Getting there. The Dusseldorf Airport rail station is located on a major axis of Europe's railway network, with approximately 300 trains stopping there every day. A free monorail runs between the terminal building and the railway station. The S7 S-Bahn train leaves from the airport's underground station, located on the terminal building's lower level. Take a train towards Solingen- Ohligs for the city centre. The single fare is approximately 2 EUR. Dusseldorf Hauptbahnhof, one stop by train from the airport, is located 250 metres from the hotel. Buses number 721 and SB51 travel to the city centre, and there are buses to the fairground. The bus station is located outside the Arrivals building. Taxis to the hotel cost approximately 25 EUR. Getting around. Dusseldorf's integrated public transport system includes the S-Bahn (suburban trains), the U-Bahn (metro), buses, and trams. Single tickets cost approximately 2 EUR. Most trams stop running at midnight on weekdays, but certain lines continue running until 2 a.m. The main railway station, Dusseldorf Hauptbahnhof, is serviced by several S-Bahn lines and is located 250 metres from CVJM Hotel.
