would highly recommend it.

I travel often and this is a great, comfortable hotel. The rooms are HUGE and is good for a long trip in Vegas or if you have a family. It has a full kitchen which helps on the pocketbook. The only downside is it only has valet parking and no casino. So, if you are looking for the typical Vegas big casino hotel this is not it but if you want to enjoy Vegas yet get away then book your room now.

Platinum is like living in your own Las Vegas Condo, but with a Hotel Staff and amenities! Great location, just a couple of blocks off the strip, but just a block from the MonoRail inside Ballys! Just buy a day pass and you can save time walking around!

Hotel is valet only, free parking. Quick check-in. Rooms are "green" friendly meaning the lights and air conditioning only work while the hotel key is in the card reader. Large rooms with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Bathroom has a jetted tub, seperate shower and dual sinks. Housekeeping service was excellent. Comfortable bed. The restauarant and bar service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

Every member of the staff was very gracious and helpful. The facilities are first class and the room exceeeded our expectations.

Huge room with everything that you could want. Short walk to the Las Vegas Strip and major casinos. Hotel staff was very nice.

Large, well-appointed room. If you are looking for a comfortable room and don't mind walking 10-15 minutes to get to the strip hotels, this is a great place to be. Cab service is spotty compared to the major hotels, but that is my only complaint.

I’m a frequent traveler and loved my stay at the hotel. My girlfriend and I wanted a quick get away for 4 days. The staff was very professional and quick to meet our every need. The hotel was an 8 min walk from the strip. It was very quiet in the hotel. I never heard another person while I was there (even with full hotel).

The hotel was a great place to stay for my first trip to Vegas. It met most of my expectations. I will say, however, that the kitchen is only equipped with glasses. God knows how anyone is to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with only glasses. Maybe you have pay an extra fee for pots/pans and plates! And be prepared for putting $100 incidental fee per night on your credit card. It is refundable, but not until after you check out. I was expecting an incidental fee, but not at that price. Despite those two things, I would not hesitate in staying there again.

Nice suite with full appliances. Really looked more like a time-share, than a hotel room. Concierge staff was very helpful, even bringing out the hotel car to run me to a mall so I didn't have to take a cab.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Platinum and would recommend it to anyone. The rooms (actually full apartments with kitchens, etc.) were very comfortable, roomy, and clean; the staff were extremely helpful and friendly; and the hotel restaurant had good solid food at decent prices. Very convenient to the strip and Bellagio fountains (a 5-10 minute walk). Our only disappointment: the spa was WAY too expensive, so I didn't get a massage as I had planned.

I went to vegas to celebrate my birthday with 4 of my girlfriends. Our stay at the Platinum Hotel and Spa was fabulous! They were very accommodating and had no problem with upgrading us (at no cost) to the fabulous Marquise Suite due to a slight error in my original booking for a Princess Suite. The room was perfect for 5 people. The staff was very friendly and always available to help. The Well Spa, located on the 4th floor was great as well. I would definately recommend scheduling some type of treatment while staying there (if time allows). The hotel was located about 2 blocks away from the strip and yes we caught cabs alot of places that we went, but it was well worth it. I did like the fact that Platinum did not have a casino attached to it. That gave us control of what atmosphere we wanted to be in. There aren't enought words or phrased I can use to discribe how much I loved the hotel. Overall, it was great and I would definately recomment it.

The hotel is great, staff is great, only problem is the business center. But I was there on business so that was important to me. They have subcontracted the business center out to a totally lame, I cannot emphazise this enough, totally lame computer suystem provider who I would rate a 1 on a 1-10 scale. It was the most frustrating experience ever and I have traveled all over the world. If you stay away from the business center, you'll have a good experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms were more like an apartment than a hotel room. I stayed in a solitaire suite, it had a full kitchen, dishwasher, stove etc. Bathrooms have a jet tub that can fit two people in it. You have your own private balcony also. Every employee we encountered was very courteous and friendly, especially the valet's. If you want a cheap but good meal, the Ellis Island restaurant at the Super8 next door is pretty good. For gambling, went to the Tuscany hotels casino next door, it was pretty nice. So even though you're a block off the strip, you've got gambling next door if you want to try it out. This may cost a bit more than other resorts in Vegas, but if you want to stay at a nice, non-smoking, friendly hotel, I'd recommend this one to you.

