große, saubere, moderne, luxuriöse (alles echt, keine billigen immitationen) suiten mit super ausblick, elektrischem vorhang - großes bad aus naturstein, mit flügeltüren und tv - gerne wieder! einziges kleines minus: wir haben beim einchecken recht lang anstehen müssen

The lighting in the room is to dark. I could not even see to put my makeup on. The bathroom did not have any place to put our bathroom accessories.

housekeeping is good on certain days and off on other days. They pretty much didnt do a good job, until my husband gave them a tip.

What more can be said about the Palazzo? It's simply OTT in every sense - massive, luxurious and crazy - in a good way. Stayed there for 4 nights and my 13 year-old says she'll only go back to Vegas if we can stay here again. Suite was amazing both in terms of size and comfort. Decor was both elegant and glitzy at the same time. Pool area was usually very crowded but could always get a spot at any time. Wonderful place for people-watching! Some very good dining options - Morels, expensive but well worth it, serves magnificent steaks and the Lux diner provides excellent value for breakfast.

The hotel was great and have a very friendly staff. We had two suites booked and one for the suite had an unconnected ugly small refrigerator right in the middle of the room! The other suite had missing ammenities and some of the packing material of the ammenities were left in the room. Besides these, Palazzo is a great hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy Vegas and relax at the same time.

the hotel is like Venezia beatiful and marvellus

My complaint is very specific I left a dress there - called one hour afterwards. I assumed it would be sent to me. The room was empty when I called because the woman checked. She said she would get back to me right away. She never did.

We had a wonderful time at the Palazzo. The pools and hot tubs were fun. The staff was very courteous. The architecture was beautiful, and our room was just lovely.

The Palazzo is a fabulous place to stay. Very friendly front desk staff. The rooms are very large and beautifully furnished and decorated. (Housekeeping could do a better job dusting, though) I was there for a work conference, so I appreciated the reasonably priced hi-speed Internet, and the printer/fax/copier in the room. We paid for a Strip-view room, but the Palazzo's location on the Strip meant we had a view of the Fashion Show Mall, the Trump tower, and the stalled Stardust construction site (bleah!) Great selection of restaurants in the hotel (Zine was mediocre, Grand Lux was very good), and a hot lounge and nightclub (Lavo - great cocktails and good-looking people).

The rooms are big, it's a little cheaper than the main building at the Venetian, and it's basically center strip. Need I say more?

This was my first time staying at The Palazzo Resort. I never wanted to leave my room. The room was very large and had everything you could ever want. The pool Azure was Splendid and had excellent poolside service. I plan to visit the Resort again in a few weeks.

The ladies who assisted me when I checked-in and out (Mimi and Rose, respectively) were wonderful (and pretty). The room was gorgeous with a fantastic view of the city and the strip.

The place is great. We didn't upgrade and took the "luxury suite". The place was huge and was pretty over the top. Reminded me of an updated version of the old Vegas glam. We liked it as it was different from the other new properties on the strip.

From self parking to the lobby was less than five minutes. Wait in the check in line was barely 10 minutes. The check in itself was a breeze. i was upgraded to a strip view room on the 43rd floor. From lobby to my room in the express elevator was less than five minutes. The suite was very impressive with a 42 inch flat screen TV in the bedroom area, another 32" flat screen TV in the living area. The room had a beautiful view of the strip. The bathroom had a a tub, a separate shower stall and a separate toilet area with a door. The bathroom also had a small flat screen TV. There are a plenty of restaurant choices. Overall, this hotel was a great value for the money.

We stayed for two nights and the hotel was very comfortable. Our room was very large and quiet. The pool area was lovely. Our poolside lunch though a little pricey, was delicious and filling. There are nearby options outside that were more budget friendly. Overall, a great place to stay in Las Vegas.

Great location on the strip. The first day, we never left the hotel because they had everything we needed. Lavo (one of the restaurants in the lobby) had excellent food and service. Guys....this is where all the beautiful women are hiding in Vegas. I never felt the need to leave my room. It has 3 tvs, a huge bathroom, a great view of the strip and sunset, and the most comfortable beds.

Wonderful hotel with great and spacious suite equipped with nice LCD TVs and luxurious room.

Me and my wife (newlyweds) really enjoyed our stay at the Palazzo. Everyone was very friendly to us. The hotel room was very clean, nice, and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Vegas to highly consider staying at the Palazzo.

no coffee maker and clerk was surly about it; didnt know how to handle a debit card and constantly said we were declined, no toilet paper roll, no spot in shower for toiletries and shampoo, no towel racks near shower, shower head at wrong height, manager defensive and poorly trained, $50 breakfast delivered to room cold, wad of hair in shower when we arrived. In a recession, you would think they welcome people who wanted to pay them money.

From the moment you walk into the hotel you know it is high class. Everything from the front door man to the shops and rooms are all classy. We stayed in one of their suites and it was the best room we have ever had. The beds were very comfortable, the maid service was excellent down to the turning down of your bed with chocolates on your pillows. The casino hardly had any smoke at all which was soooo nice. The dance clubs at the hotel were awesome too!

My husband and I stayed there for one night to celebrate our 8 Years Anniversary. It was perfect from check in to check out. The suites are beautiful and comfortable. The customer service is fantastic. Very professional and also the restaurant we went to had outstanding customer service. It was a wonderful experience. The only thing I didn't really like is the location of the hotel. It's at the end of the strip so going to the other end is very far.

This was the best and luxurious accommodations that we have ever stayed in. The room had a fantastic view and the hotel staff was excellent. More reasonably priced restaurants on the hotel property would be appreciated, since most of the restaurants were expensive. However, the hotel was beautiful and luxurious. I would definately come back for another stay in the future.

Once I check in around 1pm, the receptionist told us that our room would be ready within the hour. After returning to check on the room status twice, finally the room was ready, 3 HOURS LATER !!! The room was clean, furniture was up to date but they only give us 2 bath towel. One of the glasses has lipstick on it still. Housekeeping need to do a better job.

Has everything and more. you really dont have to leave the place if you dont want to. Rooms are huge. Im not a decorator but I would spice up the room decor/walls a tad more

Will ONLY stay here when I come to Vegas.

Hotel is quite nice but definitely not 5-Star. The rooms are identical to the Venetian (different color palette though). No turn-down service (unless requested but no one mentioned this to me until I commented on it during check-out). Room was missing certain bath linens the first day and them missing others the next day. If attending a conference at Sands Convention Center these rooms seemed a little closer than those at the Venetian.
