(1) Roll-down shade did not cover window; prkg lot light shone right on pillow (2) Hotel put a water bottle for guest in room, but collar had fine print: '$3 charge if consumed'. Either give me a free water bottle or don't leave me one at all; don't try to trick me out of another $3 (3) Sheets nice and clean, but so 'crinkly' that the noise would wake me up every time I rolled over at night

This is a beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff. We arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted very kindly. It was also snowing, and they offered to carry our things in for us from the car. Our room was beautiful and clean and very contemporary. It was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in at a hotel! We did not experience one single hassle and will definitely be returning to this Sheraton. You should, too!

The Northbrook Sheraton is an outstanding hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, comforable and pleasing to the eye. The staff is friendly and informative. The wait staff is spectacular! We had genuine conversation from these folks who are accessible, kind, and friendly. I will definitely stay at the Northbrook again.

This hotel is designed for maximum comfort. Quiet. The room smelled like it was the first night, even after four months open. The design of the room was very contemporary. My eleven year old daughter said "WOW" before we turned the light on when we walked in. Very nice. Big flat screen tv on the wall. Free wifi. Free parking. Near a new mall. The only issue they have is the address confuses GPS units. Another guest had the same problem. We had trouble finding it in the dark night and put in the cross street from driving directions to get there. Will be back.

This hotel was very nice, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. Housekeeping tried walking into our room at 9am the day we were checking out. We had been out late the night before and check-out was not until noon so we were going to try and sleep. We were awake once she woke us up. Because of the weather we didn't go out. The hotel bartender was really nice and took great care of us all night long.

Indifferent to guests. No eye contact, no personality & no going out of their way to tell you anything about hotel ( amenities). Difficult since you cant view pictures of hotel since it is so new. Sheets, I would guess were 100 thread count--very poor! Pillows super soft. Double charged credit card. Be careful. I understand mistakes happen but don't expect any apologies (sincere or otherwise).

I am from the northwest suburbs of IL so the hotel was about a 40 minute drive for me, but I have already stayed there 2 times! The staff is incredible, all are very hospitable and caring. The pool and hot tub are clean and relaxing! I highly recommend this hotel!

This Sheraton is new and beautiful. The service was great and the staff was suburb. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be visiting this same hotel on our next trip to the Chicago area. Thank you Northbrook Sheraton!

Very clean, great updated decor. Nice large flat screen TV in each room. Great service. A couple items were forgotten at the hotel and they recovered them for us very willingly.

i needed one night only to stay in a hotel and I was glad that i stayed here at the Sheraton in Northbrook. It was reasonably priced and the room was great for the money i spent. i would definitely recommend this hotel to others. my only problem was i stayed on the main floor near the pool so by eight something in the morning, it was a little noisy because of the kids playing in the pool. otherwise, it was a great hotel for a quick getaway from everything and everyone.

This hotel is new (about 3 months old) and is just lovely. The service and the desk personnel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. All together a delightful time.

each employee takes time to insure your comfort and every need 100% non smoking is wonderful feels like a more pricey hotel

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and accommodating in all ways. We had a drink at the bar and the bartender and snacks and quality of the drink were great. We would definitely recommend this hotel and, as a matter of fact, our son and daughter-in-law are planning a large function in January 2010 and we have suggested they look here for a group reservation.

We arrived at 2:00 in the morning and were greeted with great staff and a clean room. It is a beautiful hotel. We had a great experience here and will be back next time we're in Chicago!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton! The first thing I noticed when we walked into our room was how nice it was with the cute chairs and fun pillows to the big comfy bed. Of course the first thing my husband noticed was the flat screen tv which was great because he wanted to watch football. We ordered room service while we watched the football game and they were very efficient at getting our orders quickly. The food was hot and tasty. The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. It was a really good deal and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay!
