This is the third time i have stayed at this incredible hotel. Simply put it is one of the worlds best places to relax and spoil yourself>

I booked two rooms, check in on sunday at 5pm. I was told no two rooms next each other available. Next morning, that was monday, I called frontdesk and requested "room change", I was told that they will leave message in my room phone. I called them three times since morning to 3 pm . I got same answer but none call me back or leave a message. No room change offer this hotel.

It's my first time stay, and love everything about it. Room was clean, very big, and the view is beautiful. It's at the end of the strip, so it's required a little walking distance.

the staff is super nice and makes ur stay as nice as possible....

This hotel was amazing. I will never stay anywhere else in Las Vegas again (not even the Wynn). The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and the bed is amazing! The earlier you book, the better the deal. The casino had a nice and relaxed atmosphere. The pool was tranquil. The vibe was upbeat, yet relaxed.

I absolutely loved the Encore at the Wynn, I stayed at the Tower Suites. The staff was super attentive and the hotel was just beautiful. It made my stay very enjoyable and I would definitely stay again.

Even the cheapest room is incredible - Wynn shows serious class with this gem!!! The bathroom was almost as big as the room, which was not small. Gorgeous and well-kept.

way overpriced for what it is and staff is rude and unacommodating. id go somewhere else like trump or even venetion for better "5 star service" for a better price

The hotel itself was beautiful especially the rooms and pools.The restraunts seemed very highclass witch is not for me so my party had to dine elsewhere. You also couldn't find a table in the casino with a buy in under $15.Club XS in the Wynn was a great party spot on friday nite but way too crowded on Saturday.In the end if your looking to just chill in a great room and have a blast allday at the pool this hotel is perfect.If you are on a tight budget I would look elsewhere.

The rooms at the Encore are big suites, complete with a lounge area with couch and desk and large flat screen tv. The bathroom is huge and the beds are really fantastic. You will not be disappointed, we weren't.

This is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous - decor is phenomenal. Bathrooms are large and stocked with lots of luxurious towels, robes, lotions, shampoo and soaps. Large flat screen TV swivels from bedroom to living area. Bedding and pillows are a dream come true. Pools are fabulous and there are plenty of comfy lounge chairs - no need to save your chair early... we were even able to switch locations at pool midday. The burgers at the Cafe are the best I've ever had and the steak at Botero was better than Prime!!! This is our new Vegas place for sure. We did not want to leave.

Encore is so much better the Wynn. Light and airy with a wonderful atmosphere, a spectacular pool and a very cool crowd> Where the Wynn is heavy dark and vulgar, Encore is luxurious, light and a delight. The suites are incredible and the spa is simply the worlds best. Book it!

BREATH TAKING A MUST STAY!!! MY FAVORITE HOTEL AND BEAUTIFUL POOL, ROOM AND GREAT SERVICE!

They don't have the room ready even we reserved the hotel few weeks ago and the hotel manager with bad attitude and repeat the same works: You have to wait. We waited around 45 minutes to get our room ready. For this price, you can find more compatible hotels.

This hotel itself is nice but not a perfect location

I don't love Vegas, but I love this hotel. Highlights include over-the-top design, luxury and amenities, a spectacular view of the strip and surrounding area and great food. If I had to come up with a complaint, it would be dirty windows. Really big, beautiful, dirty windows.

Vegas without the cheese ! All round great experience

I've stayed at some other hotels in Vegas and none of them so far are comparable to Encore; You'll be pleased with your stay.

We drove to the Encore from Colorado. Check in was a bit slow as the girl wanted us to upgrade and wouldn't take No for an answer.. After we got past her everything was wonderful. Only complaint about the hotel was the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom and a convenient place to hang towels , other than that the standard room is more than adequate. Fabulous view either to the North or the South.. I would not stress over getting a room facing the Strip. Eat at Switch.. A real experience and the food is great also. While expensive it is a real value if you go for a set menu that is offered. Service was terrific. Parking was easy and always within 75 yards of the door. With short walk inside the hotel to the elevators. A great experience with slot payout about the same as other strip hotels. Meaning you lose but have fun doing it.

Encore has everything you have come to expect of a five star Las Vegas hotel. The staff was friendly the standard room passes easily for a suit and was large with a very comfortable bed. You wont regret your stay here. We found that it was the best hotel for the money at the time of our booking.

Don't waste your money on this hotel. Hotel definitely did not feel like a 5-star hotel. When I arrived, they told me that no rooms were currently available even though I had a reservation! Had to wait 45min to get a room on the 6th floor! Hotel staff was indifferent and did not try to accomadate. Save your money and choose a comparable hotel.

A beautiful hotel and lovely hotel room; however, the check in was nearly intolerable. Although it says check in is at 3:00, we waited nearly an hour to check in (now 4:00) and the room was still not ready. They called us about 20 minutes later notifying of room availability; then we had to stand in another line to get the key (took additional 15 minutes). We had requested a room with two beds but were given a room with only a king bed. Intially, they told us it would be the next day before a change could be made; however, after we informed them that a "Bacelor Party" sign was still hanging across the room, they moved us to a room with two beds. The room was large and very nice (uncomfortably warm intially; however, they corrected the problem). The beds and linens were very comfortable, and the room was very quiet. Service needs definite improvement, but the room was very nice so personally, I would probably stay there again.

they should provide airport shuttle . if not, either hotels.com or encore should let us know in advance. the check in and check out line is not well organized.

