Hilton Garden Inn New York/West 35th Street - New York

Exzellente Lage, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Unmittelbare Nähe zu 5th Avenue und Broadway. Emire State Building um die Ecke. Das Meiste kann zu Fuß bewältigt werden. U-Bahnstation ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ein modernes und nicht allzugroßes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer war nicht gerade groß, aber für New Yorker Verhältnisse ok. Modern eingerichtet, mit 2 Kingsize Betten, großen LCD-TV, Microwelle, Kaffemaschine, Kühlschrank, sowie Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Das Bad war ansprechend und hell, an Stelle einer Badewanne gab es eine große Dusche. Einzigster Kritikpunkt war, das es keinen Abstellplatz für die Koffer gab. Dafür gab es einen traumhaften Blick auf das Empire State Building, welches nur einen Block entfernt war. Der Zimmerservice war tadellos und auch die Rezeption war kompetent und hilfsbereit. Im Keller gab es einen eigenen Fitnessraum und im Erdgeschoß eine kleine Bar und eine Sitzecke. Dort war auch ein Restaurant und Frühstücksraum. Frühstück war nicht im Preis enthalten und kostet 17,95 $ extra. Ein echter Pluspunkt war die sehr zentrale Lage. Lediglich der Lärm der Strasse war nachts im Zimmer etwas störend. Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Super Lage, Subway vor der Tür, 2 Blocks von der Penn Station und dem Madison Square Garden und 1 Block vom Empire State Building entfernt. Seher sauber und gemütliches Hotel. Guter Service und freundliches Personal.

Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel gemäss Klassifizierung. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmerkomfort /ausstattung gut - suaber, mit gutem room service. Zentrale Lage ist ein absolutes Plus, speziell für den Kurztrip in NY - da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss, oder Metro (Pennstation 5min entfernt) zu erreichen sind.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu und liegt in zentraler Lage in der Nähe des Empire State Buildings und dem großen Kaufhaus Macy's. Eine Metro-Station ist direkt neben dem Hotel. Times Square und die Fifth Avenue sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern. Im Zimmer ist ein Kühlschrank und eine kleine Kaffeemaschine. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber schön. Das Hotel hat ein Fitnessstudio und kostenlosen Internet-Zugang.

Tiptop Hotel ist genau so wie auf der Hompage beschrieben, super zentrale lage mit Blick auf das Empirestatbiulding.

Lage senstionell, leider ist der receiptiondesk etwas unbeholfen.

The hotel is right next to Herald Square,, round the corner from the Empire State Building, seven streets from Times Square, next to Macys, and two blocks from Madison square Gardens, couldn't have picked a better location for our first visit to New York. Bit pricey, but staff were exceptional,and room was clean and light. Highly recommended

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. Rooms are well-appointed, with microwaves and coffee making facilities, though a little on the tight side. However this is Manhattan afterall!! Personally I found this location ideal as it's easy to get everywhere and as it's between 5th and 6th Avenues we even started using the buses as they go downtown on 5th and uptown on 6th.

New hotel so in very gd condition. We had a room on the 27th floor so had a really gd view over the city! The hotel is just a block away from empire state and across the street from macys. Times square and the shops on 5th avenue are quite a walk but manageable. We got a 2 day ticket for the grayline bus tour and used it for getting to the attractions that are a bit further away e.g brooklyn bridge, statue liberty(if you go on the staten island ferry its free and goes right past the statue!), south street seaport. Would recommend going up the rockafellar centre, especially at night. I actually prefer it to the view from the empire state. There is a much better view of central park and plus u can see the empire state from the rockafellar!

This is one of the few times that I have stayed in a large chain hotel in NYC. Usually, they are out of my price range, but Hotel.com had this Hilton at a good price so I reserved a room. I got exactly what I expected from this type of hotel: great service, quiet and comfortable room, and good location to attractions and subway. The one aspect that I really liked was that the hotel was only 2-3 blocks from Korea Street, with a great selection of restaurants. I also liked the free internet service. Highly recommended.

A little over priced. But a nice hotel.

The hotel is in a great location for those who are doing the traditional NYC tourist venues. Access to subways, and Broadway are literally a 1/2 block away. Room was small, but very adequate, clean and modern. Refrigerator and microwave were handy too. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to NYC. The only downside was elevator service during busy hours. The cleaning crew blocks off an entire elevator and at times it was very difficult to catch an elevator to and from the room.

Our first trip to New York and we managed to find a hotel perfectly situated. It's literally across the road from Macys and you can walk to Times Square in little over five minutes. Oh and did I mention it's round the corner from the Empire State Building (my sons' room had a great view of this)? Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfy, no complaints except lifts can sometimes take a while. Didn't sample food as it sounded expensive and hotel don't particularly promote it to be honest. Anyway, there are plenty of places nearby to eat. But I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

we were upgraded from standard to city view and really enjoyed the Empire state building view.

Room was available as soon we came in,even do we were early.Room was better than expected , nice & comfortable.Location was also great near Empire State Bldg , 1 block & Macy's

Good value for the money, Metro is only a few steps away.

The rooms were very clean, the bed linen was wonderful, fresh coffee in the lobby in the mornings was good. My only disappointment was that the price was too high.

Everything was awesome. They let us check in at 11 AM and room was small but typical for a new york hotel. Location is perfect. The bed was a little hard but after a full day of walking you pass right out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be right where all the action is at!

Hotel is ideally situated for New York sightseeing or shopping.Just around the corner from Macy's and the next block from Empire State.Good bars, restaurants near by.. and just far enough from Times Square to be sane......... Hotel staff were friendly,pleasant and efficient.Room was clean and bright.Fridge and microwave were useful.Cleaned daily to a good standard.Air conditioning worked well.On 26th floor, so great views. Good internet access in the lobby, a small bar and gym etc.Would stay here again. no problems whatsoever.

