"The best hotel for your price"

This was the best hotel it has comfort the bed is amazing and what 7 month pregnant woman says any bed is amazing!!! The suite was just wonderful and the staff was too. It is right across form seaworld and has great ameneties...love it

"Nice, new, clean hotel"

Very convienent location to sea world, i-4, and various orlando attractions.The hotel was nice, and clean on account of it being brand new. The breakfast time in the lobby really needs to be extended though, it was too crazy and they kept running out of food! It was only until 0930, to me just too early.

It was very very lovely, highly reccomend it and if I come back to Orlando, wouldn't mind staying there again at all, 5 Stars definitely!!!

"Not Clean"

The room would have been nice but there were ants. When I complained they said they would take care of it, NEVER HAPPENED. Maintenance said they called exterminator they would be there on Monday or Tuesday. This was a Saterday Night. Around 9:30 pm finally I got them to change rooms. The room I was changed to was NOT CLEAN, Hair in bathroom leafs on carpet, No towel in bathroom. The staff was very friendly and front desk said they would have management call me. That was 3 days ago still waiting. The location to Sea World was great but still not walking distance to the park and no shuttle service. So I still had to pay $12 a day for parking at SeaWorld and Aquitica. If they had fixed the issues fast and without other problems I would have recommended this hotel but as of now I would say pay the extra $25 per night and go to the Renaissance right across the street and walking distance to Sea World entrance.

"Great Hotel - NEW"

This is a very pretty hotel. I was really impressed with the suite in how it was beautifully designed for comfort and how clean it was maintained. The staff was very friendly. Also, the location was great on International Drive and next to Seaworld and Aquatica. At night from the pool you get a really nice view of the fireworks from Seaworld.

"Great Hotel!!"

We've just returned from our stay and all I can say is WOW!! Our room was beautifully appointed, the bed comfy cozy, the staff.. WONDERFUL!!! Thank you to everyone at the Springhill for being so accomodating. Especially, Arnold, from the engineering staff who helped me out when my daughter deposited my cell phone into a decorative vase. Thank you so much the ENTIRE staff was wonderful. We will be back!

"Beautifull Hotel"

The hotel was brand new and superb! The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The contemporary look was beautiful. It was also located across the street from Seaworld and near restaurants and lots of gift shops. There was also a nice desk area that comes in handy for business and very kid friendly, especially the pool.

"Great Location and Price"

First of all the location of the hotel is close to Seaworld, you can walk to the park but it may be a hike. However its on Intenational Drive near all your restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good. The pool is shared with another hotel but it was adequate in size so not to crowded. The rooms are great, the hotel is brand new, it still has that new smell to it. The price was excellent, and a great bargain, so you will see many families at the hotel. Business people it will be noisy. Overall I will go back. Thanks foe the stay.

The staff at Springhill was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. This hotel is new and had opened 4 days before we arrived. There were some small kinks they were working on but nothing to keep me from returning. You can view the Seaworld fireworks at night while lounging at the pool. Only suggestion is that they quickly repair the surface around the pool due to the roughness. We meet some awesome families during our stay and we hope that everyone enjoyed their visit to the area as much as we did.
