Location. Located in the parish of Christ Church on the south coast of Barbados, the All-Inclusive Almond Casuarina Beach Resort overlooks a 450-meter stretch of white-sandy beaches. From lush valleys to azure blue water, Barbados boasts some of the most beautiful landscapes in the Caribbean. Quaint seaside villages nuzzle up to powdery pink and white sand beaches, and visitors take advantage of duty-free shopping and authentic Bajan cuisine. Bridgetown is seven kilometers from the resort and offers great restaurants, unique shopping and a bustling nightlife. Hotel Features. Lush gardens and a large collection of original art is dotted about the environmentally-conscious resort. Sea turtles nest on areas of the beach for much of the year. Shady sitting gardens and a game room keep guests busy while not exploring the island paradise that surrounds the property. Two pools are located on the property, one for adults and one for children, both with wood-shingled shades and cushioned lounge chairs on their accompanying sundecks. Complimentary, supervised children's activities are available on site. Several restaurants are located on the property, each with its own bar. The resort provides a shuttle to a nearby fitness center, where guests receive complimentary access. The 24-hour front desk staff can assist with currency exchange, dry cleaning and concierge services. Other on-site amenities include a business center, currency exchange and a library.
Guestrooms. The one- and two-bedroom accommodations feature kitchenettes with refrigerators, microwave ovens and ranges. Other amenities include in-room safes and cable television with premium channels.
Expert Tip. Visitors can explore the wonders of the deep via an Atlantic Submarines excursion. Tropical fish, plants and an upright shipwreck are some of the highlights of the tour which begins in Bridgetown.

St. Lawrence Gap, Christ Church, Barbados From Grantley Adams International Airport: When leaving the airport get on the highway and head northwest. Take a left at the third roundabout from the airport. At Top Rock Roundabout, take a left. Continue straight until you reach a sign (on your left) that reads Louigis Restaurant. Take a right opposite that sign (this road is the entrance to St. Lawrence Gap). Casuarina Beach Club is first resort on the left. Approximate driving time to the Almond Casuarina Beach Resort is 15 minutes and distance is 6.5 miles.
