The FREE trolley runs 24-hours from Midway airport to the hotel complex. So convenient. We rode the trolley to the airport to catch the El orange line as well.

Close to midway, free shuttle, free breakfast if you dont leave too early, friendly staff, nice room, close to restaurants.

It says there is a pool, but there isn't one. They have a great shuttle service that goes between the airport and the hotel every 20 mins. That's great! They gave us lots of directions, and were very helpful. All in all, this is a great place to stay if you are going to be out and about touring the Chicago area.

I booked via Hotels.com, but found that the hotel used my credit card #, which I provided for parking, to charge me for the room again. I noticed another reveiwer had this issue as well, so I would check carefully to make sure you aren't double-billed. There are many hotels in the "hotel mall" that this hotel is in, next time I would stay at one of them based on these business practices alone. As for the hotel itself, it was fine, a typical, low cost airport hotel. If you're a business traveller you've stayed in similar rooms 1000 times.

Somewhere we got our wires crossed. We really thought we had a hotel with a pool--there was none! and also a room which included a sofa--we only were 4 people but 2 were children who did not do well sleeping with someone else so we landed up putting one on the floor. We also thought we had a microwave in the room--no. All in all we were disappointed-- the breakfast was great!

When I checked out I was given a receipt for parking and a room charge for one night. I assumed that since I had only booked this room through Hotels.com, that I was paying for that reservation. Imagine my surprise when a Hotels.com charge also appeared on my credit card account. We paid for the same room twice!! We cannot contact the hotel as we are overseas. We will attempt to rectify the problem when we return to pick up our vehicle. How could your pre-paid reservation system allow us to check out and incur another room charge on a pre-paid room. Also, the walk-up rate they charged me was $17.10 cheaper that your rate. Some discount.

The hotel was fine. The only problem I had was we were told there were adjoining rooms and that was not the case. So the children's room was a few doors down the hall.

The check-in was the easiest we have ever experienced. Very friendly clerk let our kids use the bathroom while we were in line - this is priceless to travel-weary parents and children! Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We stayed over New Years and still heard no noise at all from other guests! The breakfast in the morning offered a wide variety of selections and all food was very fresh. Check-out was just as easy as the check-in taking only seconds. Would definitely stay there again!
