Ausgesprochen schönes und stilvolles Hotel. Sehr freundlicher Service, sehr gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt, sehr ruhige Zimmer und sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert. Frühstücksbuffet , Wlan etc und Restaurantservice allerdings sehr überteuert. Lieber nur Zimmer buchen, Top. Wellnessbereich sehr schön und gepflegt , aber Sportoutfit nicht vergessen, sonst darf man die Einrichtungen nicht nutzen. Separates Entgelt für Hamam, Sauna und Pool. Es lohnt sich aber.

Although the hotel is within 'walking distance' to most of the sites we wanted to see, it was quite a walk. We definitely got our exercise. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Very helpful at front desk with regard to finding great places to eat. Had a little trouble with the parking garage...the procedure for going in and out was not explained so we did a lot of running up and down stairs till we got it straight. Sometimes understanding english and spanish totally was the problem.

Great room for the money. Lobby staff was difficult to find at times. The less formal dining option closed at 10:00 PM. 10:00 PM being normal dining hour in Spain. Internet/wifi should be available at no extra charge.

This hotel was an amazing value: it is truly a 5-star luxury hotel in mint condition in a very good location. It is about a safe 1-minute walk to the Calatrava (also known as La Peineta) bridge and from there it is about a 3-4 minute walk to the Plaza del Mar. From the Plaza del Mar it is about a 5 minute walk down Calle de la Paz to the exclusive shops and the Cathedral area. Just as a point of reference, my other hotels of choice in Spain are the Villa Magna in Madrid, the Majestic in Barcelona and the Alfonso XIII in Sevilla. This Westin is comparable in style but less than a third of the price!!!

I can't speak more highly of this hotel. From checkin to check out 3 days later, it was simply perfect. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and recommended some excellent restaurants and places to go. The hotel itself is beautiful, very spacious and extremely clean. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Valencia.

If you want a hotel that is only a short walk (15mins) from the main attractions, then this is one for you! I liked the fact that we were not bang in the middle of all the noise as it meant we could get a good nights sleep after going to bed at 5am! We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a junior suite and the room was amazing!

Stayed at the Westin Valencia for 4 days over Easter. The hotel itself was really impressive as well as the desk staff / concierge, but the staff looking after the food and beverages were what let the hotel down. They were very slow - so slow that we eventually had to go up and pay the lunch bill at cashier overselves. The room service food was appalling - very cold pizza. But the room was gorgeous and the housekeeping superb.

I had read previous reviews describing the hotel as newer and beautiful, but I had not expected it to be as beautiful as all that. The architecture and decor is quite stunning. The staff was graciously helpful throughout our stay. We booked an upgraded room and it was one of the largest (if not the largest) non-suite rooms I've ever stayed in. It included a desk with two chairs, a sofa/chairs/tables seating area, and a long, wide, hallway to the bathroom flanked on either side with paneled mirrors hiding on one side closets and shelves and the toilet/bidet room on the other. The bathroom had separated large bath and even larger shower with multiple water sources for each. We were, though, rather startled by the really high prices for the food, and we had just come from Paris. The hotel was easily accessible from the mass transit (train? metro?) that we took for just a few dollars from the airport. We were able to walk throughout our visit from the hotel to places all over town.

What a lovely hotel, beautiful surroundings and lovely staff. Lots of English speaking staff and menus also written in English. We had a lovely 2 night break, most relaxing. The room was very spacious and clean.

Very nice. After several bad expirences in Spain this hotel made all the others just a bad memory. I love the people in Valencia, very proud.

buona posizione, vicino alla metropolitana, peccato che nel prezzo della camera non fosse prevista la colazione (costo un pò elevato),spazi comuni curati

Veldig bra hotell. Fin beliggenhet iforhold til sentrum av gamlebyen. Flotte rom - gode senger. Flott spa avdeling. Meget standsmessig til en overkommelig pris

Très calme mais un peu loin du centre

heel fijn hotel, gunstig gelegen, vriendelijk personeel, hebben elke dag gefitnessed, gezwommen en van de sauna gebruik gemaakt. ontbijt is erg goed en de tuin is vooral s óchtends vroeg en s ávonds een oase van rust. aanrader!

Hotellet var 5-stjerners. Det som skuffet oss var at vi ikke var godt nok informert om at våre 2 barn: 15 og11 år kunne benytte bassenget som stod tomt det meste av tiden. Aldersgrensen gjaldt hele fitness-avdelingen, fikk vi vite . Hadde jeg visst det, hadde jeg nok søkt et hotell i denne standard som hadde innendørs svømmebasseng-tilgang. Ellers var jo Westin Valencia veldig bra. Vh Asbjørn Flokkmann

Apart from the staff, this hotel is great! We very much enjoyed the city Valencia, and the hotel building is great. Rooms are spacious, the beds are great and food and drinks are tasty. The design is overall very nice. Distance to city centre is not too bad, about 10 minutes walking. The hotel staff speaks good English, so no problem with communication. But: The service is very slow and it takes forever to get a drink or a snack. Recommendations from the front desk with regards to restaurants should NOT be followed!! The concierge service is a total disaster, and they made some mistakes, which meant we didn’t get to experience a lot of what we wanted to do in our four days stay in Valencia. If you need any help with bookings of any kind, I strongly suggest you do it yourself or hire a travel agent. After the stay, the hotel charged one of the credit cards with a large amount, despite the fact that everything was settled when we checked out. The staff was very unavailable when we tried to figure out what they allegedly charged us for, but eventually the card holder got his money back. All in all: As long as you just need a nice room and you’re not looking for service of any kind, the Westin Valencia is a great hotel.
