A modern red-brick building, the Scandic Ringsted is centrally located in the historic provincial town of Ringsted, one kilometre from St Bendt's Church and the Ringsted Museum and Windmill. This five-floor hotel features 75 guestrooms, all of which feature modern Scandinavian decor with white walls and wooden floors, and include televisions with pay movies, telephones and minibars. Bathrooms come with showers and hair dryers.
Guests can work out in the fitness room or relax in the sauna and solarium, all of which are complimentary for guests. Table tennis and darts are also available, and children can also enjoy a playroom with activities for all ages. Guests can dine on Danish and international dishes in the modern Klosterhaven restaurant, and enjoy drinks and light meals in the Ballet Bar. Business guests can make use of the eight conference rooms, all with natural daylight, and there is a public parking area for up to 500 cars next to the hotel. Other practical amenities include laundry facilities and a 24-hour front desk with safe-deposit boxes. The city of Roskilde with its Cathedral and Viking Ship Museum can be found 28 kilometres from the hotel. Copenhagen International Airport is 65 kilometres away, around 45 minutes by car.
