Holiday Inn Midway Airport - Chicago

This is a fully satisfactory hotel with all amenities five minutes from check-in at Midway. Welcome and room assignment are excellent, rooms comfortable and well-appointed. Food is OK, but you don't come to Midway to eat gourmet meals! We shall return, without a doubt. JPR

The location worked very well for us; so much so that we booked a night for our return to the States. Pleasing in every way.

Very clean, new, early check INS, parking $10, only ten minute drive to toyota park

When I go back to chi-town I will stay here again.

It worked great for a early flight out of Midway. We were at the Sox game that day and easily took the shuttle to the airport and then the Orange Line downtown for dinner. The only complaint is that the airport shuttle runs for multiple hotels, so make sure you get it early because it makes stops prior to going to the airport which adds time.

This hotel was MUCH nicer than most holiday inns... stylish, clean, comfortable. Highly recommend.

We were very satisfied with the room. Great bed and very clean. The only thing we didn't like was the restaurant/bar closed at midnight, even on the weekend. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient and we didn't have to wait for more than a few minutes to be picked up or dropped off. If you are going to and from the Orange Line train pack some walking shoes..it's a hike from where you get dropped off to get on the train. All in all this Hotel was a great choice for us..The area is full of nice hotels though..Alot to choose from.

The hotel is brand new, very modern with flat TV's in the bedroom, this room has everything we needed in our room and it was very confortable the bed was soft and the pillow very puffy. We only spend a weekend in this hotel, but for sure we are coming back. The staff is eceptional we love it.

Great value for the money. The service was great and the front desk clerk went above and beyond to be helpful.

I live in chicago but my house was been remodel so I had to go to a hotel so I went to holiday in I enjoy staying at holiday inn because of their great service they provided me. I thank each of the people that work at the Holiday Inn at Midway for their great service.

This hotel experience was wonderful. The staff as courteous, friendly, and helpful. It made our stay pleasurable.

Unlike another comment I read about this hotel on this site, the sports bar food was okay.... The first meal (at night) would have been much better, if the cook would have let the salt 'shaking' up to the customer! Ditto the second night, except in addition, service was lousy and every thing too too well done.. Meat each night was edible, but left all vegetables.

The room was was very clean & comfortable. We especially liked the location because it is located in an enclosed area with other hotels.

Very Modern

The surrounding area is pretty roough but the made the section where all of the airport hotels are very clean, secure and safe. I found the hotel to be very nice and enjoyed my stay.

This new Holiday Inn seems to have been constructed with it proximity to Midway Airport in mind. Despite being just a few blocks away from the airport, inside the hotel there was virtually no noise from aircraft landing or taking off, nor from the nearby busy street. The hotel is clean and neat, the staff friendly and helpful everything worked as it should. The restaurant and sports bar had very good food and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.
