The avant-garde Dazzler Hotel in Bariloche, Argentina, the winter and summer playground for vacationing Argentines, stands only a few meters from the Civic Center, one of the city's most popular places, and near the commercial center, casino and grand Museo de la Patagonia Perito Moreno. In this resort city, the country's second-most-visited destination, recreational enthusiasts and outdoor lovers are near major ski resorts, full-day boat excursions through classic fjords and forests, and Nahuel Huapi Lake, which encompasses 318 square miles at the foot of the Patagonian Mountains. This boutique hotel was built using materials from the surrounding area, so guests will find local stones and wood, supplemented by splashes of color, throughout the building.
