The hotel is very convenient to shops and restaurants and the front desk staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Would definitely return!

Hotel staff at check in seemed preoccupied although we were the only ones checking in. Went to room which was across the walkway and seemed like we were the only ones in the entire hotel. Room was outdated and needed to be cleaned (carpet dirty). Room was small with two double beds and bathroom was cramped. Opened the window to hear the sound of the air handling unit. Pool was small and did not have very much sun. The pool deck did not have any lounge chairs.

After we arrived at the hotel we saw a sign at the registration desk informing us that all guests were required to pay an additional $15 above our booking rate for a host of services, none of which we used (except a brief internet). My complaint is that because this was a "hidden" cost we had not compared hotels of equal price. I spoke with the front desk person. He said he would charge just $15 total (we stayed two nights). We accepted this (I used the internet for about 15 minutes). At check-out, the manager refused to honor the price we negotiated saying the clerk did not have the authority to change the price. The room was clean, but we chose the option to not have our linens changed (for energy conservation), but they changed them anyway. The problem is definitely with management, as the staff were friendly and courteous.

Remember the $16 resort fee as you check out! Also our plumbing was weak if you know what I mean. Other than that all was great and a good bed.

Great location and fairly clean room but overall property lacks general maintenance and attention. Chipped paint, cracked tile and dirty windows everywhere. Other than very convenient location and friendly staff not a great hotel.

The hotel is right in the middle of everything you'd want. A very brief walk to chairlift, right smack in the middle of all restaurants and shops and just a few blocks from old town. Hotel is a little older but the room was impeccably clean which is of the utmost importance to me. The cost was very reasonable which left the money you need for the outrageously priced lift tickets.

The location of this hotel was very convenient to the lift and to main street, but it needs some updating. Specifically, the bathroom furnishings are very old and the windows in the rooms are painted shut. The worst experience was the hot tubs which are something that is important to me when skiing. They were old and cracked and the water smelled.

The staff was not very friendly. The room was not ready by 4:00 p.m. as stated, it was ready at 5:00 p.m. I was not given a room with 2 double beds as stated; they gave me a king with a pull out couch. This was disappointing, but OK.

Quiet during stay (March/April 09). View of Village Condo block/courtyard. No microwave or kitchenette in rooms - just fridge. Good value. Centrally located so lots of restaurants and shops a short walk away. Blue Moose close by for breakfast - but busy at weekends and skier breakfast time. Reception and ski storage/luggage in a different building. Condo better if you want to cook/eat in.

We booked the night before we drove up and everything was waiting for us when we arrived. Great hotel and great town! Walked right onto the lift and rode for two days. Definitely will go back :)

The lift as well as Main street are very close.

We were pleased with the staff and the hotel in general. They only have valet or pay parking, but this is an area thing not just the Village. We enjoyed our stay and would go back if the price was good. Room was clean.

First and foremost for me is alway cleanliness. Although the hotel is older and a little worn; the rooms were large and CLEAN. I especially look at the bathrooms and they were better than some of the fancier hotels we've stayed in. The location was just a few steps to the a high speed chair lift and just outside our door were many choices of shops and restaurants. The hotel is situation at the cross roads of 2 main streets so a little noisy at night but the proximity to everything made up for it.

Third time staying here. Room was a little smaller then two previous times, but still very nice and clean. Three out of four hot tubs were not operating properly. Still, very pleasant experience, good service, excellent location. Will stay here again.

I was amazed at how clean the building and rooms were. For being a hotel at a ski resort, I am used to moldy stinky rooms with poor heating and stained carpet. My room had brand new looking furniture, plenty of lighting, and always kept warm. Great views of main street and the mountain. I simply loved it.

I stay here all the time and love it! the staff is great, the location is great! the price is great! You are 1 minute from the lift, heated parking, ski storage, the list goes on.

Walk to Quicksilver Lift and to Main Street. Pool, hot tubs, sauna. Great service, friendly staff. My only complaint is that you can’t get breakfast on premises.

You can walk out of your room skis in hand and be on the lift in minutes - that's what sells this place. Can walk to plenty of bars and restaurants after skiing. There are really good deals here this season, which makes it worth the money. Rooms are in good condition but ventilation is basically non-existent. Bathroom fan sucked air in the top then blew it back out the bottom, windows sealed shut. The air that was in the room at check in was still there 5 days later at checkout - plus additional smells.

The hotel was comfortable and centrally located to the mountain and the town. Will stay again!

Front desk, facilities & services are outstanding as is the location. Although rooms are clean and comfortable, room maintenance and service could be better.

Hotel is well located for a stroll through the main street and surrounding areas.

I think hotels have finally started to wash the bed spreads (whew!) but they don't seem, this hotel included, to EVER steam clean the carpets. I have small kids. All I can see is EW. The rooms were all very small, but would be fine if you are skiing/boarding all day (we weren't) and only need a convenient place to sleep once off the hill.

The tub was dirty! The customer service was the worst that I have ever had at any hotel. I thought it was overpriced for what you get. Not even breakfast.

Our comforter was old, dirty and falling apart. Our room Coffee cups were very dirty and looked like they were just turned over after the last use. Our blankets had crusty stains on them. We did not ask for a room with a view, but expected something other than our window being on roof level with a massive air conditioner about 5 feet from our window. The location was great, but the town is not very big and can be accessed on foot from most hotels in the area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We got 20 percent off after complaining, but you should not have to do that. We are returning in two weeks but staying elsewhere.

For the price I would have liked a bit more room in the hotel room. It was nice, and clean. Bathroom was tiny...almost had to stand in the tub to close the door because of how close it was to the toilet.

Perfect Location. On the mountain. Take the lift halfway up and then another lift closed to the top of peak 10 (the hotel is all the way to the left of the trail map). Room was comfortable, sizeable, my room was in a bldg 25 feet away from bldg with the front desk, but who cares. Walk to main street in 5 minutes. Free Valet - very useful, also can check skis/boards free. Front desk attendent very helpful. No complaints at all really. Nothing Super fancy, but its a nice hotel. Breckenridge is grreat.

I love staying here, this hotel is the perfect location! You are just a short walk to the lifts, and just as close to great dining and night life. I love it!!!

The place was nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Nice gym with indoor/outdoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tubs. Located near lifts, ski schools and Breckenridge Main Street. Unfortunately you can't get breakfast on premises, but a number of eating establishments within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a great spot and very close to the ski lift. The room was good in size, but the bathroom is very small and hard to get into. Our room heat and air did not work and when we called to get it repaired, we were told to open a window if we wanted to air out our stuffy room. The town is excellent and the people are great. It is a slice of heaven.
