Location. Arcotel Camino is located in Stuttgart, Germany, 800 metres from Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof. The Art Museum, the Staat Gallery, and Wilhelma Park are within two kilometres of the hotel.
Hotel Features. Built in a modern style by Austrian architect and designer Harald Schreiber, Arcotel Camino features a suspended glass catwalk leading to the rooms and to the wellness centre. Fitness equipment, a sauna, steam bath, and solarium are available in the wellness centre, and guests can park in the hotel's garage.

Restaurant Weisenhof is decorated in warm and earthy colours and serves modern Austrian dishes. Snacks, lunches, and cocktails are available from Bar Scala, where guests can relax in front of the fireplace.

Six meeting rooms are available for business guests at the Arcotel Camino, and complimentary Internet connections are offered throughout the hotel.

Guestrooms. Arcotel Camino has 168 guestrooms decorated in warm and earthy colours and accented with dark mahogany wood. All are air conditioned, and equipped with flatscreen televisions with satellite channels, DVD players, safes, minibars, and telephones. Bathrooms offer hair dryers and complimentary toiletries.

Expert Tip. Wilhelma Park, two kilometres from the hotel, is a botanical garden and zoo that has several glass houses with tropical plants and orchids. There are also more than 8,000 animals of 1,000 different species, and an aquarium.

From Stuttgart Airport (STR):
Distance to Arcotel Camino is 17 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The S-Bahn commuter trains run between Terminal One and Stuttgart's central train station (Hauptbahnhof). Trains S-2 and S-3 leave every 10-20 minutes for the city centre. The journey time is about 25 minutes, and the fare is 3 EUR. Buses regularly leave from outside arrivals. From the main train station, Arcotel Camino is a five minute walk. Taxis wait in front of terminals One and Three, and cost around 35 EUR to the hotel. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Stuttgart has an extensive public transport network, including trams, buses, and suburban and metro trains. The city centre is served by the U-Bahn underground system. Tickets can be purchased from orange vending machines, which are located at tram stops.

Eine Bitte

Es gibt im Zimmer eine Internetzugangsmöglichkeit. Die ist aber so "verklemmt", dass es schwierig ist, einen Rechner anzuschließen. Das ist die einzige Kritik/bzw. Bitte um Entblockade. Ich wünsche Ihnen viel Erfolg und ebenso viele zufriedene Gäste