The location is great. Close to many restaurants and subway. Great service and excellent rooms.

This hotel has a great location. It's new & very clean with good facilities & helpful staff (we found the bar staff to be particularly friendly & helpful). There are 10 rooms on each floor, 6 of which look directly on to the Empire State Building & the higher in the hotel you are the better view you'll get. We were on the 16th & I got some good pictures from the room. The only thing I had trouble with was the memory foam type of mattress. I've not slept on 1 before & found it a little difficult to get used to but that is a minor issue with a great hotel.

Could not fault the location, cleanliness of the hotel really especially for the price we paid. However the customer service leaves a lot to be desired especially on reception. However the customer service in general in New York has gone downhill since we was last there 2 years ago. Staff are more bothered about the amount you tip but don't want to earn it by the service they provide which is a shame.

This ia a fantastic, newly built hotel in a great location. The hotel is on the intersection of two subway lines, minutes from Macy's, one block from the Empire State Building and a ten minute walk from Times Square. Also very close (one block) from Penn Station which connects to JFK airport. Bedrooms very good (although no bath), multi firmness settings on matress and free internet in room (take a laptop) or from the business centre.

Clean, comfortable room, very convenient location. Shower had good water pressure and quite nice shampoo (not the usual useless stuff). Microwave and mini fridge came in handy, as we stocked up on breakfast items instead of doing the $17/head breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant. Were upgraded to city view room at no extra charge, and had beautiful view of Empire State Building lit up at night, right outside the window. We spent 2 days sightseeing, and with the train right outside the hotel, it was very easy to get around. We walked back from Times Sq after dinner, and it was a lovely walk. Had business at the Javits Center the third day, which was only a 5 block walk away. Very easy walk to/from Penn Station too, when we were arriving and departing. It was 90+ degrees each day we were in NYC, and having the hotel so easy to get to/from, it was easy to stop back at the room to clean up and cool off. Free wifi was nice, too. Overall very pleased, and will certainly consider it a top choice when visiting the city.

This hotel was beautiful, clean and had wonderful, courteous staff. Our room was quite spacious with King sized bed, microwave and fridge. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of counter space to put our toiletries. They left newspaper at our door on weekday mornings. Complimentary high-speed internet in room. Lobby is spacious and comfortable with flat screen tv to watch while we waited to check in. Excellent location, subway station right outside. If I'm ever in NYC, I'll definitely book this hotel again!!!

This hotel is a gem! From the moment we arrived, EARLY, we were greeted by a very friendly person who told us it would not be a problem to check-in even though it was only 10:00 a.m. (We had expected to just leave our luggage and return to check-in later.)When we opened the door to our room we were so pleased to see the size especially since we were in the heart of NYC. The room was also very clean and the bed extremely comfortable! The view of the Empire State Building from our window was a bonus! We talked with the front desk several tims during our three day stay and each time we were greeted with very friendly and helpful people! I will return the next time we go back to NYC.

No complaint about its location and cleanliness... overall stay in NY was good and comfortable and cld get around the place without any problem.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, staff friendly and efficient, hotel clean and comfortable. Had minor problem with bathroom facilities but this rectified straight away. Excellent position of hotel able to walk ( though need good comfy shoes) to most places. Empire State just around the corner and can be seen by some of the hotel rooms. Amongest the usual sights enjoyed, we also thought the Zoo in Central Park worth a look at (small but easy to get round), and US Intrepid. Would go back to New York and Hilton Garden Inn anytime again.

Great location. Subway outside front door. Walk to many key sights. 8 minute walk to Penn Station. Very clean. Bathroom had walk in shower rather than tub which I thought a very good idea. Front desk helpful. Good bed and linens. Just a good place to stay.

The hotel was clean, looked like it was newly renovated. We were around the blk from Empire State Bldg. never heard any street noise. Great walking location to Macy, Times Sq. Empire State. Enjoyed the stay. Restaurant breakfast was over priced $17, but there's other places to eat at. On a busy street so it was easy to get a cab.

This is the perfect hotel for an out of state Yankee fan! The price is reasonable, if you get a room with a city view, the view of the Empire State Building (which is a block away) is spectacular. The room was very clean, just refurbished with modern styling and beautiful bathroom tiling. The parking lot is just across the street and is discounted by the hotel. If you're going to a Yankee game, the subway station for the "D" train is about 20 steps to the east on the corner. I will use this hotel everytime I return to New York!!

Everything was great, staff very helpful. But the breakfast buffet...WAY overpriced. Many reasonably priced places to eat close by. Little terrace right outside the bar was relaxing. Overall, fantastic. Would stay there again!

Nice Hotel in the center of the city. Employees went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Exellent front desk and consierge. Rooms were very clean. Bed was a bit hard but found out that the bed hardness can be regulated. Overall nice stay.

The hotel is new so it is in great condition. Its location is excellent right in the centre of everything. Ten minutes from Time Square.

We stayed here on our first trip to New York, it was actually a weekend break from our holiday in Florida! The hotel is brand new, very clean and very central. Just around the corner from Macys & the Empire State building. Would definately stay there again and have recommended it to lots of friends. Free internet, coffee, safety deposit box etc... Loved it!

The room was super clean, completely updated and modern. Very comfortable mattress and linens. I would definitely stay there again, especially with it being across the street from macy's and a short walk to times square.

Although small room, (back right) and not as pictured, only needed to sleep in it, so fine, and they did let us book in early. Ask for a front room. Fab location, right behind Empire State Building and along from Maceys. Staff really helpfull and pleasant, would return, ideal, clean and new.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and new. Bed was very comfortable. Can't get any better!
