Hotel Palacete Mirador de Cordoba - Cordoba

I would only stay here if you had a car or didn't mind paying extra for the taxi to town. This hotel is several miles away from the city center, which is both good and bad depending on your viewpoint. We drove, so it was not inconvenient for us to stay here. You do get a nice view of the city from the restaurant. The "chicken breast" we ordered at the restaurant for dinner consisted of a plate of fries and a few big chicken nuggets (i.e. breaded, frozen, reheated etc.).

Hotel Palacete Mirador de Cordoba is set up in the hills above Cordoba in a very remote location. The property is surrounded by natural chaparral and reminds me of southern California where I grew up. Without a car, I think its isolation would be very inconvenient. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, but very busy. There is only one person at the front desk at a time. The hotel is old and charming with lots of antique decor. No internet access yet. There is a beautiful view of the valley in which Cordoba sits from the terrace by the pool and the dining area. Sound travels easily through the hallways and rooms, but it was fairly quiet. A nice place to unwind from the stress of the city.

Hotel was clean and bright with wonderful views over Cordoba. Having th e use of a car made the location very good. Reception was good on the whole if no further info was required. Food on 'menu' was basic and we were not told that the cafe would not be open in the middle of the day.

This hotel is great. The rooms are a little small, but we only slept there, so no big deal. The pool area is nice, the landscaping is great and it's cooler there than in the city as it is up the side of a mountain. One warning though, if you don't have a car, don't stay here. It is a very long walk to the bus stop. We had a car and found an easy place to park for touring the city. The hotel has a map and will help you get there. No internet yet, but they told us that they were working on it and would have it soon. It was a nice break from always staying in the city during our tour of Spain. The restaurant is also good and has stunning views.

L'hôtel est un peu vieillot, et les chambres sont défraîchies et surtout la climatisation est en fait, un système de ventilateurs encastrés qui ne fonctionnent pas. La chaleur était intenable.

Hotellet lå længere ude af Cordoba end jeg troede men det endte faktisk med at blive behageligt. Mange turister i byen derfor var det dejligt at komme væk fra turistfælderne. Hotellet har det man skal bruge, er rent og pænt og har en swimming pool med udsigt!! Kan anbefales specielt hvis man har bil. Der er en bus som kører hver 30 min men det er lidt af en stejl gåtur hjem.

très bel emplacement, bel hôtel, belle vue sur cordoue depuis le restaurant. piscine, tennis,jardins. bon petit déjeuner , cet hôtel est très bien pour un 3 étoiles.bon rapport qualité prix . Evitez son restaurant . parking sans pb et gratuit , ce n'est pas négligeable.

que dire de plus quand c'est parfait

Cadre agréable avec une belle vue dominante sur Cordoba; l'accueil est agréable de la part de tout le personnel. Il est dommage que l'hôtel ne dispose pas de système WI FI, ni d'accès internet par câble...

Isolé (voiture indispensable) le cadre est magnifique ainsi que l'hotel mais l'entretien laisse largement à désirer : piscine non entretenue avec seulement 4 chaises longues pour 20 pers. présentes, abords sales, moutons dans la chambre avec vue horrible (ch 251), air conditionné qui fuit à grosses gouttes, accueil minimal, bref... pas terrible du tout. Dommage car le batiment demeure très chouette et la vue sur Cordoue superbe.

E' lontano dal centro (7 chilometri), taxi o auto a noleggio. Pero' si puo' trovare pace e tranquillita'.