Checked into the hotel on a Monday afternoon. Wanted to order room service after driving 4 hrs from LA. It took me over 1 hour to get someone to answer the phone. Tuesday housekeeping did not service my room, made the bed myself. Wednesday tried room service again. Took over an hour for someone to answer the phone, then another 30 minutes for them to inform me they did not have what I ordered. The rooms are great, large and comfortable, but the service leads to a huge let down. Beware, there is construction on Flamingo Rd. which causes huge traffic delays.

Having never been to Vegas, I spent alot of time reading reviews. Most often I heard that in the Strip hotels, you could not get away from the smoke and the noise. And while the strip is alot of fun and great for people watching, it was great to round the corner and be in a really new,clean,modern,quiet,smoke free, spacious condo with a kitchen. The trade offs are that at night you will want to take a cab back, and although they offer dinner, it is not much of a menu. However, the restaurant that is only open for breakfast and lunch was great. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is a couple of blocks off the strip, and a terrific value as compared to what you get at a casino hotel.

The room was amazing. Full kitchen that included a range, stove, microwave, full refrigerator, and cooking/eating utensils. It had two queen beds and a pull out coach. It was very spacious. Plus, the bath was gigantic and had jets! It was a fantastic deal! Definitely the way to go if you want to stay in Vegas and avoid the ridiculous prices. Location was awesome to! We never payed over $15 for a cab which could take us all the way to the Palms.

Great hotel. Clean. Gave off a very warm feeling. Pretty much a nice condo with the good stuff. Left money out on the table and the housekeepers didn't take it! even though it was their tip. It just created great trust in the hotel. And she cleaned our room gorgeously as we left it a mess due to rushing out one morning. Bathroom was all cluttered with product and what not, returned to it being ALL organized to the T. Amazing. I do wish that there was a plasma TV in the bedroom though. Kitchen was superb. Came with all the necessities and more. Only hotel that could beat this is the Signature. Which is pretty much the same thing, just fancier for more money of course.

Beautiful hotel in a great location just off of the strip. Loved the all valet parking at the hotel. The kitchen had glasses, cups, untensils and even a corkscrew. The staff was very polite and very attentive to our needs. The hotel is within walking distance to a large assortment of places to eat. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends.

Nice, spacious room in convenient location. Room was clean and no smoking is allowed so it was a nice retreat from typical Vegas casino smoke. Great value for the price. Food was great too.

Our room was very clean and comfortable as usual. We had a Solitaire suite this time and it's still very spacious.

a short walk to the strip with cheaper rooms that are twice as large, would definetely use it again

When we first checked into the hotel the front desk agent put us in a room that was used with the TV missing. The security staff was extremely unprofessional in handing certain matters that went on during our stay. I work in the hotel industry and I've never seen such unprofessional customer service before. The hotel rooms a large for the price you pay but I feel the General Manager should look into hiring new staff to run the hotel.

My wife and I were in town on business and like to try different places when we come into town. The Platinum exceeded our expectations. When we arrived the staff was on the ball. At check in I asked if there were any Strip view rooms available and they were able to upgrade our room without hesitation. Every staff person we encountered were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the non-smoking atmosphere, and the lack of gambling noise was refreshing. This is an ideal place for the business traveler who doesn't intend on gambling and wants to avoid the crowds at the casino hotels. We will definately stay here on future trips.

The rooms were very nice and would be expensive at the average strip hotel. They were a good value. Only a couple of small issues, such as no second roll of TP in the bathroom, housekeeping did not happen to come by one day in the interval we were away from the room (no big deal and we would have just called them if we really needed the beds done). Breakfast specials posted in rooms were not presented in the restaurant until we asked for them. Service in restaurant was good. Valet service was quite good. If we get the same general price, we will very likely stay here next time. Lack of a casino is no issue since there are 2 in very close proximity. Lack of a casino makes the bar scene in the hotel rather austere (read: empty) though.

We had a pretty great stay. The hotel was quiet and very close to the center of the Strip. it was an ideal location to see everything. The hotel was clean and we loved the spaciousness of the suite. The hotel was quiet - you did not see or hear too many other people which we enjoyed. We were told it was the slow season by several people. Our view from our balcony was OK - it would have been better to be a little higher. We were on the 6th floor. No complaints except for the weather which had nothing to do with the hotel. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
