Haus International - München

Zimmer sind einfach aber super sauber. Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Etwas laut auf den Fluren (Schulklassen) aber man erwartet ja auch nicht das Ritz. Fazit: jederzeit wieder !

The location of the hotel is very convenient for buses and underground to access all the fun areas in Munich. Buyer beware though, this is a youth hostel and expect it to be crowded with teenagers and young adults who are loud and up all night. I traveled with my family of four young children and they put us on the student floor, which was very noisy with rowdy teens and audible profanity until the wee hours of the morning. The family room for six people consisted of three bunk beds and one small bathroom with shower. The rooms were clean and spartan. No efficiencies. Parking is one the street and will cost you 6 euro for 24 hours. There is a cafeteria on the premises. As well as a disco in the basement. If you want central Munich lodging with a cheap price and don't mind noisy neighbors and prison cell furnishings then this is the place for you.

I can thoroughly recommend this hotel. It was clean and comfortable, the facilities were good, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only problems were the traffic noise in the hotel bedroom if the window was open and the corridors could be noisy at night. There was little in the way of entertainment near the hotel but you could get an evening meal in the hotel at a reasonable price, and there was a bar and disco in the basement.

This hotel is more like a hostel (which also they call themself). Seen from that point of view, there is nothing wrong with it - just be prepared on simple rooms. Breakfast is good.

Dommage qu'elle soit au prix d'un hôtel

Hotellet i sig var väl medelmåtta. Efter man såg receptionen förväntade man sig att rummen skulle se liknande ut, fräscha och fina, men rumsstandarden skulle inte jag vilja kalla för hotell, snarare hostel med toalett på rummet. Har bott på hostel som varit mycket fräschare. Det värsta var dock inte rummen eller frukosten, som var ok, utan att min mobil blev stulen i rummet, vilka har nyckel dit? Endast personalen får man hoppas, men om så är fallet verkar inte de så pålitliga. Den service man sedan fick i receptionen var skrämmande usel. Talade med en som sa att han skulle höra med sina kollegor när jag kommer tillbaka så är en annan där och han har inte hört något. Nästa dag hade denna person glömt bort att ta upp detta, han visade mig istället var närmsta polisstation lår efter att jag frågat. Dessutom fick jag be om att får skriva upp minakontaktuppgifter inget han frågade om jag ville göra. Fick skriva upp dessa på en post-it lapp, undrar vad som händer med den? Sammanfattningsvis kan man väl säga att vistelsen var mycket under medel och jag är väldigt missnöjd!!