I asked for 2 queen size bed and had called the hotel specifically to make sure that they have the 2 queen beds availabe, and the front desk lady told me yes and confirmed my request. My check-in time was 3pm, I arrived at 4pm to check in and the front desk dude told me everything's bookded and they don't have any 2 queens left. MAD!!!

The Encore is an absolutely beautiful property! Everything is 5-star (and so is the price...). The room rate we got was very good, but charges for drinks, food, etc. are high. The staff is excellent and we had a great trip.

I've stayed at Bellagio, Pallazo, even Wynn, but this time at Encore was a disappointment. Check in on Friday, the wait was 30 minutes! The check in area was less than 5 reps, compare to Bellagio was 15! They didn't have the 2 beds, so they offered us a roll away! Which is fine. The room was nice appointed, clean, but Wynn is still better! Even though they are the same resort! We requested for tissue & toilet paper, took them 45 minutes, and they forgot the tissue, & never came back! I request the cork opener because they want to buy the bottle of wine in the fridge, they charged me $5 + tax for that?!?!?! How could they? I order room service in the morning! They said it took 45 minutes. Then they called back told me there was an incident in the kitchen, so it will take 1.5 hours instead?!?!?! The chicken soup was terrible, bread was bad, & breakfast for 3 came out about $100. Not that I complain, the quality of food so bad, they came an hour late, and offer no compensation for the meal! When we walked in from the pool with our bikinis & lace see through robes, the security asked us to cover up, what's the problem now? Talk about super strict hotel! Casino, don't have enough tables & games, I had to walk Wynn to play! When I put some cash deposit & the next day I come down to get it, they said not allowed until I check out, what the hell? It's a 5 diamonds AA hotel, & I was just disappointed with their poor service. I will definitely return to Bellagio, super service all the way for the last 7 years I stayed with them. If you are single like myself traveling with a group of friends & want to party, this is NOT a place for you! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Unless you are married couples & want a chill place, but even that, I’d rather go for the Four Seasons or Trump!

I have stayed at Bellagio, Venetian, Mandalay Bay, etc. and by far the Encore is the best one. We stayed at the Tower Suites which has it's own valet, front desk, and elevator. The staff was incredible and the most comfortable bed ever. Normally I don't sleep well in hotel rooms but I slept like a baby there. Wife is considering buying the same bed from their home store. Definitely will go back again.

Outstanding hotel. Service excellent. Food excellent. Price is right.

I loved this place so much I want to live there. Due to a work function, ended up having to go to the Mirage after the Encore and nearly cried I missed the Encore so much.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. WE WERE OFFERED BOTTLED WATER AND COLD TOWEL UPON ARRIVAL. LADIES GET ESCORTED TO THE ELEVATOR ALL THE TIME. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THAT THE ROOM KEY NEVER WORKED. WE HAD TO WALK BACK DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK 4 TIMES AFTER TAKING THE ELEVATOR TO 24TH FLOOR! AND OUR CELL PHONES HAD NO RECEPTION THERE. DEALERS WERE THE MOST FUN AND KIND OF ANY OTHER HOTEL EVEN THE SISTER HOTEL. LOVED IT!

What a great new casino, the decor is fantastic, really cutting edge. The in room dining was best I have ever had, I guess the only down side was the machines were not paying out, but cant have everything right...looking forward to my next visit.

Food not good. Service at check in poor. Sinatra Rest. food expensive AND BAD.

We had a great stay at Encore..the staff was great and the room was anwsome..great view of the strip..great big room ..the bed was nice and comfortable..I would stay there again..one of my favorite hotals and it was a good price*.

The food was great no matter where we chose to eat. Our room was a little stuffy and there was a strange odor that came from the air conditioner. Other than that, I have zero complaints.

If you want to add a nightclub like feel to your stay, then the Wynn Encore is your hotel. Starting at 9pm, the downstairs lobby and shopping corridor of this "resort" hotel fills to capacity with thick hoochied-up crowds trying to get into the XS and Tryst nightclubs, the number one and two night clubs on the Vegas strip. I'm sure the Vegas fire marshal would be unamused. During the day you will be hard pressed to walk through the lobby and pool area without your path being impeded by massive crowds of young adults milling around, creating a "Spring Break" atmosphere. Adding insult to injury, you should expect long lines at check out. Strangely, the hotel will not, under any circumstances, allow late checkouts, despite the ridiculous crowds that develop for the noon-sharp checkout. By the way, you can expect 15-30 minute waits for the bell service around noon. It's not the bell-staff's fault, they are tasked with clearing out an entire day's guests by noon. Again, no late checkouts are allowed (even if you have a lunch/brunch reservation in the hotel!), perhaps because that would diminish the size of the hotel's checkout crowds. Remember - your hotel is only as good as the large, angry crowds you can amass waiting for your fine hotel-like services. I had visions of pitchforks and tar torches as we waited in long, unmoving checkout lines. At 12:45pm, I started honing my imaginary pitchfork to extra-sharp tips as I recalled the Draconian lectures we given by hotel staff about their sharp checkout policies. Sharp indeed. There is an express checkout option, but you will be checking out completely blind, because the in-room system for checking your room charges is too anemic to actually service the vast pre-noontime hordes trying to check their own room charges. You might be tempted to assume that an alleged five-star hotel/resort would accurately report your room charges and that express checkout is a good idea, however, they tried to charge us for a cabana I didn'

Unfortunately, I had too much work to do in Las Vegas and was able to spend little time in the hotel. The bed, however, was wonderful.
