Beschreibung


Set in landscaped parklands in central Jutland, the Scandic Bygholm Park is a modernised manor house dating from 1775, situated two kilometres from Horsens. This two-floor property features 142 bright, modern guestrooms located either in the new wing near the conference facilities or in the old part of the main building with views of the park and lake. In-room amenities include satellite television with pay movies, phones, trouser presses, safes, radios and minibars. Bathrooms come with tubs and complimentary toiletries.
After a day's business or sightseeing, guests can work out in the fitness area and unwind in the sauna; facilities are free of charge and open 24 hours a day. Guests can also bronze in the solarium (surcharge applies) and enjoy a weekly massage service. In the evening, guests can chill out with a cold drink on the terrace and take in the views of the park and lake, or relax on leather armchairs in the bar. The bright and airy restaurant is housed in the original manor house overlooking the park, and serves Danish and French- inspired dishes. Kids can meet Sigge the Hedgehog in the restaurant at the breakfast pancake party, and all children receive a surprise gift upon check-in. Sigge's playroom features plenty of toys and games to keep little ones amused. Business guests can benefit from modern conference facilities, including two large congress halls and meeting rooms that are fitted with audio-visual equipment and can accommodate up to 800 people. Motorists will find complimentary parking space for 300 cars outside the hotel. There are 8.5 kilometres of running track around Bygholm Lake and the area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor pursuits including cycling, hiking and horse riding. The surrounding park also features an outdoor kids' playground. The nearest golf course is two kilometres away, as is the centre of Horsens. Billund Airport is 55 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of 65 minutes.
