Extended Stay America Chicago - Midway - Bedford Park

I was very surprise with the room and all extra things that came with the room. My next trip back to Chicago - will be book at your location. Wonderful. Thank you

This was a very convenient hotel close to everything and it was a clean and comfortable room.

Compared to the other hotels in Chicago, this was the "best value" I could find. Liked: the room had a kitchen (complete with dishes, pots and pans, and even a strainer!) and the AC worked good. Bad: The tv was extremely small and only got a couple of channels. Also, the first night we were there, we left a pop can out and woke up to hundreds of ants on the nightstand. The room itself was clean but the beds were uncomfy (hard) and squeaky!

Staff was extra helpful and efficient. Kitchen and full-sized frig were great. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very economical for extended business stay.But there was no dedicated shuttle transport to the airport.The hotel attendant did call a taxi.

The common areas are showing a few signs of wear, and the clerk had to apologize to another guest for shorthanded staff while I was checking in, but my room was very clean and comfy and I had no problems during my stay

Very disappointing stay. For the same price i paid in this hotel, i stayed in magnificent hotel in downtown chicago. The blankets were old and rough. The furniture was hard and stained. The shower leaked and sprayed water all out of the tub. The whole place smelled bad. Just an appalling place all together.

It was great place to stay for the price and convenience to Midway Airport. The front desk staff was great especially Antwone.

Even though I had paid for the hotel room with 2 double beds or a king AND called to make sure they had our reservation......did not have the type of room I requested/reserved. the staff did some scrambling and put us in two separate rooms

Everybody that I seen worked there was very friendly. The room was very clean and inviting. Also the location was great there was stores everywhere along with resturants nearby I will most likely look to stay here the next time I visit.

The room was clean and comfortable, kitenette well stocked. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant.

Big, clean room would definitly stay there again!

I pretty much knew what to expect from this hotel because of the hotel.com reviews. The room itself was clean, with the exception of a smokey smell that seemed to move from the hallway into the room. The kitchen was a great addition for keeping our carry-out food fresh. And the location was convenient for spur of the moment shopping and catching a movie on a stormy day. The distance from the City and lack of a shuttle were the only downfalls in my opinion, though it only took a short bus ride (approx. 5-10 minutes) and a trip on the Orange Line from Midway to get downtown. Overall the commute was about an hour. If you need a place to stay close to Midway then this is it. However, if you're in town to see Chicago, book early and stay closer.

We stayed at the hotel after a wedding for one night. The hotel was much better than expected concidering how much we paid for the room. The staff was very helpful and even let us check in early because we did not know how late we would be back. The room was very comfortable and large, the kitchen was a really nice feature, and everything was nice and clean. I would definitaly stay at this hotel again.

Had to stay here for a convention at McCormick place as all other hotels in the city were booked. It is a very easy commute to McCormick-which is right off of I-55. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was spacious. Good value for the price paid and I would stay here again.

The hotel was just fair - missing some basic amenities, like a hairdryer and shampoo. The location was a nightmare. While it was only 2 miles from the Midway airport, there was no transportation other than a public bus or a cab. The cab rides to and from the airport ranged from $12-17 - to go 2 mile. Never again.

Shiny new building; spacious rooms; friendly, efficient and competent staff are all pluses. Only drawback was the lack of hotel transportation to and from Midway - it's reason for being. We could have rented a car for our one day stay for less than the cost of transportation from and back to Midway. Even with a reasonable fee added by the hotel for fuel costs, it would be preferable to the outrageous cab costs that added more than 30% to the price of our stay.

Very close to shopping, close to airport, easy to get around.

We loved this hotel. Our unit was on the end. You have to enter your door card to enter the hotel at night. The area is across from Costco and across from major shopping center. Target is across street. Restaurants are near. Room size is great-clean. Refrigerator and kitchenette is in unit. Price is great. Hotel is close to airport. Great deal for money.

The hotel was close to Midway and much less expensive than staying down town. A handy shuttle to the airport made things easy.

The room & hotel exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet.

Adequate for the price. Very far from everything except Midway airport. I had to switch my reservation due to distance, and they were very helpful, not charging me a change fee.

The hotel is not located in the best of neighborhoods, but you get what you pay for and more at this Extended Stay. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous to me. My only complaint was that I was there for 5 days and never had a cleaning person replace towels, make the bed, etc. The hotel is close to Chicago's major freeways, but beware of traffic--it can take nearly 45 minutes to get to the downtown loop. Overall, this is a great place to stay for a business trip. The friendly service was the main factor that would bring me back.

Quick business trip to Chicago. Very accomodating four our group. Eat in kitchen in the rooms was a great plus. Good for the money and very close to the airport. Rooms & hotel were kept nice

The only downfall of this hotel was the bed. I paid for a Queen, but the bed was a Full size. It was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. But overall the room was more than I expected.
