Tannenbaum Condos - Breckenridge

There are probably better options for the money. This isn't a "condo", it's a room with a mini fridge, microwave, and 13" tv. No cable, paper thin walls. Good location, good area.

The Tannenbaum Condos are a great choice if you want a fun and comfortable weekend in Breckenridge. The rooms are clean, warm and convenient. Peak 9 is just a short walk away which makes for a great day on the slopes - ski on, ski off. There is also a great hot tub complex across the way to help soak sore muscles at the end of a long day. Great place to stay to enjoy everything that Breckenridge has to offer.

We stayed for only one night and although the condo was very nice, we wouldn't stay again since the checkout time was 10:00 AM and they were not flexible. It was extended only until 10:30, therefore we didn't really get to enjoy the room since we had to get up early and leave. We also chose this site because of the internet access and it was not working correctly and there is no assistance after 10:00 PM since the front desk is closed at that time. Also, the pool and hot tub are a distance away from the facility. The information we received was only written information without an address or anything. You would really need to know the area in order to use it. Overall, we thought the service at this facility was not customer friendly at all.

The location of the hotel is nice. It is close to Breck Village, shops and restaurants, but it is as though the walls are made out of cardboard. Noise carried from all directions and it felt as though we were staying in a dorm room with mesh dividers. Not to mention the hot water ran out quite quickly. Again, great location, but not a great place if you like sleeping or comfort. I would say it is over priced, but everything is in Breckenridge anyway.

I was kind of worried about booking after reading some of the reviews. We booked it and were very satisfied with everything. Then condo was very big (I booked it for 4 adults and 3 kids) and the kitchen was updated and clean. The location was awesome with it being close to main streat. The price was incredible given other similar condo rates. I would definitely book this again. The only dissapointment was that we were not able to find the grilling area.

The condo was great and very roomy for the price. My only complaint would be that the beds weren't the best.

It's more like a condo than a hotel as the name implies. My Daughter and I spent three nights and were very comfortable. Nice furnishings and fresh paint, clean carpet, but no maid service. Very close to town, free local transportation all through town only a block from the hotel. Plenty of parking in Breckenridge, so we drove to town which is only six blocks away. Very good experience for the price.

Great value. Large and convenient location. Older decor.

We arrived late at night for a quick weekend trip to Breckenridge to finalize some wedding plans. Our expectations essentially were "a place to sleep for a very quick hectic visit". Being unfamiliar with the town, we were given very vague instructions and relied on a very happenstance encounter with someone on a smoke break to figure out where to go to find our room. Upon arrival, we found a very basic room (No Problem) with hair all over the sheets of both beds (Unacceptable). To their credit, clean sheets were placed on the beds the following day with minimal nagging on our part and seemingly no regret on theirs. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Having a terrace opening on the the river was an unexpected plus to this place. The bedrooms were very large.

This was one of the cleanest and nicest condos for the price that we've ever stayed in. The condo was so close to all of the action on main st. We were only disappointed that we stayed one night and not more.

I called twice before check in to see if I could check in 2 hours early. The first time I called was a few days before arrival and the second was the morning of. I understand that check in was at 4, but they wouldn't work with me to let me check in early at all, which was especially funny since the place was nearly empty. This condo was did not meet my expectations, but I guess the price was cheap. The room didn't even provide shampoo, and our neighbors called the police on us for a noise violation since the walls were so thin. The cop laughed realizing that we were just talking and not throwing a party or anything ridiculous, but the quality of the building was very horrible.

I was extremely disappointed with Tannenbaum Condos. They completely misrepresented the type or room and location of their facility. I always Mapquest hotels/condos before I book them. Tannenbaum claims they are right on Main street in Breckenridge. I got to the address they gave me and it was a ski shop and bike rental place. They sent me all the way to the OTHER side of town to the actual condo! I've never had a problem with booking thru Hotels.com before, but this was a disaster. We had family staying in Breckenridge and wanted to stay near them. Tannenbaum Condos completely lied about their location and we ended up in an old, dirty condo with our two kids. We couldn't even push the stroller to our actual room, since we had to go DOWN one flight of stairs, UP three flights of stairs, and DOWN another flight to get to the condo! It was terrible. Carrying my kids to and from the room was the worst part of our vacation (only slightly worse than having the condo at a different address than was listed on the web site). Please. Please. Don't ever stay at the Tannenbaum Condos. They don't care about their guests. And they misrepresent everything about themselves. Skip the Tannenbaum Condos. First when I booked the condo I mapped it and found that it was at the end of Main Street where we wanted to be. When we find the address it is the "front desk" of the condo. The condo is at the other end of town,outside of town! Then the room looked like a 10 year old painted it, old zebra blanket on one of the beds, and very poorly maintained room (including the left over boxes of tile from the bathroom under the bed ). Did I mention the dirty towel hung behind the bathroom door and no coffee cups for the coffee, which when reported to front office they said "Oh yeah, I don't know why they do that". For the price you can do a lot better in Breckenridge.

Within walking distance of town. We walked all the time. Very clean and staff very helpful.

Hotel was conveniently located close to town, nicely furnished and clean. The underground parking was nice as well. Scary elevator, but other than that...all good!

Privately owned and taken care of very well. Decorated in owners taste and very tasteful.
